We're only a quick 3-minute drive from the Connecticut Convention Center, a leisurely 8-minute stroll to XL Stadium, and both St. Francis and Hartford hospitals are less than 1.4 miles away.

Just wanted to gently remind you that while we don't have direct control over the building and its common areas, we take pride in ensuring our unit remains clean, nicely scented, and always fresh for your comfort.

Also, please note that the building management is currently conducting patio construction outside. Don't worry, though! The work is scheduled from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so any noise disruptions should be minimal during your stay.
Guest access
The unit is situated in the Bushnell on the Park building,

During your stay, you'll have access to the building's common areas and amenities.

We also have a fantastic gym with both workout and aerobics areas available for your use.

And don't forget to take advantage of the beautiful outdoor terrace at the front of the building, equipped with dining tables and chairs for your enjoyment.
Other things to note
We provide free parking just 2 blocks away from our place.

Pets are welcome, with a weight limit of 45 lbs, and there's a $75.00 Pet Fee.

To make your stay comfy, we'll give you some basics like tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner to start with.

For longer stays, guests are kindly asked to refill their toiletries as needed.

Our standard check out time is 10 AM.

Please be aware that we do have a $25 per hour charge for late check-out requests. Please send us a message if you like to request for late check out.
