Just had a really nice stay at the hilton - dartford last night! The lady who checked us in was really lovely - I didn’t catch her name but she was very kind and helpful. I put into the notes when booking asking if they did any decorations of the room for birthdays - expecting to of course pay any extra but didn’t hear anything back, however once we arrived we were told that they had upgraded our room to a deluxe queen room! They also put some birthday balloons, some chocolates and a lovely card in the room for us which was amazing!! The room was perfect and very clean, breakfast was a buffet- standard breakfast but very tasty. Would definitely stay again!
3.7
Poor food at the bar, tap in bathroom falling off, no towels.
This is the poorest Hilton I have stayed at.
3.7
Concierge not welcoming, didn’t not give us our wine that was included when in staying in the suite.
VERY DISAPPOINTED
3.7
Hot water supply is very essential for one of the hotel service. We are so disappointed to have the shortage of hot water in the morning on 28th/Sept as 4 of our family members can only take the freezing cold shower before check out.
3.7
The stay was ruined by the fact we couldn’t shower or wash on the Sunday morning, we were going straight to visit family from the hotel, my daughter was a quarter of her way through her shower and could barely rinse the shampoo from her hair as the water was running out let alone actually wash and there was just air coming out of pipes by the time I tried.
3.7
No water coming from bath taps or shower heads
Tried to call reception they didn’t pick up
3.7
No hot water . Nobody warned us beforehand. No clear timeframe for the maintenance.
3.7
Amazing, but my a/c wasn’t working
3.7
The fire alarm went off in the night lots of noise from private parties and shouting in the corridors so a very disruptive nights sleep
3.7
I think that there should be regular checks on all of the floors as we saw lots of trays with plates on, these were still there in the morning.
3.7
The staff were cordial and peofessional , the rooms was big enough for the family. £9 for parking is a bit expensive. I enjoined the management to review that for overnight customers

This stay left us a bit disappointed. From checking in to breakfast the next day, it felt a bit short. Checking in I was welcomed by a lady who was waiting for the computer system to work/kick in. Then she received a phone call and started dealing with it and left me hanging. I eventually was seen by her colleague who had finsihed with another customer. The room was neat and clean but we only had 3 towels ( for a family of 4). So on way to restaurant we stopped at reception and requested more towels. the diner was decent enough, the pudding wasn't great ( sticky toffee pudding), it was dry and you could tell this is not made from fresh. Back to the room and no towels delivered. We however noticed 2 towels on the floor in front of the room next to us. Rang reception who confirmed these had been left on the floor for us in our absence. For hygienic reason we demanded new towels which then were delivered. Who thinks it's acceptable to leave towels on a corridor floor? . A good night of sleep was had by all. Bathroom and showers are really good. Proceeded to breakfast in the morning and felt the offering was a bit basic: sausages of low quality, unappealing scrambled eggs, no fresh bread like baguette or crusty bread, orange and apple juices definitely of low grade ( as opposed to tropicana type quality), no nutella ( kids!). Kids didn't like the muffins ( very dry) .Positive was decent bacon and nice hash browns. Overall it just felt short of expectations for the Hilton brand.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the site. The room felt tired and unclean with old chips and chocolate wrappers underneath the bed. The pool and changing rooms also felt very tired and unclean.
3.7
Clean comfortable hotel just unfortunate to smell weed in the corridors luckily didn’t ruin the stay though
3.7
Just perfect.
3.7
Very friendly Reception Lady and I got an upgrade.
3.7
Excellent
3.7
The service was impeccable and the staff were even better
3.7
Our room had mold stains on the roof as well as big leak patches. The ac was not working in our room. There was 1 towel on arrival for a room booked for 4, we has to ask 3 times before we got them. The hallways smelt like smoke. The swim area was so busy we where only allowed to use it for 1 hour. Will not be staying again.
3.7
nice and quiet
3.7
Kept awake all night by other guests which in itself is not the hotel’s fault but they did nothing about it which is not good enough.
3.7
On check-in I was advised my room was cancelled after I had already pre-paid. After much stress and discussion a mistake was accepted by the hotel. Also the air conditioning was broken. I reported after the first night but after 2 days no action had been taken and I wasn't kept informed.
3.7
Room was exceptionally hot, aircon was really poor and ineffective, windows didn’t really open
In an accessible room which wasn’t a requirement for us, drain when showering made a horrific noise and was ineffective as it leaked into the bedroom carpet
3.7
Amazing and awesome

