Exceptional, helpful staff. Their recommendations were cost and time utilization effective. Loved the room.

Very nice, solid hotel with a bar, pool, hot tub and a great location! Very helpful front desk staff, especially Etienne who gave us great restaurant recommendations!

Great hotel to spend a couple days in Bayeux and see the town as well as surrounding area with all the Normandy beaches & historical sites from WWII. Only about half hour drive from the coast, but you're in a nice little city with good restaurants, shops, and things to do. No parking at the hotel, but there are free municipal lots about 5 min walk, and we didn't have any trouble finding a spot.
The hotel is nicely set up, with a little lobby bar, and an outdoor pool & hot tub in a courtyard. We wanted to use these but the weather was pretty chilly even in August, and we didn't end up taking advantage of them. Our room was nice, though a bit small, but it was fine for 2 nights. Bed was pretty comfortable. Nothing to complain about here, and would stay again.

Great stay. Rooms a little small and no AC

Wonderful boutique hotel in the center of town - has everything you need including a small pool and bar. Very friendly accommodating staff - highly recommend!

Hotel was well situated in the town. Useful having parking although €16 a day.
Facilities fine for a town hotel eg spa and ‘pool’, and front of house staff were friendly and helpful.
Room rather basic in fittings, no real storage, bathroom minimal in fittings and toiletries.
Breakfast food fine if you managed to get in early. Our second morning little choice at 8.30am.

I stayed here with my friend and family and this hotel was faultless! From the detailed and personal welcome and check-in through to the rooms, location, food, staff, bar area and pool- all were amazing! The pool was warm and open until late and my kids loved it. The hotel is perfectly situated in Bayeux, we walked everywhere and parked our car at the hotel courtyard car park which was secure. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Thank you to the staff for a fabulous experience

Spacious hotel room for France. Very pretty and close to the shops and sights. A few minutes from the Bayeux train station if heading to Paris or vice versa for a portion of your trip. The free included breakfast was phenomenal. Really a fun stay.

our room was very small, almost not enought space to open the luggage.

Acceptable hotel but very small room

Very central to Bayeux with easy access to the shops and restaurants. There is parking at the hotel for a charge however there is free parking not far away.
From our bedroom window we could see the cathedral and hearing the bells chime was magical.
We had a suite which was clean but sparsely decorated.
The breakfast was nice.
Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Bayeux

Good afternoon. I am messaging you on behalf of my wife and myself with regard to your lack of promised response to the poor room condition issues I communicated to you during our recent stay, which are noted on the attached photos. Despite the promise of two front desk receptionist and day manager, there has been no response nor offered credit for the charges incurred. Although the two night stay was arranged through Hotels.com, I expected to hear back from a representative with some offered resolution. I will look forward to hearing from you soon.

Very nice boutique hotel. Dianna at front desk was helpful, everyone was friendly. Walked everywhere from hotel, sites, restaurants and shops.

The room was small but quite enjoyable. Walking distance to the cute center of town. Great restaurants nearby. Also we really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of walking around

Nice 3 star hotel, modern and clean. Good staff, nice bar, nice breakfast will definitely use this hotel again 👍

The room we got was very small and the bathroom under the side of the attics which will make it dangerous when getting up. Also elevators did not rich the fourth floor that we had the first room at it.
We were told there are two parts of the hotel 3 and 4 stars which we did not know when making reservation
We had to change the room for extra payment.

Very pleased with our room but our family next door did not have a closet at all. It was nice to hop in the hot tub and pool after walking the city and going on tours.

Great location near eateries, staff absolutely courteous.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had a large spread of pastries, which was outstanding! Other foods included bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, sliced cold cuts, variety of cheese, and condiments. There was a coffee machine with hot chocolate and latte but didn’t offer anything decaf. The center court yard had a heated pool and a hot tub, although it was not steaming hot but “warm” at best. The property was clean and quiet. TV offered multiple French channels and three British channels. Some French channels could be converted to English. The bathroom provided a shampoo- body wash combination product. And the “ lotion” came in 2 small packets and were liquid. The room came with a large wall heater which could be turned up if you were cold. This hotel is adjacent to the hotel de Luxembourg, but you get the door pass code do you can enter from the other side.

The breakfast was less than desirable, but the room and the property and the staff were great and the location was excellent. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property.

Very nice place, connected to 4 star Hotel Luxembourg, massage at Spa was very good for 90e. Great breakfast, walkable to town. A bit longer walk from train station, but totally doable.

Rooms were very small and AC was underpowered, but the staff was both helpful and charming and the area was quaint. The rooms were well kept and had all the necessities. Had it not been a little unseasonably warm, we probably wouldn't have noticed the AC.

Nice charming hotel in an excellent location just steps from shops and restaurants.
Pleasant staff.
Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great.
The room was much smaller than I realized. Comfortable bed. The bathroom was tight and too warm due to the hot water pipes exposed and radiating heat constantly, and no air conditioning in the room. Air conditioning doesn’t seem to be common in this area.
A very nice positive about the bathroom is that there is an outlet for hair appliances such as a flat iron which seems to be uncommon in France. You’ll want a long cord as it’s almost to the floor.
Overall this was a great stay.

All good, quick check in and on site parking a bonus. Lots of carparks very close if you cant get in the hotels. Didnt use the pool, very small.

Fantastic hotel, perfect location in the centre of the town. I stayed with my husband and 2 kids, we had a beautiful spacious 2 bed apartment which included a fridge and microwave. The place was spotless and the staff were so nice and helpful. I'm looking forward to staying in this fabulous hotel again in the future

Nice hotel, enjoyed our stay. Room was small but very nice and clean. Staff was very nice. Nice area, not far from from Train station, and walking distance to numerous nice restaurants. The breakfast could have been much better but overall, I really would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.
