Great location in Noordwijkerhout with all the amenities needed. Nice touch is the charging for electrical vehicles and the free parking. Nice rooms, hallways and stairways somewhat dirty and outdated though.
6.0
The room was quite small and outdated for the price. The public area of the hotel was in very good condition.

If you don’t want your room cleaned everyday you can hang a notice on the door. You get 2 vouchers each night you do this for a free drink.
Hotel ideal for cyclist. Only 10min cycle ride to beach. Lots of cycle parking, locked area for e-bikes with charging points and lots of bikes for hire.
Plenty of parking
Very friendly helpful staff.

Just was far from Amsterdam

Overall very positive stay with good facilities

Very professional, sterile environment. Disappointed that no coffee/pastry service is available in the mornings, only the full breakfast. VERY unhappy about this! Road to the hotel was closed for construction meaning we had to take a very narrow lane blocked by camper trailer/vans trying to enter the local camping facility.

Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. There was a significant wait time at the hotel restaurant and was never even acknowledged at the bar, ended up eating offsite...disappointed. The room was very small but suitable however the bed was extremely hard, a bit like sleeping on the floor.

The property was close to a field of tulips which was great for sunrise photos. Hotel location is sort of “off the beaten path”. It seems like a lot of tour buses stayed here, so we were lucky to get squeezed into the restaurant as most of it was reserved for those individuals on tours. Enjoyed our stay but definitely wouldn’t walk around without shower shoes.

Quite dated, not cheap, middle of nowhere, food at the conference was great.

I liked the fact that dogs are welcome.
And that the prize is reasonable for the accommodation.

Very friendly staff and a lot of facilities but a bit out of the way unless you have a car. The restaurant menu was fairly poor and was the same choices all week. On Saturday thay added a couple of extra choices. The staff were all lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Hotel rooms are simply but comfortable. There was everything what a family needed. Iron, hair dryer, fridge, tv, gym, restaurant ect….
Staff were friendly, kind. We were running late when we arrived (1:00am) but we could check in easily as reception was waiting for us.

Good, modern business hotel within a short ride of the coast.
Rooms comfortable and spacious. Facilities good.
Breakfast excellent. If you're there more more than a couple of nights you will probably want to eat out, because the options are limited at the restaurant. There is a great choice of eateries in nearby Nordwijk.

Nice Hotel, with excellent Gym and Pool.
Restaurant and Bar are nice, rooms are a bit basic and cold, ive stayed here 3 times now.
Bed is comfirtable and staff are really excellent.

Stay was very good. We had a triple room and it was very good size. It is right in middle of tulip farms if you are lucky enough to go there in that season. Is a bit out of Amsterdam but perfect if you have your own car.

Old and broken furniture.

Property was very modern and clean. Very quiet. We liked the vases of beautiful flowers.

Special mention to Maarten who is doing a extra mile to served the guest.Kudos

It would be nice if there were local bus service to local towns, though there seemed to be short-term problems during our stay. The rooms are not serviced: even when I asked for clean sheets and towels for a different friend staying with me, these were not provided

The reception was very good and helpful.
The dining was good but lacked variety for vegetarian.

Was prima en personeel behulpzaam.

Great location, nice rooms, but the beds were much too hard. There were so many people that you had to wait in line to check in, like an airport baggage drop, and you needed a reservation just to eat dinner without going out. But everyone I dealt with was super nice and friendly. If only because of the comfort and being able to sleep properly, I'd look somewhere else.

Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Very clean and beds were very comfy. Beautiful area and convenient to many things we wanted to do while visiting. Small grocery store was a nice touch.

Huge hotel! Long queue at check in but very friendly staff. Next to it is a Tulip field, impressive. Great pool, Sauna and fitness facilities. Will stay again.

Nice breakfast and had a few fun activities for children which was a nice surprise. The pool was nice as well.

A very nice hotel, rooms are modern and clean. Bathrooms are also very clean and good water pressure from the showers. Will be staying again.

Everything about the hotel is designed around the fact they don't really care much if you enjoy your stay, and it shows. The hotel is a massive facility that is built to accommodate large crowds during tulip season, and business conferences year round. But if you're just a traveler staying a few nights, neither the facility nor the staff are very welcoming. The rooms are tired and do not look like the advertising photos. They're not dirty, but they are worn. Very sterile and blank with no decoration. It's clear more money was put into renovating common areas (restaurant, fitness areas) than in the rooms. Again, they want to attract events and aren't interested in the quality of your stay. The 24/7 market in the lobby is a positive, parking is easy, and there's a lot to do in the building - it's probably great for a family on a weekend trip to the beach. But don't expect a warm and comfortable stay.

We went for fall holiday and there were many activities: swimming, bowling, sauna. I loved the wooded path around the back of the hotel for my small dog to walk on. The restaurant food was great. Bart and Lesley were very helpful and professional staff members. Also Lisa who works in reception. We would return!

The food was nice, but the menu too small.

Should of read the small print !! NO air/con so so hot didn't expect that from a NH chain of hotel, bedroom doors constantly banging in the mornings and late at night, got supplied with a small fan but still very hot in the bedroom. On a good note the restaurant food was good and the free parking a bonus, bike rental on site and staff were lovely

Property does not provide value for money. The lay out is outdated and lacks atmosphere. Rooms are too warm, beds are way to hard and only one pillow per person is provided. Lastly I specifically booked this hotel because of the bike rental only to learn they were out bikes. Front office staff did not give the impression that it was willing to see if they could offer an alternative.

Managed to check in early, very helpful after a long flight.would have liked some laundry done but missed the 9am deadline so wouldn’t have been back before my departure the next day otherwise my stay was great.
