I’m going to make super 8 my go to hotel. I enjoyed my stay and was pleasantly surprised by the continental breakfast.

Kids playing in hallways all hours. Had to ask desk clerk at 12:15am to remind people above us they had other guests under them to stop bouncing on the floor- he didnt care. Breakfast area was so dirty- had to leave to get food. Back door wasnt locked, bathroom had dirt streaks on the floor and counter- spit on mirror. Beds had HUGE divot in middle had to sleep on edges. Noise level was UN REAL loud with. slamming doors and conversations could be heard from hall and rooms away at all hours, desk clerk was too busy playing on his phone- will NEVER stay there again, and tell others to avoid.

The motel was mostly clean. One issue we had was that a bed bug was found on our sheets on the last night of our stay. We were offered to use a substitute room that evening which was appreciated. The issue was that the substitute room had a smell of cigarettes. The manager the next moring was helpful and agreed to make it right which was greatly appreciated. We are waiting for expedia to follow through in offering us compensation.

The door did not shut properly without pushing it shut. The bathroom door scraped the floor and stuck partially open, no hand towels, not enough soap for a shower, floors were filthy, no handicap commode or handicap grab bars, no comfortable chair only a table with hardback chairs, did not have hot breakfast even though stated a full breakfast, just generally a rundown hotel. Definitely one of the worst hotels we stayed in. Would not recommend.

We had a very nice stay here. The staff was super friendly and very helpful when it came to leading us to fun activities and good food. The neighborhood is nice with lots of places nearby to eat and shop. We will be staying again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed several nights but they didn't come in and make the beds or add clean towels. Staff was amazing. Check in and out was quick and easy. Would definitely return.

We are handed over card for a room, and the room is not ready, we are given a different room. Then in the new room the AC stops working at night, and the manager tells we’ll need to pay extra to move to another room. Luckily the AC started working again in sometime, but they don’t maintain the AC and then expect customer to pay extra to get what they have already paid for.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a large room with 2 queen beds and a twin size also, which was great for my family of 5. It was an easy location to get around, and was close to the falls, but also wasn’t especially pretty. It was a nice stay though.

The property is in a good location but the hotel definitely needs upgrades. Our room had a really bad smell and the people above us sounded like they had a marching band in their room lol. I’m not one to complain so we just lived with it since we were only staying one night but I wouldn’t stay here again

Had a tough time with Wi-Fi. No connectivity even 3-5 rooms away from main office. Was asked to reduce security on phone😀 Then was informed maybe the node around the room wasn’t working.

Location wise phenomenal. The whole place is under staff and in need of complete make over. Rooms are average at best bathrooms are utilities are in poor condition.

Room next up had tv so loud . Walls so thin you can hear room next door arguing all night long at 4AM finally stopped arguing. Talk to front desk on first night wast told they knew lady was doing this for 2 weeks and multiple people had been complaining. The lady checked out next morning. Next night a couple moved in arguing from 9m to 4am and hotel desk didn’t even care to do anything about it they offered ear plugs. As far as breakfast cereal , toast ,Beagles nothing hot. To top it off no turndown service don’t care to clean room or give fresh towels. Will never use this hotels chains!! Super 8 NY Niagara Falls

What I liked is you could tell they took pride of ownership. The location was also very close to a target and other dining options which was convenient. Overall was a great stay.
