Let start with the cleanness I was there for five nights and not once I saw anyone clean the ground and around the pool or bar. The first day we were early, my husband and I went to the bar to burn some time. The bar stool has bird poop and not one chair only all of them. The guesses were drinking alone the pool side and leaving their cups and when the wind would blow the cups went into the hot tub were I was sitting in. This was uncomfortable, the next day I went to the pool again and there was cups from the evening before and in the pool floating around. The light in the building goes off at lease 4 to 5 time a day and when it go off the water stop too. One day I was taken a shower and in the middle of the shower the water stop. Then the electricity went off and we got stock in the elevator with some other guy who was hyperventilating 😃. As for the breakfast it was at 6.00am to 9.30am but the starting to close the breakfast area at 9.00am. So if you are little late good luck and for my fellow Americans who like coffee there is no coffee station all day long😃. I can go on and on but that would not help.Overall my husband and I was very disappointed with this hotel. The hotel is run down and needs good management and maintenance.

We could see that this hotel used to be a very beautiful place, however, it no longer is. The owners seem to have let go of this hotel. It is very old and the room fixtures are all rusty. the rooms smell musty and moldy, this is not good for anyone's health. The beach area looks like an abandoned place, it is dirty, and it looks like it has not been kept up for a really long time. It is a shame to see such a beautiful place go bad. I will not take my family there again!

The room had mold, bugs, and furniture was dirty and old. The room was very dated and not as expected. I felt the price was very high for how terrible the room looked and one elevator was broke at one point. I complained to the manager Joseph who was not helpful and didn’t care wanted to offer 1000 Hilton points which was an insult. Israel was very nice and showed that he cared but couldn’t do what a manager could do. My son allergies was slightly affected due to the dust and possible the mold in the room. At one point the tub was backed up but they claim I just needed to lift something but we had tried that too. The iron board had mold on it as well. The pool area was ok but just needs to be cleaned more often.

Stayed here before. Now the happy hour gives you daily tickets for drinks. But over all it was great and casino had a few tables.

The pool is beautiful but the room could need some help. I reserved three rooms , one of the room headboard has a hole in it, one of them has a clogged sink, all the room feels wet and humid

The property needs some serious updates to the room interiors but they keep it very clean and the staff is wonderful. They do charge for parking as well which we should have looked at, we assumed that parking would be included (oops). However, daily parking was reasonably priced, safe, and close to the entrance. We recommend having a rental car so you can explore San Juan on your own. There are not many local experiences close to the hotel property. The private beach was quiet, not crowded, and was nice to relax at during our down time. The pools were also very clean and even when it was busy there were plenty of chairs available. The breakfast options were consistent with most hotel offerings and the omelette bar was a nice amenity. I would have liked to see more local fruit or vegetable options available. Overall, decent pricing for what they offer. Would love to come back again if the rooms are updated and the roof leaks are fixed.

It was really not worth the amount of money we paid. The Aquarius was next door with the same facilities and better rooms for half the price. The breakfast left a lot to be desired and the rooms were outdated. The WiFi was not reliable. The staff was lovely and the common area was nice but for nearly $500 a night we could've definitely done better elsewhere. The beaches were lovely the pools were nice but a little murky by nightfall.

It was an overall great place, I just wish they had better breakfast options. Everyday was the same thing. I had ants in my room but it was taken care the following day which was great.

Pool area was pretty good, and staff were very welcoming and nice. As soon as I got to my room, the toilet was not clean and there is a major issue with drainage…the bathtub and sink were overflowing. That really bothered and was really upsetting.
