location is excellent, good breakfast and employees were very helpful and polite

My teenagers and I felt welcomed and safe the whole stay. I stayed at this hotel many times in the past and I don’t have anything bad to say. Great hotel, close to the centraal station and I love that they upgraded the hotel. I recommend it and will be back:)

I did not expert such a good hotel in this very touristic part of Antwerp. However it was not easy to reach by car and we parked somewhere in the neighborhood in a paid parking

Calm

We booked a double room with 2 single beds and ended up with a double bed which wasnt the end of the world. The air conditioning was perfect in the middle of the heat wave. My biggest problem was the room door opened straight facing into the bathroom and the bathroom didnt have a door for some reason which put me off showering or any other type of bathroom activity other than a quick pee or brushing my teeth

We paid for and had a good room when we checked in, but sadly there was a fire in the hotel at 2:30 am and we had to vacate the hotel for about 12 hours. The hotel room we were previously in was deemed uninhabitable. we were moved to a room in the back which was smaller, noisier and we had to sleep on the couch because the bed was up a steep flight of stairs which i found painful to climb. i did not get the same quality of room that i paid for and there was only a skimpy letter saying they were sorry.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. I was attending a conference and other colleagues stayed in this hotel and other hotels nearby. We at leonardo did not have an acceptable wifi. A lot of times during the day and noght there was no internet.
The room was OK but you could hear all the noise from rooms nearby. The shower was old and not enough water flowing through. The toilet fan was not working either.
Breakfas was very simple and limited. There were only Halal turkey ham, no sussages or rashers. No specific chiice of pastries either.

Great location and kid friendly area.

Great location and staff! A real jewel in Antwerp

The room was too hot. They turned on the air conditioning but it did now work. I was unable to sleep.

Hotel was reasonable for the price, right across the street from public transit, clean. Was on the small side in the room and can get crowded for just two people, but I suppose that is how it can be with city center European hotels. They did have trouble finding my Hotels.com reservation but eventually found it with help from a manager. I would stay again if it was a good price for my scenario.

The hotel is located right next to the Central Station and close to a lot of restaurants. We recommend Bier Central.
The breakfast was OK but somewhat lacking.

very nice location

Good customer service by staff. The room had a also a small fridge. That helps alot if you stay for a few days.

Everything was great and convenient for people who want to enjoy the city center. The stuff kinda rude (some of them) it happened to me twice. Every time I enter the hotel, they asked about my name and room number even though the elevator cannot take you to other any floor without an access card. Unnecessary, from them to do so! Overall, it is a nice hotel.

Works are doing their best - but the rooms are very loud and people coming in very late and leaving early in the morning - very loud

Great location next door to the station and surrounded by plenty of eateries. 15 minutes from the centre on foot I wouldn't hesitate to use again Antwerp is a fantastic city

Short of servers in the dining room

THE LOCATION
3.6
The junior suite was very nice and spacious for the three of us (couple with small child). Room could accommodate four people we think but the maximum allowed is three. Bathroom was also spacious. The doors made a-lot of noise (and at night very irritating) and the hot temperature was the only minus in the room. We told this when we checked-out but no reaction (we think he had a hangover because of new-year’s eve). Check-in was also ‘so so’. Breakfast was very simple and on newyear day no late breakfast but until 10.30am, no champagne/cava and no happy new year’s anything. Parking is a plus but also very dangerous when you don’t have a small car.
Ps Our friends had a two floor studio with also three people but this was very packed (and a small bathroom) and here were four people allowed.

The hotel crew is really harsh! The bathroom was not properly clean and there are tolilet marks on WC from the previous stay of someone. I have shared my complaints to the guy at the reception and he said i cannot do much until next day morning as there is no one out to clean the bathroom. This is really annoying!

The service is good. The room was clean. Decor is nice. Location is good. Breakfast is average.

Bed was really comfortable. Location was opposite to train station.

This hotel has seen its better days. The rooms were very worn and torn but not expect much more since the price was rather low.
3.6
The rooms were comfortable enough with working (and much needed) air conditioning. It is centrally located just steps from the train station which is convenient. It is within walking distance to all the major neighborhoods. It can be a bit loud at night though according to some of our friends with rooms facing the street. We luckily had a room facing the central courtyard area so it was quiet.

AWeful, worst hotel i have ever been to, no wardrobes, noi draws or shelves, had to put most things on the window ledge, wash basin outlet jammed, reception took out plug completely this was\ on a friday, said no one could fix it till monday, mirror with a metal bar top of mirror where clothes were hung, could not use mirror tiny bathroom, been to many hotels never in my life complained this was an absolute disgrace, even the staff were embarressed, never again, luckey only there for 3 days.

The location was suberb. But it took us over 2 hours to park the car, as Antwerp is being dug up everywhere and so many diversions the sat nav could bot cope, the hotel did not inform is of this. In the end we had to park 10 minute walk away from the hotel and drag all our sruff in. Whe we toldnthe hotel they said we have a garage and heres a map. That was too late. We also asked for an early morning call in the morning, which did not happen. Room was confortable and breakfast was good. So it is worth a stay if you can navigate your car somehow to the hotel. If you arrive by foot, idea as its next door to the train station.

We had to beg for a room with aircon - because without it - it was like a sauna.
Everything you need (like fresh towels) you need to go and get it.
When the sheets were dirty, they still didn’t put new ones.
