Our stay at the Campnile is what we expected as we have stayed there before, if you like pretty basic and cheep and its just somewhere to sleep then this is ideal it ticks all the boxes, you don't have to eat or drink at the hotel as within a five minute walk you are into Fenny Stratford where there is a host of takeaways, restaurants, pubs all providing food and drink. so if your looking for just somewhere to rest your head then this is ideal.

Not an enjoyable stay. Very date decor and feel.
Sadly, the hotel a stale smell as you enter.
Had I not arrived so late I would’ve cancelled and went elsewhere

We were just looking for a hotel room to stay the night, this hotel provided the ideal room for the stay we required, we had previously stayed there before but on arriving hoe now found you have to pay to park your car there which we didn't have to last time we stayed, also as well as paying for your room you now get asked to pay a £20 deposit for each night you stay which is refundable after 5days? i am still waiting for mine and its been 6 days since we stayed there.

Check out was a real problem … no one on reception and all the doors locked. This seems to be an ongoing issue at this hotel.

They now charge for parking.

I have already made a complaint via your chat after spending 3 hours in total trying to make a complaint on two separate occasions.
Wrong description of room type, soaked carpet, dirty room, dogs barking constantly in the room below us. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Staff and breakfast was brilliant. Clean and tidy. Great value for money and easy parking

Lovely helpful, friendly staff.
All areas seen very clean and tidy.

The rooms are OK but nothing special.
The main criticisms are:
1. No lift which, if you're on an upper floor is a major downside.
2. Breakfast finishes at 10am at weekends.

Overall we had a good stay. We were a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews but we had no issues.

I wasn't in my room for more than 7 hours. It really was a drop in over night to break up a long journey. Everything was provided that you could need in a basic hotel room. Clean, tidy room and bathroom. I didn't have time for breakfast so I can't comment on that. The staff on reception were very friendly , welcoming and helpful.
My only 2 negatives were that I found it really cheap to have a payment system to park overnight given that the hotel really is not in a busy commercial area. I think closed barriers and an intercom system would be better to keep it hotel users only.
My second negative was probably the rain why they have a pay system and that is the night club opposite the hotel which on a Saturday out more accurately early Sunday morning was in full force. I was very lucky to have room on the opposite side of the building but as I was checking out I was hearing various people complaining annoy the noise levels keeping them awake till 3am.
So to sum up I probably wouldn't risk staying there again just incase I wasn't so lucky.
The second which

This hotel is good value for money it provides large rooms that are always kept to a high standard and the staff are very professional. My only criticism is that you're expected to pay for parking at almost £10 for two nights.

Extremely noisy. Loud doors banging into the early hours. Wafer thin walls. Stained carpets everywhere. Rude checkin staff.

Paying to park car overnight in hotel carpark was a surprise. Not being given full info about breakfast. Won’t be back

You need to pay additional fees for parking when on site.
The room is horribly dated, "clean" though ive never seen so many stains and marks in a carpet.
The matresses are very uncomfortable.
The room smelled like ammonia.
Bathroom was dirty.
Staff werent helpful with getting additional towles.
I really wouldnt reccomend, myself and my partner didnt touch the carpet with even our socks it was an experience, but an experience you dont want to repeat again.

Ivetried to contact several times but no replies. Needs an upgrade, carpets in particular are dirty. Stayed a couple of times, if you stay in a room facing the front its nosiy also all bedroom doors slam, woken up several times from guests bedroom doors. Breakfast was ok, need more staff working. And now have to pay extra for parking too.

We were here for a family wedding. It was value for money, we have no problems with staying at this hotel in the future. Thank you.

On arrival chwck in was good but suprised to see they now operate a parking charge system, this was being instaled on our day of arrival so they did not on this occasion charge us but something to consider for future planned visits.
Breakfast was good value for money and fair choice of food available, hot food cooked to order so much better than off a hot plate servery.

Good value a little noisey at night

The bed was seriously uncomfortable. It’s a noisy building and the carpet not pleasant. Needs some updating. But, for the price, it’s good value

Stayed one night on business. Room was ok and I had a good nights sleep. A bit basic but actually the room had everything I needed. For £56 it was very good value.

Paid a whopping £200 for a 1 night stay due to its proximity to the National Bowl. They certainly capitalised on that! The hotel hasn’t been updated in a very long time, everything dated and worn and the carpet in the room was disgusting. Stains everywhere. Actually got something brown and sticky stuck on my foot. If you feel £200 is value for a grubby hotel then there is something wrong. Won’t be staying again

Its a dive.

The bed was a bit hard for me but not too bad, and there was a lot of noise - I thought it was the nightclub across the road but apparently it was a festival of some kind elsewhere nearby. It was very convenient for Bletchley Park though, which was nice

It is what it is...A budget hotel. Adequate size room, clean, close to all local amenities.
Quite dated and tired looking decor, small single beds in our twin room.
It's fine for a night if you just want somewhere to get your head down

I stayed just a night, but the bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. There was no noise from the nearby pub or such given it was a weekday, so cant say much about that, but the reception was friendly and poured me a pint that was excellent. There was a bit of a smug smell in the corridor, but nothing overbearing or anything. I wasn't charged anything extra like other folks seem to comment, so not sure what they are referring to. Overall, good!

The property is a bit noisy at night time due to its location near a night club. Room is not cleaned every day.

I booked a double room and was given a twin. When I asked for the double room I paid for I was told that Hotels.com have a fault on their website and it was their fault. I was told that they had no double rooms available. I pointed out that the carpark was empty and I didn't believe what I was being told and asked for the manager, apparently he was on holiday, I asked for a refund and I would cancel my stay then all of a sudden they had double rooms. They then took a £20 pre-authorization payment which is still pending on my bank account.

A nice, clean hotel convenient to Bleckley Park

The deputy manager gave us so much trouble during our stay.
The staff did try to help with some of our issues, but each day we got told we hadn't booked Thursday-Sunday, but rather, Friday to Monday.
The deputy manager tried to charge us the whole amount again because they were unsure sure if this app had transferred the money and then the co-worker managed to sort it out.
Each day our key card was reset, we also asked for the room to be cleaned which it hadn't. Again, the deputy manager had told us it had been clean, but we had already checked it.
In the shared room there was one dirty towel and only one mug. There were two of us booked so this was a bit of a mystery.
