Easy access to the resort too

Lovely Hotel, staff are excellent and they go the extra mile to provide excellent service. The food choices in the buffet were plentiful and of a very good standard. The rooms clean, and housekeeping do a great job every day. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Amazing property! Food was amazing and lovely staff. Great location also!

It’s an incredible hotel. Total luxury and not too many people for them to cope with serving. Wonderful room and views. Lovely pool tasty breakfast buffet with a very wide choice. It’s our second year at this hotel. We had so much fun! Its location is right in the heart of Adeje. Handy for restaurants and seaside walks and access to the town and market. 100% would go again for a third time.

We had a super week at the Jardines de Nivaria. Rooms were nice and spacious, and well-equipped. Breakfast was excellent as were the dining options. Local dining options away from the hotel are not great - we walked to Caleta most evenings for better dining there. Pool area was very nice and quiet. Overall a very nice and relaxing stay.
4.7
Exceptional staff and service. Sensible price points that encourage guests to use the facilities and services rather than look elsewhere. Easily accessible to shops and restaurants, however once inside the grounds, it feels like an oasis of calm. Our first contact and communication upon arrival was with Alejandro and Alejandro. Both gentlemen were professional and keen to help - great first impression and one that continued throughout. Superb stay, thank you all. We will be back.

Outstanding food & service, immaculate gardens & pool

Very relaxing place. Good breakfast buffet to please most tastes.
Bar staff were really nice. And the cocktails made looked and tasted excellent.
Pool area never felt crowded with plenty of options to sit by the pool.
We had a junior suite in the Taganana wing. It was a spacious room, well laid out.
Would return.

This isn’t what I’d expect from a 5* hotel and how it got its 9.4 rating on hotels.com I’ve no idea.
The food was terrible. The buffet is sub-par and the a la carte room service looked like it was scooped out of the buffet. The scrambled eggs looked like finely chopped hard boiled eggs that had been heated up in cream. We couldn’t eat it. The coffee was not good and I was even scolded by a member of staff judiciously guarding the exit from the buffet for attempting to take a coffee to reception to sign some paperwork. Being told off like a child for doing something most hotels wouldn’t have a problem with was quite embarrassing.
They have a weird thing with water in the room. There was no drinking water in the room when we arrived (an oversight I was told) and if one small bottle of water isn’t enough for two people after a day in the sun you can buy a “water package”. We once called to ask for water because the room water hadn’t been refreshed and they delivered some and charged us again for it. Felt like a money making exercise for something that shouldn’t be a problem for a 5* hotel.
The room was quite nice except the bathroom was like a premier inn (not a problem but not 5*). The amenities (shampoo conditioner soap etc) are all in wall mounted dispensers which kept running out at inconvenient times.
The pool and grounds were nice too but the pool service was poor — nothing wrong with the people serving just that we went hours sometimes without spotting someone.

courteous and helpful staff
good sized rooms, good quality amenities
attention to detail , good care of clients

Great location. Lovely hotel. Lovely staff. Lovely room. Only downside was that our room was above the gym and the music beat from early morning class was disturbing and annoying. Also early cleaning in neighbouring rooms was noisy
4.7
Lovely hotel with excellent staff on all fronts. Enjoyed the heated salt-water pool.

The hotel is not a 5☆ i would consider it 3.5☆ but charged us nearly €600 a night on a bed & basis for a so called superior room, i attach the photographs for all to see.
We had several issues including unable to get accees to our room after breakfast even though i asked at reception that our cards are not deactivated on the morning of checkout which often happens in hotels all around the world, we were told by the reception team that our cards were fine and working so we went on the mission to get to our room which is a good 5-8 minute walk from reception to the fourth floor on M4, its a very strange configuration for a hotel selling so called superior rooms.
Once again our cards didn't work and this happened three times when i went back and asked to speak with management who were in one of the many meetings they seem to have.leaving.
Eventually we got into our room by one of the staff getting a key to get us in and had less than one hour to pack and move to the courtsey room that is offered to everyone.
We complained on our second day but to no avail, and only got a call from the commercial manager Nancy 40 mins from checking out of our superior room, offering us lunch which we declined.
We checked out at 15:50 and asked to speak with Nancy she was not there and got to speak with Ana the Ops Manager after 50 mins of waiting for her,she was aggressive and contradicted herself several times including telling us we didn't pay almost €600 a night which we did.

