We were attending a concert at the hotel. It wasn't really at the hotel - the concert facility is a distance away. The concert venue is great, but the parking is not. The hotel runs a shuttle, but it is at a cost. Feels like it should be free for hotel guests, especially with the distance and the parking situation being less than ideal.

Good stay, but the beds could have been a bit more comfortable (mattresses a bit too hard) But otherwise it was very nice!!

Amazing stay! Thanks!

Ask for Sam if you require assistance with your luggage, he is a credit to the hotel.
The room we stayed in had some peeling paint, and was not in the greatest shape. The air conditioner made a weird liquid noise when shutting down. Certainly not worth what we paid per night for the room.

Never cleaned room asked for clean towels repeatedly. Could smell cigarettes in the lobby

Great place! Excellent service

Stayed at the hotel because my son was playing Linderwood the next day. The hotel made it feel like a mini vacation
4.1
Hotel room was okay. Really dusty. Like it hadn't been swept & dusted in awhile

Honestly the lack of late night food options is my only complaint. I went to a concert at the amphitheater, and the shuttle situation was awesome! After partying all evening we were wanting to eat something, and i think there was a Thai restaurant open til midnight but the line was long and not moving. We had to settle for the vending machine.

Stayed overnight to go to a concert. Room was clean and comfortable. Would for sure stay here again.

overall great. food options was just horrible for a casino 3 places to choose from. Glad i was solo cause pad thai is not acceptable.Sit down steak house is not a option at 8 pm when u traveled all day. everthing else was as expected

You had to travel 2 elevator from the parking garage to get to to your room. I paid ahead of time with hotels.com and was charged by the hotel a resort fee when i already paid for a resort fee ahead of time. $20 a night up charge to change to a double bed. No hot breakfast in the hotel. Vending machines didnt work. Slipperiest bathroom floors and tb with no bath mat. Water didnt drain from tub. And concert venue music was playing until late and could be heard from the room. But most off all nobody smiles in the hotel guests or staff.

Very comfortable and spacious. Amazing!

Overall nice hotel, but let me speak for all the people walking around the hotel the morning after a concert looking for food. How/why in the world would a hotel/casino not serve a breakfast, and no that pasty place does not count..
4.1
The receptionist at check in was wonderful and checked us in earlier than the check in time.

Great place to stay when attending concerts at their venue

I recently stayed here while attending a concert next door at the amphitheater. I am glad I did. There was no fighting traffic. I took the shuttle bus over for $15. We also played slots while we were there. I lost my money, but my sister won $329. It was a week night, so most of the casino/hotel restaurants were closed by the time we got back. There was an exceptional Asian restaurant open until 12AM, so we ate there. It was really good food with an open kitchen. The shower was nice and hot, with decent pressure. The only bad thing, there was a bad smell in the hall, and one guess said it smelled like sewer in her room. Other than that, it was fine.

Very convinient to stay and watch concert, gamble and have some fun

Great stay only thing was a ringing sound while going to bed think it had to do with plumbing

The stay was perfect except for the the morning when we were leaving. My husband and I were stuck in the elevator for an hour. Not one staff member had a master key to open the doors. We had to wait on the fire department to come and get us out.

Wife and I stayed one night for a concert and checking in and out was very easy. Hotel was very clean, and very quiet for being part of a casino.
4.1
Staff was excellent. The shuttle service was a great bonus. We only ate there once, but there was a good selection of restaurants to choose from and we enjoyed the one we chose. The only negative thing I could say is that the toiletry dispensers in the shower were completely empty.
4.1
Was perfect for what we needed. Rooms are a little dated. Had sunset tower and view was of roof, it needs a little tlc but worked for us.
4.1
We like the shuttles to the amphitheater. The only negatives were the refillable shampoo, body wash bottles were empty or hard to get anything out of. We were also unable to get any of the four usb outlets to work.

Better not be hungry after midnight. Went to concert got back at 11:45pm. Looked for a open restaurant and the only one open closed at midnight, and the line to get in was long. And weren't accepting any more people. Employee told us we have vending machine. . NEED TO FEED PEOPLE LATE NIGHT!!!

Great smooth checkin

We went for a concert at the Amphitheater, we used the shuttle, which was super helpful and in my opinion worth the cost of tickets for it. The hotel itself wasn’t very clean, the carpets in the hallways had lots of dirt, even some random trash laying around. The room itself was alright for a one night stay, but it definitely wasn’t the cleanest, nicest place we’ve stayed.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke.

We stayed for a concert! Everthing was good.

Clean rooms, well stocked with towels, no smell of smoke anywhere, quiet.

Stay was great! We were there for the Hozier concert and had an amazing time. Shuttle service was top tier, room and staff also excellent. Only complaint was the vending machines were not working and we didn’t know about the water cup policy. Will stay again. Excellent concert venue.

We love that we can shuttle to and from the concerts. Imagine Dragons was so large and I felt check in and shuttles did amazing for the flow of people. The only down side was when we had breakfast at 99 diner Saturday morning. The food was great but the service was horrible. We were totally ignored after the food was delivered. We had to ask a busier to get our waitress for our check. Whom it took another 30 minutes to get back to us. Other than that it was a very nice experience
4.1
I like how the rooms are how the restaurants are all there especially when you're there to go to a concert!
4.1
Stayed at the hotel since it was close to a concert venue we were going to. That is the only reason I would ever stay here again. Main issues with the room were that the tv only had maybe half the channels. Could not even get some local channels. Plus the phone did not work when we tried to call the front desk. Also, the room felt dirty and there was a spider in our room. Our room also had very long dark hairs in it, neither myself nor my wife have dark hair.
Would only stay here again out of necessity.
4.1
The staff was wonderful and was able to make sure we have everything we needed for our stay. Hotel was clean and nice. Would definitely stay again!
4.1
Fast check in, clean and comfortable beds.

I stayed for a concert…room was good. Only complaint was I paid to stay I should have got free shuttle service to and from concert.
4.1
Very friendly staff, beds were comfortable.
4.1
Room/bed smelled. Couldn’t sleep the entire night. Panel for the AC fell off the wall and almost hit my wife.
4.1
Air conditioning never cooled the room. “Luxury room” was lower grade than a super 8. Out dated and old. Expensive for the condition. Convenient to our concert location but will not book this one again.
