I appreciated it was bear the highway with the ease of access. This Courtyard is a low-budget hotel. The walls are thin, with inoperable electrical sockets, along with a worn look in the rooms (and the exterior property).Additionally, Mobile Key is not a working option at this location. I stayed one night and it met the purpose of finding a place to sleep. I would not pay for an extended stay at this property.

We started our stay off with one of the most rude and unprofessional check-in lady. She first made us wait till she was done texting whoever she was texting on her personal phone to ask us “what do we need” then as we were checking in she asked me for a card and to put it in the card reader and never explained why it was needed. As I asked her what it was needed for she was was rude and acted as if me asking was bothering her. I might add this is my first time ever booking a room for myself. Then I asked how much it charged my card so I was aware of how much she charged me and again was irritated with me for asking questions. She was very rude and a very poor way to start my trip. The room was nothing like in the pictures and the sofa bed was covered in stains and had a sticky feel to it and also had no sheets provided for the pull out bed, so we had three adults in one bed. Finally i had charges made to my card that were from a restaurant room charge that totaled up to $43.60 that me nor my group had made. As I told the same check in lady that these charges were wrong she said she’d fix it while again staring at her personal phone, and did in fact not fix it. So long story short, I do NOT recommend this hotel for your stay until changes be made.

This hotel don´t offer shuttle to the airport or restaurants nearby, the food is limited and is located far from restaurants. Two days whithout wifi during my stay.

This place did not have our room ready at 3 and lots of people in lobby waiting for their rooms as well that we're not ready. The room was dimly lit in all areas and especially around bathroom sink area. Could hardly see to get ready. They advertised a heated pool and it was not heated. Extremely cold. Our room was located at the end of a long hall and the exit door card reader did not work. We inquired about it and they said it went out with the last storm.and hasn't been fixed. So, every time you wanted to go to your room you had to walk through the whole building. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. For the price their is much nicer ones nearby. Not a good experience!

I reserved the room because it was advertised as a hotel that offers free airport shuttle. But they do not.

The staff were very rude and I needed my room clean and they did not clean it until the next day

Booked this hotel specifically for the bistro & the airport transportation. Upon checking in, I found out that the Bistro was closed at 5:30 pm on a Thursday & they stopped offering airport transportation in December 2023. Those amenities are still being advertised and helped me make my decision on where to stay, Expedia & the Courtyard site needs to be updated.

Our first room hadn’t been cleaned yet. The next room was but it was still dirty. The comforters weren’t clean and neither were the pillowcases.

Walked in close to midnight after a long day of travel and expolation, and was told there are no rooms even with a reservation. Sent me across the city and forced to pay a substantial amount more to just sleep around 1:30 am at another courtyard after finding no other hotels so late. Terrible of the company to not adapt to us or at least provide some sort of room at a similar rate.

Had issues with my door locking. Refrig was dirty. Overpriced for what i got.

Our stay started out on the wrong foot when we had to wait about 10 minutes for a front desk person to show up and check us in. We then went up to our room to find out the TV in our room didn’t work. We called down to the front desk and were told they didn’t know how to fix it. We then went swimming in the pool and it was very small, even for a hotel pool. The piece de resistance though was the next day when the breakfast staff failed to show up meaning breakfast was canceled and they did not even apologize or offer us any conciliation when we checked out. We will not be staying here again

I booked for 2 queen beds and ended up with a King and sofa bed. Also I couldn’t use my card key on the back door to get in after 10 pm which is illogical when you have handicapped parking next to that door. Very inconvenient Also the stopper in the sink doesn’t leave enough clearance for the water to drain. For the amount of money it costs to stay a night it was very inconvenient, which is unfortunate for a courtyard Marriott.

Front desk at check in and check out was outstanding!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially Jasmine, who showed great patience on the night we arrived. There was a sports event in town so it was hectic at the front desk. Someone who called was not happy, but she maintained a plesant apologetic AND SINCERE voice. Best of all, she didn't badmouth him to us after she hung up. It is unfortunate that there is only soda machines in the lobby & they carry limited, Pepsi only products. And that the "Cafe " is only open for a short breakfast time especially on weekends, since there is nothing nearby.

Let me first start by saying the desk clerk was great and super helpful in getting my room switched out twice in the same day. The first day was because the drain in the tub was backing up. I left for work came back and it was still the same situation. So they switched my room. I started to look around the new room and I found a box of condoms underneath the bed. I always struggled with this hotel because it’s not exactly the cleanest, but the beds are comfortable and the front desk folks are helpful if need be. BTW, the pool was shut down by the health department as well.

I booked with this hotel because it advertised free parking and free shuttle service to the St Louis Airport. When I arrived on November 12,2023 I was told that there were no shuttle drivers for my morning flight! Also, there would be no shuttle service to pick me up when my return flight arrived on November 17,2023 at 9:00pm. I had to use Uber for both ways to and from the airport which cost me additional money ($45 total plus tips ) I am a75 year old women traveling alone and this was an inconvenience for me ! The shuttle service was my main reason for booking this hotel and I was very disappointed that this service was not available to me !!

Shuttle to the airport was convenient and easy. Seem like a safe place. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

Subpar at best

It’s a bit dated, which is to be expected, but the staff is very friendly and very helpful. They just seem a bit UNDERstaffed in some areas - most notably the cafe at breakfast time. There was one guy back there trying to take orders, check people out, make the coffees, and I’m pretty sure he was cooking in the back too. Not his fault at all, it’s the situation he was faced with, but for ordering a drip coffee and eggs/bacon/toast at a Courtyard Bistro Cafe, it took over 30 mins! And that was after I asked him nicely a couple times, since I was on a time crunch. Perhaps that was a one-off, but it sure seemed like it was the norm!

Was greeted quickly and friendly by person working desk even though she was dealing with 2 soccer teams filling the lobby area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping was awesome also. Thank you for the great stay
