Had a wonderful stay in mid November. Traveling solo and I appreciated the location—truly in the middle of everything!—and the friendly 24 hr desk attendant. The property itself was intriguing and beautiful. It’s an old converted palazzo so the hallways and room numbers are all unique and not intuitive. It feels old and interesting, like everything has a story. Do not book this hotel and expect it to feel like a Holiday Inn or something. It’s old but clean and well kept up. They let me check in early and were warm and helpful. The breakfast is heartier than I expected, and there is an arena who will make a great coffee for you. My room had a heated towel rack and a little fridge and a stately wardrobe. I’ll definitely be back to Hotel Pantheon.

Excellent trip

Our stay was one of the best stays I have had in Rome. I will 100% stay at this hotel next time we come. I can’t say enough about the staff and the hotel itself.

Staff were excellent.

It's very convenient, everything is right out of your door, it's safe to walk around.

Very nice, clean, sleek-looking place that provides you with many necessities for a comfortable stay, also right next to the pantheon. It’s walking distance to the trevi fountain and many shopping, dining, and landmark places.

This place was fabulous! The parking was the only issue as there is not direct parking on site and was a little difficult for us to find the entrance but the owner personally met us and drove our car to the parking area! He offered us a trolly to bring our luggage’s and was genuinely the nicest! The room was beautiful, clean, we had the suite which fit 6 of our family. Breakfast was great! And a 2 minute walk to the Pantheon! Made our trip wonderful .

Good location. Staff were polite and helpful. The rooms for three people were much smaller than illustrated. No room for 3 suitcases. Only one suitcase shelf/rack available in room. Another suitcase had to be placed on the desk, and the third had to be kept closed and stored under the desk. Crowded for three and disappointing. They do provide luggage storage on the last day after check out. Excellent location. Perfect room for 2 (or ok for three without much luggage). Excellent location. Lots of restaurants and tourist sites nearby. Good helpful staff.

Location of the property mere steps from the Pantheon and in the central area of the city/tourist areas was excellent! We were able to walk everywhere and did not have to worry about catching a cab or hopping on the train.

We stayed for 1 night during our long layover, but were happy with it. When we actually visit Rome, we will certainly stay here.
Convenient and friendly staff.

Location was perfect. Would have liked to eat breakfast in a room with windows not in the basement.

The hotel stay was great, the rooms were clean and the staff was great. It was perfectly located in the center of everything. The only negative was the taxi cab that was arranged for me the day I wa headed to the airport. The hotel assured me it was going to be $50 Euros and that we could pay with a card. Once we got to the airport the cab they arranged tried charging me $70 Euros and would oy accept cash. When I told the driver I would complain to the hotel he said he would accept the $50. I was pretty much held captive at the airport until I paid. The driver made my mom stay with him while I ran inside to look for an ATM. Beware of the cab drivers the arrange. Check the price with them before getting into the car.

The staff was amazing. Particularly ROBERTO was incredible. Very attentive to our needs, proactive communication, extremely helpful as we figure out our tours. We don’t have enough words to thank him. We are grateful to him.

Easy walking distance to many famous sites of Rome. Breakfast very nice, lots of options. Front desk staff wonderful. Small rooms. Parking off site, but within short walking distance.

The hotel is very close to Trevi fountain and pantheon. The staff (especially Roberto) is helpful to book tours and recommend restaurants etc. breakfast is fresh and cozy. We will definitely stay here again. We are a family of 4.

