Malgré certains inconvénients notre séjour était formidable

It was pleasant.

The location was the best we have been so far. Having parking and breakfast included in the package was really great!

The AC unit in the room was a little loud. We tried to adjust it and keep it low. The carpet was noticeably dirty as if it hadn't been vacuumed for days, as we could see the dirt on our feet. Providing a pair of slippers would have helped. The facility needs significant upgrades, including having AC in the common areas. Throughout our stay, it was hot and uncomfortable when moving from the Reception to the elevator and finally to our room. Although the breakfast was nice, it lacked variety, such as fruits and veggies. I hope I see some changes next time I come.

They took $200 deposit and they kept for 5 days for no reason. So they are investing deposit money from everyone.

It was worth it!

As expected the breakfast was bustling, it was reasonable and the staff did their best to manage the crowd and replenish the food. The room and bed was excellent!

Cheap and cheerful in an excellent location!

Excellent location and free parking made this very appealing!

That will be the last time you will see me there.

The location was fine, but the breakfast was plain and the room wasn’t anywhere near worth the price paid. Old, the sliding patio door didn’t close completely and the Tv channels were very limited. Won’t be staying there again.

It was old and not updated. The cost for the room for 2 nights wasn’t worth the value. Staff wasn’t very friendly and the hotel wasn’t very clean at all.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Niagarafälle sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, sowohl auf der kanadischen als auch auf der amerikanischen Seite.

Die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt, das Mobilar entspricht nicht (mehr) einem heutigen, guten Hotel-Standard. Das größte Manko für mich war das Fehlen eines Safes. Frühstück war sehr eintönig, keine Abwechslung, Obst fehlte überhaupt.

Disappointed, not what the pictures show on their website.

Good location, very short walking distance to Clifton Hill, Casino and the Falls. Room was generally clean and the Inn was tidy as well.

Beds were lumpy, pillows had no protective case and were lumpy as well. Cracks in the ceiling, some cobwebs around window. Hot water was the worst, took 5-8 minutes just to get it. No small refrigerator. Rooms need to be renovated.

Me encanto lo cerca que esta de las Cataratas, se puede ir caminando, el lugar es acogedor y la relacion de Precio vrs servicio fue excelente! Queda cerca de los principales atractivos turisticos de la zona!

Very disappointed no one seemed interested in what was happening in the pool and off the balconies

Location is central to everything

When we arrived hockey team was present a lot of screaming and people throwing things from balcony’s our bathroom toilet was very shaky and room needs to be cleaned up our curtains were very dirty and falling apart

Great location and parking and staff. Room was clean. Jacuzzi tub was great after a lot of walking.

The facilities and room need updating. More choices for breakfast and recyclable flatware and dishes, plates etc.

Very good! It is a valuable hotel in a pricey Clifton Hill.

The room is clean and has a view of Clifton Hill establishments such as the Casino Niagara and the entertainment area. It is only few minutes walk to the event I was attending. The breakfast is as expected with eggs, meat patty, cereals, bread and drinks. The lady at the reception was very kind to check us in the morning, much earlier than the check-in time.

It would be better if the TV shows local channels, at least with news channel for weather update.

Friendly staff, great location. Facilities and rooms were a bit dated, but that's to be expected of an old hotel. Having said that, everything was in great condition.

Not a big deal, but using disposable plates and utensils for the breakfast wasn't so great.

We were looking for a new hotel to stay near Clifton Hill but we will not be coming back.

I liked that the rooms could all be booked close to each other and that one of the rooms was adjoining so the family could hang out together. Location was also good. Beds where dated and a little hard but the bedding was very nice.

Once checked in, there was no staff to be seen anywhere. The breakfast was terrible. Worst coffee ever and out of 4 toasters, only 1 worked so we waited about 20 min. to toast stale bread. Advertised a hot breakfast which was egg & sausage patties that were awful. Just breads and jam available. The hot tub was caution taped off. Our room was dirty and there was still hair in the tub.

I don’t recommend this hotel!

We liked that the rooms booked were across from each other and that 2 of the room were adjoining. Made it convenient for hanging out with the family.

After checking in, there was no staff to be seen anywhere, even at check out the next day; oh, there was one poor cleaning lady in the main lobby area that did not speak much English so she couldn’t answer my question about checking out. The rooms were not very clean, very old and dated and there was a musty, damp smell in the hallways. Beds were descent but the mattress was well worn. The hotel included a hot breakfast that really was awful. Just stale breads, something representing sausage and egg Patties. Worst coffee I have ever had at a hotel. Out of 4 toasters, only 1 worked so waited 20 min. to toast my bagel. Ended up going out for brunch. The pool was cloudy and the hot tub was closed with caution tape around it. I was trying this hotel because it was close to Clifton hill but sadly, I won’t be back and won’t be recommending it to anyone.😔
