Great.

Great staff at the reception and a very nice hotel in general. It was very clean. I was given a room for people in wheelchairs for some reason so the bathroom was a bit strange to use as a person who’s not in a wheelchair but it was ok as I was there for only 2 nights. The restaurant is nice as well. Food was ok. They gave me 14€ discount for the restaurant when I checked in which was a nice surprise. The waiter didn’t know English well, but it was possible to communicate with him.

Lovely stay at the Limerick Strand. The room was huge! The bed was very comfortable. It would be ideal for working from, as there is a large desk. There is is a desk infront of a mirror for doing makeup, too - does not always happen in hotels! Huge selection at the breakfast buffet - only one small change there - better sausages :)
Added bonus - the pool, sauna and jacuzzi!
Would definitley stay there again if in Limerick!

Short stay but very close to areas of interest. This was a hotel that we would have liked to stay longer but it was a one nighter only.

This was a great stay and the hotel staff checked us in early. The staff was extremely friendly! We booked the king bed and the room was impressively large with all the comforts you’d expect.
One thing to note is that hotels.com tried overcharging for breakfast so if you are looking to book at the Strand just get the breakfast voucher at the hotel so you save some money. As for the breakfast, the spread was amazing and the food was delicious.
Overall this was a great stay with a great location.

It was ok. It not for the price. I expect more from the Strand. No teabags in the room on arrival or even on the next day after the room has been serviced. The bar did serve us when we got back after midnight but not with the welcome I would have expected. I got a baileys in an orange juice glass!!! Breakfast in the Sunday didn’t have the food coming out to be topped up. The guy on reception struggled to understand English fully so he want as helpful as I would have expected when I was trying to book us in for a lunch, just sending me somewhere else to book in. Next time it will have to be the Savoy I think. There were some very helpful ladies in the bar area serving us when we were in the sofa space. I guess I just would have expected a standard and it was the small things that didn’t deliver.

Fantastic place, great service and location, I got a large city view room with a lovely patio.

We were there only one night. It was a convenient location. The only problem was there was no where to plug in my husbands’s CPap machine. The closest plug we did not have an adapter for. The adapter we had was able to be plugged into the desk area and the code was strung across the room. There were no plugs by the nightstands. This seems to be a business hotel and I was surprised by the plug situation. There was a US plug by the desk but it did not work. Other than that problem the hotel was very nice.

Another amazing stay at this wonderful hotel, staff as always friendly and helpful. Upgraded room, all the usual you would expect in a hotel of this quality, coffee machine, kettle, room safe, aircon. Room was spotlessly clean. Dinner as always a treat. Centrally located just a very short walk across the bridge to the main street

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a wonderful location, and we were placed in a room with a fantastic view of the river, castle and city. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Our outgoing flight was delayed 24 hours, but the staff was able to help us without any difficulties. We were very impressed with their service and hospitality.

Good location. Solid functional facility. Executive lounge is a joke and prices are high but still a good pick for a short stay.

Hotel was good. Town is a little run down with lots of vacant stores/buildings. But location was convenient to take day trips and have a home base hotel
