Very spacious room. Convenient parking. Staff very friendly

Employees very nice. Hotels parking lot is awful quite frightening. Hotel needs to be updated significantly but was clean and close to where we needed to be.

Excellent place to stay for the Hartford Marathon. Less than a mile from the start and about.5 miles from the finish. They put coffee out early, and had to go bags for breakfast.

The property was a little older - which is fine. The parking lot was very convenient and easily accessible. We did find some hair on our towels and on the bathroom floor. Not a huge deal for us but there was also a few fruit flies in our room - we did not cook or eat in the room while we were there.

Not so good fire alarm falling in the suite smh the old smell just to much money for that type of services

Very old building room needs lots of maintenance

The other button was not working, so as far as what I did not like about the area. It did not really feel unsafe, but there were a lot of people asking for money. They would be standing outside businesses, in parking lots, etc. Just made for an uneasy feeling.

Rundown property. Stingy and just nasty. Won’t stay here ever again. Property needs a complete renovation.

Roos are large with an industrai feel and industrial soundng heating system. When it comes on, it roars. No dining options when I was their on a Monday night. The attached brewery is closed Monday and Tuesday nights.

The staff and facility were clean. However, the facility is in need of a bit of a facelift, which could detract from getting better reviews. There was an effort to upgrade the lobby, but the upper floors, elevators, features, and lighting could use an upgrade.

Old hotel, it Needs to update many things . Room is spacious

Room was large and comfortable but it was a suite and did not come equipped with pillows and sheets for the extra bed. Even though parking costs $17 per day, guests still need to sign an extra waiver with respect to the safety of cars and belongings.

Air conditioning was a problem from day one. filter was changed, but the room never got cooled. It was a good thing we spent lots of time out of the room. We were offered a room change the last night but my wife was asleep because we had an early flight, so that did not work. For the 4 days we stayed at this property we did NOT receive maid service, we had to asked for clean towels. the floor needed to be vacuumed and much dusting was needed all so. We were very disappointed with this accommodation

We love the two story LOFT king rooms, so open and roomy and the high two story windows. Honestly these are some of my favorite hotel rooms ever. Totally modern in a historic downtown building.

Hotel is old, crusty and smelly. Very low quality for a Marriott brand. Most TVs werent working (on a Sunday night!!) as I was checking in, and I hear lots of complaints from guests calling downstairs. Staff was very friendly and as accommodating as they could be. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and a nice touch. Otherwise, the hotel was brutal to stay in, even for one night. And parking costs extra!!! I hope to never stay here again.

The room furniture was old and outdated. Visibly wore. The WiFi didn’t work the entire time and the pull out sofa bed was horrible.

The room was really cool - two levels

They only thing is distracting from the property is the room service didn't show up all weekend to clean. It was like we had to beg for towels.

Liked the the room was unique, very comfortable

The room was a dump. The tub in the bathroom had cracks on it, the noise of the heat/ac was deafening. The exhaust system on the stove did not work. The room looked old and grungy. There was no toiletries. Will never stay on that one again
2.5 / 5.0
The loft is huge. Great location and plenty of room to spread out for work on an extra large desk.

I loved Caroline she works at front desk. The first day i got there. The welcome she expressed was so warm and loving. Carolines personality never changed my entire stay. Ms. Copland was my breath of sunshine every morning. I enjoyed the pleasant conversations with we had.
