Excellent Bar/Restaurant area. Rooms pretty small

Impeccable hotel with a fantastic view of Limerick city from my room. Staff were very professional and friendly

The hotel was lovely. Check out at 11am is too short in the morning. There’s no plugs by the bed either. I was in 1006 and no plugs near the beds. There over on the tea side of the bedroom. The staff were lovely and pleasant. My pillow covers was dirty and not cleaned properly.

Check in staff was professional over friendly. Initial room smelled badly of damp but reception was happy to move us to another room without hesitation.

Best hotel yet that we've stayed at on holiday. Gorgeous room overlooking the Shannon river. Staff upgraded our room upon arrival. Welcoming lobby, friendly concierge. Definitely coming back to this hotel.

A great stay. Excellent location overlooking the River Shannon and within walking distance of City centre. The staff were very friendly and good facilities in the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was nice and comfortable but car park charges a little bit much where i think they should be free for customers, car park trying to get in and out of it was far too tight

Super friendly and understanding staff. The hotel is well-positioned in the city and is easily accessible. Based on the staff experience alone, I'd recommend this hotel.

Reception staff were amazing. Waiting staff were a mix of very good to very poor. The food was disappointing overall. Evening meal and breakfast.

We had a very nice stay everyone was so nice and friendly and went out of their way for you.

Rooms were average, heat didnt work, hotel in general was cold. Food was very poor, waiting to be seated, although not busy and food took a considerable length of time to arrive, chips not fully cooked, veg cold and area we were seated was particularly cold. Drinks overpriced. Hotel in general very poor value for money.

Staff dont have a clue, restaurant and bar is chaotic. The hotel was full of non paying guests that push past you to get for free what you pay for. The lifts had people in them that clearly dont pay and are dressed inappropriately. Non paying guests walking around with water bottles and plates with nuggets & chips everywhere, constantly. The spa and gym was worse than my council health center. Homeless people outside. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it.

Excellent staff, clean quiet and comfortable rooms with beautiful views, great location.

Have stayed here several times and enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately they could not accommodate my 7 day visit, so I had to spend 2 days elsewhere (which I thoroughly enjoyed). Good pool/spa facilities (pool, whirlpool, steam room, sauna, gym). I stayed in a king room with a lovely view of the river, comfortable beds, kettle BUT as a Canadian I was surprised by no fridge nor facecloths. Food and service in the bar/restaurant was excellent. However, my big complaint was that the internet was not working on the 7th floor. Despite 3 complaints to several individuals, the problem was only rectified by my 4th complaint on the morning of my 4th day -- upon my return to my room on my 4th evening, I was finally able to access the internet in my room. It was always accessible in the lobby. It's handy city centre location means that I will probably stay there again. I also tried to stay there for 7 days in July this past summer (tried to book 4 months in advance regarding a family wedding), but was advised that they only book 14-day stays during that time ... very disappointing.

We stayed for one night and it was good for us. Clean and easy to walk into the city center. The River Shannon was also beautiful to sit beside at the bar.

I’ve never felt the need to mark a hotel as poor but I am making an exception for this hotel.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Limerick. Parking garage validation was provided which was a nice surprise when we departed.

I liked it's location and size. I didn't like that they don't offer a top sheet, so when it gets hot during the night, it's difficult to regulate room temperature and need to take off comforter to not swelter. Also, no washcloths or hairdryer.

Great staff. Very personable and always helpful.

Your website states that “Parking is included”. It is not. Parking was €8.50.