Would (and plan to) come back again. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Only gripe is the lunchtime food we ordered; BLT sandwich had probably the cheapest bread used and 'posh' fish finger sandwich again - cheapest fish fingers used. For the price we paid was very disappointing. Was charged 3 times for the parking but after a phonecall this was rectified.
3.7
The sick in the bathroom was blocked , i told the staff about it but they said they couldn’t do anything about it because it was the weekend !
I asked for a compensation and they said they couldn’t do anything either about it !
3.7
There was a slight issue which I would not bother to mention. The staff were amazing upon arrival. The lovely night manager in particular was outstanding. Ismailly Samad is the reason myself and my family are definitely coming back. Her customer service is 10/10. She takes good care of her guests. I am coming with my family and friends about 16 of us for a wedding in London around September this year. Even though Double Tree Dartford Bridge is 24miles away from the event. We are all definitely staying there.

Was very good, tidy and clean
We would have liked to us the şuna and pool in evening but they close at 8:30pm
Other than that all was good
3.7
Dreadful check in. Couldn’t understand a work he was saying . Room was 27 degrees and the air con didn’t work even though staff insisted it did.
3.7
large and spacious family room with 2 double beds and enough room for kids to relax and have fun. Clean hotel and lovely reception area

When we arrived the reservation system wasn't working and this was likely the root of all our issues. We were asked to show our reservation and they did a manual check-in. We got to our room and it didn't match what we booked. We complained and were moved to another room which proved to be identical so we asked to be moved a second time. It turned out the room description was inaccurate on hotels.com and the "deep speaking bath" clearly advertised were only in one specific room type, which we eventually received. The reception staff were clearly under pressure with long queues and a rushed attitude when we returned.
However, likely due to their IT issue, the room change was never recorded which led to further problems such as the breakfast team being unable to easily verify that we'd paid for breakfast until we remembered the room number we were issued first. Most alarming of all, other guests were checked into the same room and tried to enter having been issued keys. When we tried to complain at checkout we received little more than a general apology blaming the IT issues.
Additionally, it appeared the air-conditioning wasn't working as the common areas, including the restaurant were extremely warm and it didn't work in any of the rooms we were given. It's also not possible to open the windows for ventilation and in any case the very noisy M25 is VERY close. This led to a very poor nights sleep.
Apart from the issues we had, the hotel was otherwise fine.

Wasn’t impressed with evening meal,was horrid,cold ,didn’t seem up to Hilton standard.Not worth £47.

It’s the staff that make this hotel tick. Special mention to Leah on the reception-absolutely amazing service. Emily on the bar was brilliant. Would absolutely stay again

I contacted the hotel prior to us arriving to make sure the rooms were close together, I was on the phone for a very long time and eventually told the rooms were moved so they were just one room apart from each other on the same floor. However when we arrived they were on completely different floors and nothing else was available by that time! This caused us a lot of issues.
The stay was awful as well, for the following reasons:
The air con barley working and when it did it would go off after just a few minutes.
We had no bottles of water in our rooms and when I asked for some I was told it wasn't available? So we have nothing to drink without paying the high bar prices.
The hotel windows were not sound proof at all, our rooms were on the Dartford Bridge side and the noise was very loud.
We had no table in our room and just one chair!
We only had one bath towel.
The light inside the cupboard kept flashing all night.
The bed cover was very small for the size of the bed.
When we went for breakfast a lady there told the younger members of the party to get changed before they could eat in the restaurant!

Great stay. Large comfy rooms.
Reception desk could do with more staff as had long queues to be dealt with on check in during busy periods

Lovely hotel

the hotel was nice but our room's air conditioning was NOT working properly (?). i have the a/c on and it did NOT seem like it even cool down to the temperature that i had it on. it would shut down and can't change the settings @ all. also, the receptionist is NOT that welcoming @ all. then, we had dinner @ the little cafe in the lobby & the food wasn't that good (especially the fish & chips). it wasn't worth the money (sterling pound) that we paid for. that was the first night & my girlfriends did NOT go back to eat. also, the hotel has an indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room & sauna. once you walk into the gym - it states on the door that it closes @ 9 pm but once we get there - the attendant told us that we're only allowed until 8:30 pm which is pretty annoying. they should just change the posted hours for these amenities. i'm truly not that happy with this hotel. if i have other options, i'd stay somewhere else.