We had a fabulous time at the Jardine, the location so close to all amenities, the hotel staff, our room, breakfast, pool and gardens were fantastic. Would highly recommend ☀️

Brilliant stay, good amazing and excellent choice. Pool area clean. Room very spacious in Junior Suite. Only one issue was lack of baby changing near restaurant but still wouldn’t put us off staying here again
4.7
Fantastic hotel in a great location. Definitely 5 star and we would stay here again.

We had a amazing 6-night stay here for my 40th birthday and we honestly couldn't have chosen a more perfect hotel and location for our needs. Excellent, well-furnished, spacious rooms, gorgeous balcony with a fantastic view looking out into the pool area and rest of the estate, delicious food in the restaurants including the outstanding buffet breakfast, unique, wonderful spa, and a very convenient private beach access lift to an array of very good restaurants, shops and promenade, so you are certainly not isolated and it's very easy to get around, either by foot or taxi. The heated outdoor, salt water pool in the hotel is incredible - an amazing size, a huge number of sun loungers, sun shades and towels you can rent (for free) using a card system, a separate, warmer freshwater jacuzzi in the same area, and gorgeous 360 degree views all around. You can even order very nice food and drink to eat by the poolside. The service throughout the hotel is excellent, especially in the Cupola restaurant and spa, and housekeeping and cleanliness were also superb. They have us a free bottle of cava and an adorable card for my birthday, and made our entire stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!
4.7
Fantastic hotel, lovely room, pool area and great location. Ate at the buffet one night which was good quality and variety, and dined by the poolside once, also good food and setting. Cocktails excellent.
4.7
Second time here but they let themselves down this time. A problem with the aircon in the room that went unresolved all week and apparently "they cannot discount the rooms" to compensate us. Shouldn't advertise it as having aircon then at point of payment.
We were offered dinner on our last evening as compensation - however, having tried it earlier in the week, we won't be taking dinner in the restaurant again. It was bland and overpriced - plenty of better alternatives in the locale.
Given there are two key-controlled security doors we do not understand why it is necessary to fully lock the beach access entrance at midnight - some of us have a life!
Excellent pool facilities is still the best feature of this hotel. We will return but we will know next time that complaints go unheard and will shout louder sooner.

Great comfortable, relaxing stay with fabulous surroundings and AMAZING BREAKFAST, just what we needed, thank you so much to all the staff for their hospitality and warmth. Can't wait to return.

We stayed here for the first time. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.
Good:
They had daily live entertainment in the evenings. Pool table (2 euro) and table tennis (free) were available. They let us borrow a uk to eu plug adapter. Swimming facility was great big pool with jacuzzi and waterfall and towels and showers. Beach is nearby, transport links and scooters are nearby, dining area is nearby (indian, mexican, thai, etc food). They kept our luggage and tagged it as our flight was scheduled after checkout and offered us a courtesy room to freshen up.
Not so good:
Table tennis equipment bad condition. You can only borrow iron and stand for 1 hour, not available in each room. You can hear people talking outside your room and walking past which will disturb your sleep if you're a light sleeper. The breakfast options were nice but kind of limited, it had the main stuff though like omelletes, capaccuino, juice, bread, fruit, pastries, etc.

This is our second stay at the hotel, only eclipsed by the first as we got engaged in thier amazing restaurant with sunset sea views last year. Can't fault the staff and service.
4.7
Amazing hotel, one of the best I've stayed at. Lovely, friendly staff - Nothing was too much trouble. Food excellent. Just hope it stays the same in the future!

The restaurants in the hotel are very good. Buffet dining offered excellent options.
