The location was amazing. Great price.

Excellent stay! We arrived very late, almost midnight, and there was still someone at the door to greet us. Our room was warm and steps from the beach. Morning breakfast was filling with many options. Hotel is right on the discovery trail. So convenient! Upstairs neighbors were a little noisy and the room got a little stuffy if we didn't leave the door open, but those are minor problems that didnt affect our stay. Lovely hotel with lovely people. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, facilities in optimal conditions. To improve, we would like more variety for breakfast and more space outside to make better use of the fire.

The man working the front desk was so kind and helpful! We loved the family activities included on the property (cornhole, voleyball net, etc.). Would definitely stay again!

The view is beautiful, and the staff was great. The room was adequate, but old, in need of numerous repairs. The rest of the property was more of the same. Average continental breakfast. Pool was fun, but needed a good cleaning. Room was incredibly loud, easily hearing neighbors, passerbys, and people having conversations in the outside sitting area. Will likely not stay here again, unless there are significant renovations to the property, which it desperately needs.

Good size room with a full kitchen. Great views. Condition of room was not great. Brown spots on walls, hole in carpet, bathrooms need updating.

Hotel is right on the beach, enjoyed walking around. Breakfast was phenomenal! Staff when we checked in wasnt very friendly, but staff when we checked out was very nice. Room was great, may be starting to show some wear, but everything else was great so we didn't care.

The staff was great and super friendly but our room definitely didn’t match the pictures. We found out later that some of the rooms were remodeled and those pictures were on the site. Our room unfortunately was pretty old and gross. We ended up only staying one night and leaving early because we just couldn’t do another night. I debated giving it 3 stars only because the staff was so friendly which is getting rarer and rarer to find these days. The proximity to the beach and town is great though.

It was nice

Staff was friendly. Rooms were very run down. The kitchen had a knife that the handle was broken and my wife cut herself cutting cheese. The people above us had kids that ran around the room and jumped of the bed at all hours of the night. This place is very out of date and dirty. Needs some TLC badly.

Liked that it's a close walk to the ocean. Disliked pool area. Adults staying in the hot tub much longer then the recommend time of 15 minutes and one man was drinking beer. Plus allowing their small children to get into hot tub.

Our first room had cleaning supplies left behind. We asked for a different room and they upgraded our room on the 4th of july weekend. We were so greatful and appreciate the kindness. We plan to stay here when we are in the area for future visits. Location was very convenient and great amenities.

No air conditioning

Check in was quick. We had a ground floor room which gave us a walk out patio and easy access to walking trail. The room was simple but had all the necessities. My toddler son and I had lots of fun at the pool and found the continental breakfast to be sufficient although not the best.

This property was not as pictured on the website. It was not as clean the bed linens were dirty. I expected a “resort like hotel” but it was not. I think it could really use a renovation as it seems outdated. Besides that the location is right on the beach and the front desk staff were so friendly and the breakfast was good and was the food was refilled promptly.

The property is above the beach. They provide bikes to take along the trails. I love listening to the waves. We have stayed here several times.

Appreciate they honored our request for a specific room. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our mini family reunion.

Honestly the most relaxing stay I have ever had. Highly recommend staying here, just wonderful.

The hotel is run down. It looks and feels dirty. Mold stains in the bathroom. The wall heaters don't look like they have ever been cleaned. The room smelled. The pool was cloudy, no chlorine smell. The hot tub is a 4-6 person residential hot tub, the kind you would buy for your home. Very sketchy. We didn't go in either. Staff was friendly, the view was nice. Not worth the money.

Aging rental condos in need of a refresh. There were no problems, but there was typical wear and tear as would be expected for a beachfront place on the ocean. Needed painting, and general upkeep seemed minimal. Not many other guests there, but on a busy weekend or mid-summer likely eould have been noisy.

It’s starting to look worn and the mattress wasn’t comfortable. The chair for the table were like a bamboo and had the wrong cushions on them with no cushion on the back, so it hurt our backs to sit back on it.

Liked the outdoor gas fire pits and sitting area, staff were courteous and friendly, nice views, and good breakfast and coffee.

We enjoyed our stay. Cleanliness is our first priority and this hotel met our requirements in this regard. Our second requirement for this particular trip was nothing between us and the beach. Again we were quite pleased. There's a great path from the hotel to a very pleasant beach, accessible by foot, bike and walker. The hotel is a bit more dated than we expected, but our room was spacious, had a table with several chairs, a desk, a tub-shower combination, microwave and small fridge, and more channels than we could ever watch. We enjoyed the balcony. There is a wind-protected outdoor seating area, barbecues, volleyball pit, and a good-size indoor pool that we were impressed to see being cleaned both mornings we were there. Our room was not air-conditioned, but an oscillating stand fan made the room comfortable enough for us. We were on the top floor and slept with an open sliding door to enjoy the sound of the waves breaking throughout the night. The one thing we missed was hooks on the back of the bathroom door for robes or drying towels. Daily room service is available if requested, but we didn't consider it necessary. We did find it necessary to keep bottled water in the fridge because tap water was safe but tasted of minerals. All in all, the location made it all worthwhile. I intended to add some photos, but I can't get the survey to access them.

Great place to stay!

Staff were wonderful. We were able to check in early. The room appeared clean but behind beds and tables there was a lot of dirt, dust, hair and debris. The carpet looks worn and needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. The sliding door doesn't lock though there's a board to block it from potential outside intruders. The bathroom was poorly ventilated and had a lot of damage which looked like a guest had left an animal locked in there and it had tried desperately to get out. I didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room. The room was stuffy with one box fan for air flow.

Room was good size. The included breakfast was fresh and had a good selection. The thing between you and the beach is sand. Plenty of parking.
