I love this hotel, it’s one of my favourite hotels. It’s beautiful and historic
It’s clean and the rooms are cozy and lovely
It’s in a wonderful location and it never disappoints
I will always be back when I’m in SLC

They couldn’t find my reservation even though I had a printed confirmation, then claimed they were full and didn’t offer any resolution. Sent me away. Manager wasn’t helpful at all. Avoid this hotel.

The hotel is lovely. The walls are just really thin and there could be warmer blankets.

The Peery never disappoints; the hotel has a vintage charm that feels fresh and new. The Peery is charming and cozy. It has a great walkable location.

Everything was great other than having to pay for parking. Overall 10/10

Our stay was fantastic. We arrived early and got to check in early and it was complimentary. The lobby had water and fresh coffee. Our room was very clean as well and the room had water bottles and coffee pods. I highly recommended this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay, the bed was comfortable and clean ,we appreciated the night light in the bathroom. We were in 228 the noise from the street wasn't too bad on Friday night and pretty much none on Saturday night. Definitely will stay again

Very nice room. Unfortunately, I was placed in a corner room that over heard the band at the neighboring bar til late at night. The next morning at 7am, road construction began
right below my room. (A morning I could sleep in).

From Check-in to check out, our stay was quiet and pleasant. The staff were friendly, the room was quiet (even in the middle of downtown).

#1 issue was that AC in the room runs very loudly. This unit did not cool the room enough even the hallway was cooler than our room. No leg room to sit on the toilet seat because it faces the shower tub and if you’re of average height you’ll need to sit sideways

Very nostaligic, clean, comfy, beautiful atmoshere. Blake at the ftont desk was AMAZING.

No parking! Such a let down. No parking guaranteed by the hotel. Only paid public parking available! We were told by the staff to use the parking next to the building or in front of the hotel. It was $25. We paid. We left later for dinner and came back to no parking spaces open at all. None of the spaces are reserved by the hotel. And apparently the parking security doesn’t care to check how many spaces were paid for. There were cars coming in non stop looking for parking, so clearly more people paid than there were spaces. No one kept count. We were driving around to find a spot for nearly an hour, having already pre-paid for a parking spot. The staff said they can’t help us, even though they were the ones who said to pay for the parking ahead of time. Absolute mess. This really ruined our stay. The AC in the room is bad. No counter space in the bathroom. I’m very disappointed.

Great and centrally located, lots of food options and easy to access transit, etc. my favorite hotel in Salt Lake.

They didn’t clean our room. We left the room I. The afternoon but they should have come to get it cleaned or at least come and change the towels.

Easy check in, great pricing, great location

Everything was so nice and clean. Very quiet, was never bugged by noise.
ONLY COMPLAINT- the room was really really small. Barely fit the king-sized bed. And you couldn’t fit 2 people in the bathroom at the same time unless one was in the shower.

What a great find. Great hotel, wonderful staff. Rooms are more European than American (smaller) but well appointed. Thanks

Overpriced reskinned motel. Falling apart and dirty inside

Stayed here for a girls trip and it was amazing! Easy walking distance and the inside was so beautiful! Not to mention how good this place smells

We had a good stay! Very cool historic hotel with a restaurant for breakfast (they give you vouchers if you book with the breakfast plan). The workers were very nice.
They don’t have their own parking lot so you have to pay for public parking which was $25. Small elevator and very small shower. I think all of that is reasonable since it is an old hotel. Toilet paper holder was broken but other than that no issues. Was clean, cozy, and fun to explore. Good location even with the current construction around it.

There is a ton of road construction going on at this corner. It makes it hard to access. No other entry but through the front door. I was not advised that the pet fee was $50 per pet, per night (most hotels it is $25/pet per night). They just charged my card. That was a bit annoying. The room was nice overall but very warm and it was difficult to cool it. There was only one small ceiling vent providing air. Bathroom was tiny but very well decorated. They provide great toiletry products for hair and body wash, that was a nice treat. Overall would not recommend for the lack for the lack of customer service and the difficulty of access.

Parking was expensive at $12 per day, but otherwise, we had an amazing stay. The staff were lovely, and the building was very elegant. Would recommend!

Great old building lots to see and do all walkable

Good area and nice hotel but the water pressure was not good.

Lots of eating options that are delicious and open late, walkable bars and bike and scooter availability

When we woke in the morning there was NO hot water. We called the front desk and they sent someone to check on the situation. We needed to leave soon and they said it would take about 15 minutes before maintenance would be avaliable. The front fesk staff gave us $30 in food vouchers to a nearby restaurant. It is unacceptable to have no hot water during a hotel stay.

Hotel is very nice and staff was very friendly. The only complaint that we had was that air flow in the room could have been a little better as we found it to be a little stuffy. over all though, it was a very cool hotel with great dining/drinking options easily within walking distance.

We very much enjoyed our one night stay at the Peery Hotel. We loved hearing about the history of the old building. The hotel was restored and maintained very well. Our room was small, but very comfortable. Everything worked well and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only con was there is no free parking.

One night business trip.

Was a cool old school hotel that’s been restored. Didn’t know we had to pay to park in the lot adjacent ($25) or else would have considered better options adding on the parking fee. Also, got in the room at there was a camera plugged into the wall. Unplugged it and put it in the drawer, but was very odd. Was in a good spot for where we needed to be.
