Amazing hotel everything was perfect apart from the food options, wouldn’t recommend if you hate fish, aswell as breakfast isn’t the best variety it’s the same thing every day.

Lovely maintained gardens around the hotel and scenery next to the beach in general - great sea views from the Privilege room. Nice dining (buffet) area outdoor and indoors (El Jable restaurant). The pools were great. Very happy with our stay (1 week).

The staff were friendly and the choice of food was outstanding. There were enough sun beds and five pools. The pool ranged from one suitable for toddlers up through one suitable for parents and slightly older children to two deeper pools suitable for more relaxed enjoyment. A beautiful beach was about 5 minutes walk away. Good entertainment also!

Property was good, some staff service not the best. Diversity training required as we were made to feel like we were at a place we were not needed😞

Very nice, definitely recommend!

Hotel is really nice, the beds extremely comfortable. Plenty of options for breakfast, lunch a bit repetitive but still nice. Only negatives are the aircon in the room was not good at all and the sun loungers are uncomfortable as they are just metal with no cushion (unless you have upgraded to the privilege package)
Overall a great hotel for a great price.

We treated ourselves to a night here while visiting my mum who lives more inland. I remembered how kind and friendly the staff were the previous year when we had a day pass, and they were kind again this year.
Our standard room was gorgeous with a huge balcony that the older kids loved.
Beautiful grounds, but only one warmer pool..nice chilled out vibe. Felt classy and no queuing for anything, food and drinks of good standard.

My friend and I went to Tenerife for his birthday. I booked a 'family room' and requested in advance that there should be 2 beds. We were disappointed to find only one double bed and a sofabed. We paid around 850 euros for 3 nights, which had to be paid at check-in before we saw the room. We requested that the hotel add a second bed on the first day, but nothing happened. We asked again on the second day and were told something would be done. We were under the impression a single bed would be added. We were disappointed again to find they had only made up the sofabed. For what we paid, this was a very poor level of service.
The room we were allocated was not very nice. It had zero view, blocked by overgrown vegetation. The room was in need of modernisation. For example, electric sockets were old and loose and there were no USB points.
The food was very average and not up to the standards of other H10s I've visited in the past.
I would not recommend this hotel, there are others that are far better and that take customer service seriously.

A fast and good check in and out. The quality of dinner is somewhat deficient and needs improvement.

The rooms are incredibly dated, poor standard of finish, carpets worn etc - very different to the nice lounge. For the money, very poor value.

Stay was good overall. Had some small issues at check in but they were sorted. Great hotel for family and chill out holidays. Room cleaned every day, great staff. Interior updating going on presently.

Rooms need an update.2 power outlets per room away from nightstands. A lot of pieces seems to survive from times when hotel was built. Food in restaurant mediocre, even though there is big variety.

Nice hotel with parking outside. The breakfast started at 08.00, which was a little bit late since my work started at 08.00. The rooms are clean and the beds are really good. Nice view from the balcony.

H10 Costa Adeje Palace is a great hotel to stay at. Friendly and helpful staff, great food and the swimming pools are amazing. The only thing I can argue about is the gym, it needs to be refurnished overall.

No information about breakfast at check-in. They didn’t tell me I need reservations for breakfast until I asked by call next morning.
Someone knocked the door and open the room about 8:30am, it was scary.
The shower room sink didn't drain well, so the bathroom was flooded by water.
The hotel staff couldn’t understand what is “shaver” in English. And finally they couldn’t give me it because of Covid.
The facilities were very good but service was so bad.

Really enjoyed my 3 night stay. Reception desk were very friendly, room huge with lovely view over the courtyard and view to the sea, delightful balcony and staff were attentive and helpful. Food was of a reasonable standard although the dining room lacks atmosphere. Altogether pleasantly surprised

We really liked the location but the hotel was lacking tlc. We had a junior suite which was spacious, but no sun on the terrace; the TV had only 2 British channels, the fridge/mini bar was emptied which was fine, but it wasn't working so we couldn't use it for keeping drinks cold. The bed had a mattress topper but it was too small for the size of the bed so very uncomfortable and so we had to have it removed after the first night. The breakfast was still self service buffet which concerned us as they were relying on other guests following the hygiene rules which many weren't so all the serving utensils were being shared. Check in was a shambles as the person who checked us in didn't seem to understand the new covid requirements and was quite rude.

Unfortunately massive hotels like this feel empty during Covid. This review is representative of a period in time with limited staff/guests so may not be fair in normal times.

Hotel ok however if your not inclusive then it’s not worth booking, be cautious to take water etc to room. Nothing at all is provided on arrival or checkin. We were told on booking we would be given complimentary wine as gold member and upgrade if hotel quiet, neither was even discussed or acknowledged when I enquired. The booking system for breakfast didn’t work either. Hotel ok but if not inclusive you do not feel very welcome.

A very comfortable hotel with good facilities and staff that are very helpful and friendly.

This is a great property with a convenient location and the half-board option is a great value. The quality of the food is mostly high (some dishes overcooked - eg. prawns) but great variety. The only downside were the beds - the rooms were beautiful, but the beds were very uncomfortable and hard.

Friendly staff, great food, lots of sunbeds, fabulous swimming pools, very clean.

I would have reviewed this H10 more positively if it hadnt been for the gym. The gym room was in a deplorable state! There were only a couple of cross-trainers, a treadmill, an old set of dumbbells and two old mats that were falling apart. I visited this gym on 5 days during my stay and the area hadnt been cleaned. The water dispenser was empty most of the time. Also, the two big outdoor swimming pools were always empty as the water was freezing. It might help to have the water a bit warmer in winter. Other than that, the food was amazing, the staff great and the room was clean!

Nothing! This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Such a waste of money and time. Took us 2 days to get to Tenerife from LA to be at a hotel as horrible as H10.
4.0
Great location. Buffet food if high quality with plenty of choice. Traditional decor gives slightly dated appearance but spotlessly clean everywhere.
5.0
Great food, pools, close to beach, tabke tennis and billiard
