I had an awesome stay!

I really enjoy this hotel, I stay here every time I travel Broken Arrow!

Smelled liked moth balls

Will not stay here ever again. The hotel is ran down and is need of a facelift. The thermostat our original room didn’t work so they moved us to a room with a mini fridge that was so loud we had to unplug it from the wall. Also, the photos of the hotel show that there is a bar but it isn’t open and hasn’t been anytime that we’ve stayed there.

Comfortable the front desk lady very nice and very friendly and very respectful I will definitely come back and will definitely recommend everyone it’s quiet very peaceful and just know you will definitely enjoy a good night

Had to find a nice hotel in a huge hurry and one that wasn’t to expensive because had already paid for one and it was disgusting so we called here and we got a very very nice room, with a great rate and the staff here is absolutely amazing. I will stay here every time I’m in the area for sure!

Upon arrival, the smell of moth balls slapped us in the face. My first thought, "do they have issues with snakes?" Checking in, the service was fine. Going up to the room, the tiles in both elevators are broken and smelled of weed & cigarette smoke. The room was clean, but the bed was very hard. The breakfast was very mediocre with powdered eggs, boiled sausage, bread, waffle maker, and acorn tasting coffee. The chairs in the lobby had oil stains on them (probably from the construction workers that store their equipment in the back of the building.) The room was quiet, but the Wi-Fi was spotty. The shower was really hot, which was perfect! For the price, it wasn't the worst place we have stayed, but it does have room for improvements.

The hotel was nice, the staff was great and the room was clean, bed was comfortable to my liking and was in a good location. I had a handicap room with a handicap shower which was okay but the water kept getting cold then too hot and then too cold quickly. However, I let the staff know and they were very apologetic and said they would look into it. Everything else was great and it was a good breakfast as well.

The lady at the front desk was the rudest ever we are planning another trip to Tulsa and will not be staying at this hotel. We are even afraid to go down and have breakfast because she was so rude and we weren’t sure if she was going to count how many pieces of bacon we grabbed.

You pay more, based on location; that is certain. I am surprised the new building is showing signs of wearing out faster than it is being maintained. None of that affects your sleep, so maybe it is not worth mentioning. Still, I wonder if I will want to stay here in five years, based on the weather and people damage that goes unrepaired.
Staff are courteous.
Room is clean, but for some caulk mold in the shower.
This location needs to amp-up their approach to protecting their property investment, to assure long term viability.

The room was great, clean and big enough for two. Plenty of towels for two nights. Breakfast left something to be desired, not super tasty or many choices. Stuck to cereal after trying eggs and sausage. Pool out back was "closed for the season" which is fine, but the water was green, kinda smelly and full of trash.

Had a nice stay. Only problem was that the booking site shows that there is a pool but did not show anywhere that it was closed for the season. Not the end of the world but definitely had some disappointed kids:/

Would stay here again despite a small problem with a touchy shower faucet problem. Possibly a temperature regulator going out but it was reported to the front desk. Otherwise, 2nd stay here and would definitely book again!

I had read some bad reviews after I had booked and was concerned. They turned out to be totally unfounded. The staff were all very nice especially the woman on the evening shift at the front desk. They even allowed me to use the pool after it should have closed for the season. The pool was wonderful! The room was clean. The area was nice. I would definitely recommend!

The office staff doesn’t answer the phone even though they are just watching tv in the back. Since they don’t answer the phone I had to take the elevator downstairs to get help. First room had no working TV has had to take several trips downstairs to get that resolved. The resolution was changing rooms so I did. The next room didn’t have good AC and the toilet didn’t work. It took them almost 20 hours to fix the toilet so I had to continue to take the elevator down 3 floors to use the restroom. I checked out two days early even though o paid in advance for Expedia. Will never use Expedia again. Wasted too much money.

The coffee pot was broken in the lobby so there was no coffee for breakfast on a holiday weekend. Seems something could have been purchased at Walmart that would work for a few days.
Our room smelled molded and mildewed. I reported it the first night with no response and also on second night after having headache for 2 days and stopped up. Very late evening, they responded with a possible relocate room after we had already showered and ready for bed because of early morning plans. We have stayed there many times but this time, my husband said never again.

Room old and shabby. Staff rude, breakfast horrible, NO coffee available.
Advertised a bar, bar was closed down...

I enjoyed our stay. I felt safe and secure and the rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly and polite.

I like that it was close to eateries and the highway. The room initially smelled musky but after running the ac I believe the air filtered the smell out. We will be back.

It was in a good location for our needs. Staff wa friendly. Only big complaint we had was the fridge in our room made an awful sound.

Dirty shower, dirty towels. Overall not very clean. Not enough people working the front desk.

While the evening check in went smoothly, our room was worn down from the paint to the lampshades. There was also cleaning needing done in the bathroom from hair in different parts to urine all around the base of the toilet. Breakfast was filling, check out person was a little pushy in making us check us before we loaded our car with our luggage.

Everything was great. However we had a loud noise in our bathroom the whole night. Otherwise everything was good.

I was disappointed with my stay at La Quinta at Broken Arrow, OK. The most immediate issue was the overwhelming smell of mildew throughout the hallways. It was so strong that it made it difficult to breathe and it made me cough. Additionally, the furniture was in poor condition with noticeable damage. The room was ok overall for one night stay. Breakfast is basic. Given the price point, I expected a comfortable stay. I would not stay here again.

The AC did not work in my room. The lowest the temperature got in the room was 74 degrees. No one was present at the front desk in the morning to make them aware.

Great value for what you get - clean, spacious room with free breakfast, nice outdoor pool, and a big gym downstairs. Check-in was super easy & quick.

Nice hotel at a decent price. The area is also very convenient to the highway with several dining options nearby.
