Came to tulsa for the weekend getaway. Always have a good experience with the Renaissance hotel. Clean spacious rooms nice bathrooms. Though tulsa is a.small city its close to everything. Would like microwaves in the room but they have one in the lobby and they can bring one to your room.

It was very spacious, however, facilities was very outdated, carpet was dirty and coming off the floor, beds were not queen size they were more like full size

My Granddaughter loved the fish in the lobby.

Pricey for what you get. Hotel is just okay. Overall very outdated, dusty and lots of stains and kind of hot inside, AC in the room was definitely struggling but did work.Staff was friendly, parking was easy and had security at night but had to pay and by a QR code. Pool has been out of service for sometime but at least they have some type of arrangement with the hotel down the road, which was very small; especially for TWO hotels to share.

Very old. Bathtub rusted. Green carpet was dirty and the bed shams had stains. Will not come back

Love the concept of the Renaissance. Nice setting for a hotel and small convention enter. The property needs a seeious decor overhaul to bring it up ti date.

The property is very nice, well kept and the room was great (comfy bed, etc). HOWEVER, we paid extra for a breakfast "buffet" that was a continental breakfast- nothing fancy (although the staff in the dining area was very kind and helpful). Additionally, the check in staff was what I would describe as curt at nest, and there is a per day fee for parking on top of the cost of your room. It wasnt an ideal experience overall.

House keeping will unlock your door and proceed to open it all the way and then say house keeping as you are standing there naked. They did not only do this once during my 9 day stay but TWICE.

We did a staycation in town we were there from Wednesday to Sunday. The food was way too expensive for what we got. The rooms were not updated. The breakfast was served every morning however it cost $18 a person they didn’t serve lunch and they served dinner, but they only had a half a kitchen open so it wasn’t very spectacular food for the price. We are paying not only that when you stay there they want you to pay to park in their parking lot, and they have no complementary or anything like that at the hotel was a very good stay

Comfy bed and great staff. But the walls are peeling and comforter needs to be replaced due to markings on it that were hidden between the bed sheet.

Needs upgrade. Room service: food good but serving utensils need to get rid of the plastic. Pandemic is over.

Stayed at the hotel for a conference. The conference area was great, but could use some comfy seating areas. The carpet on the room had numerous stains and things around the building seemed a little rundown. The shining star of this hotel is bartender Robert. He was fantastic. Efficient. Unflappable, and could make to perfection just about any drink your asked for.

Had stayed at this property many years ago. Thought then it was a very nice
hotel. Great location. Appears now that they've been lax in remodeling and updating. Bathtub was rusting and had little hot water. Blackout curtains wouldn't close all the way allowing light in all night and in morning. Never could get AC to completely cool room. Noticed other signs throughout the property where repairs needed to be made.

The rooms are nice enough. There’s no fan in the bathroom, and it’s garbage that they charge $12/night to park in their parking lot.

Our stay was amazing. The room was beautiful. Yes the hotel is older but it was super clean. Beds were comfortable. Justin the front desk manager was excellent along with the entire staff. We can’t wait to return next June.

It was probably once a nice property. In dire need of renovation. It did look like renovations were getting ready to start soon however

It's the balcony for me. Not many hotels have the balcony. I love sitting outside enjoying the weather. It's relaxing for me

Inside the room was bad, old furniture that is broken and old carpet is toured and loose. Bathtub is dirty and looks bad. No aesthetics in the rooms.