We booked a quadruple room for our family of four. The night we arrived, we were put in a tiny double room that they jammed two twin pull out chairs in. It was so small there was barely room to walk to the beds. Four beds abutted next to each other. No space in between. Literally none. My son hit his head on the TV stand that protrudes from the wall over his bed several times. They booked us for a quadruple room for three nights even though they had only two nights available and took it upon themselves to shove us in what was essentially a closet with three beds for the third night, but still charged us full price for a quadruple for three nights. For this inconvenience, they comped us the world’s most pathetic continental breakfast for free. We ate it once and did not return. The food selection and quality was laughably bad.
The mattresses are hard and terribly uncomfortable. The “twin beds” are cheap pull out chair beds. The common areas are dated and dirty feeling. While the location is convenient, with that comes loud noise heard through the windows at all hours of the night. The staff was completely disinterested in offering us any sympathy or discount for their booking mistake - or perhaps worse, their intentional theft of our money by overbooking us.
I would absolutely never stay here again. Nor should anyone considering this facility. Lots of options. Choose somewhere else.

Excellent location to go sightseeing and eating in the heart of Rome! Very friendly and nice staff. Relatively small rooms, but that’s a given in ancient buildings…

You are right in the middle of just about anything you would want to see. Great food options are literally down the street from you. Service was great.

Staff were very good. Room did not add up to expectations following previous on line views when booking. Good central location but room suffered from excessive street noise at night.

I chose this hotel because of the location and the elevator. It does have an elevator but that only reaches the 3rd floor. After that I had to go up a flight of stairs then down a curved flight to reach my room.
The area is quiet, but the hallway conversations sound like you are separated by a paper towel, not a wall. I finally started answering the other patron’s questions out loud to let them know I could hear every word and was disturbed.
I also figured out that the key card had to be inserted a certain way or the lights and outlets would switch off - then on- randomly every few minutes- playing havoc with my cpap machine.
Great location and helpful, friendly staff.

Such a cool hotel, we had several rooms within our group and every room was unique. Ours had stairs up to a large room with a rooftop balcony. So much better than a standard boring hotel room. Staff was lovely. It was in such a good location.

Terrific hotel! Friendly and helpful staff and literally a minute from the Pantheon. Crowded streets filled with tourists, but that’s Rome. Only negative is parking. Don’t drive to this hotel. Take a taxi.

The location was good. Close to everything. The biggest problem we had was that the website said parking “on-site” and we got down there which was no easy feat and there was No Parking and we had to find a parking garage about 20 min away. Not cool. All was said was “oops.. we should change that”. Room was big to have 4 people but not easy to get to. Had to take elevator to 3rd floor then walk up with luggage up narrow stairs. Would not book again.

Hotel location os convenient. Hotel service is terrible, dirty bed sheets. And they don't even apologize for it.

This property needs new bedding set, need to provide enough towels, and toiletries. It is very old and needs lot of improvement.

Just not quiet area as expected

Pantheon historic location is good but sadly the street was littered & unsanitary with homeless people sat outside in a streaming puddle of urine - this wasn’t unique to this hotel however - beautiful inside - our bathroom plumbing bubbled up and smelled

Super centrally located close to everything, very pleasant staff. Nice breakfast. A very Italian experience.

Cannot beat the location of the hotel! Walking distance to most of the tourist sites and there is a nearby taxi stand. Staff were very helpful. Our room was a good size. The convertible arm chair beds were not comfortable and the two of them would have been better replaced with another double bed. There is no where to to hang anything in the bathroom and you have to be careful when showering that water does not go on the floor. We left some clothes on the back of the desk chair and after the room was cleaned, they were found in the garbage. The garbage was not removed daily and one of the cups was still dirty from the previous occupant. Would still recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Rome. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The location is could not have been better. Just steps from the Pantheon. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help. The room was very small (but we knew it would be). It was typical for a smaller European hotel. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t bad at all. The room was very clean and the shower was amazing. We would stay there again.

The staff at Hotel Pantheon was extremely helpful. They arranged taxis for me and helped with dinner reservations. I was traveling alone and I felt safe.it is a smaller hotel with a lot of charm. It is also conveniently located. I would stay here again!!

Outstanding location, right in the middle of the Pantheon area. Even with the crowds in the square, we could not hear the street noise from our rooms. The location can't be beat and the hotel was clean and the room was surprisingly large, easily accommodating our group of three. The staff was outstanding, and very helpful with reservations, recommendations, and room lockouts.
