Honestly we had such a good time at the VISTA Verona and were so impressed by the over the top attention to detail and service at this fine establishment. The property is beautiful and in an excellent location, they made last minute lunch reservations for us, arranged a full day wine tour, we had an excellent couples massage at the Spa . . . it felt like every time we left the room the came in and made everything clean and perfect. Room service was on point. The restaurant is expensive but quite good. Could not have been better! We hope to return. Verona in general far exceeded our expectations and is such a lovely place to visit in Italy (we didn't even do the "Juliet Balcony" which is just around the corner from the hotel).

Beautifully renovated property with luxury finishes. They must have spent an incredible amount on marble, woodworking, and custom lighting. The below ground spa and indoor pool were an amazing amenity to have in such an historic building. The rooftop restaurant provided an elevated take on the Veronese tradition of cooking, and carried a fantastic wine selection. Superb and responsive staff, not overbearing. The higher end suites are beautiful. Great stay for a couple, convenient to the opera and shopping in the historic center. 6 stars out of 5

Fantastic service, great location, top class hotel, the spa was a lovely way to spend a couple of hours in the afternoon and I booked a massage which was lovely. We had a gift in our room as it was our 25th wedding anniversary. The room was beautifully done and bathroom huge. Everything was spotless with turn down every evening with little gifts and cards showing the weather. Everything little thing thought of including a leaving gift. We have stayed in many luxury hotels and this one is right up there.

No detail is overlooked in this beautiful boutique hotel. Perfect location- central but tucked away on a quiet side street. Impeccable staff and service. The room was lovely with ample amenities and minibar. Intimate rooftop for drinks and dining. Valet parking available.

Five stars is not enough to give this beautiful and exquisite hotel. From the moment we stepped through the front door, we were enveloped in hospitality and warmth. Davide, Massimo and everyone we came in contact with during our two-night stay deserves the highest praise; I wish I remembered each of their names because they all deserve a huge shoutout! We stayed in two connecting suites and they were two of the most comfortable and elegant rooms we’ve ever stayed in, if not the best. The beds and lines were luxurious and exquisite, as were the amenities - plush slippers, cozy robes, wonderful toiletries, and the most delectable turn down treats. The breakfast spread at the penthouse dining room was delicious and our dinner was one of the best meals we had during our two-week travels through Italy. The service at the Vista is truly top notch and wonderful. We felt so welcome and well taken care of every day and cannot wait to come back to stay even longer! Verona is such a magical place and its unmatched charm and beauty were amplified by our wonderful time at the Vista.

The Vista Palazzo is in a prime location and was a wonderful experience in every way. The Vista is a beautiful boutique hotel definitely worthy of its 5-star Luxury rating. All of the staff were so helpful and courteous and made us feel right at home. The decor and attention to detail are exquisite. I would definitely return and would gladly recommend to others.

This property was immaculate and exceeded my expectations in design, service, and cleanliness. The hotel is the epitome of personalized luxury and I felt at home immediately. The linen sheets are ironed to perfection, every rug is silk, breakfast is served on beautiful china with silver, and every detail has been thought out carefully. They even left fresh cut flowers and macaroons in the room. The breakfast is gorgeous and delicious and I enjoyed it with a beautiful view of mountains and rooftops. I am a very discerning frequent traveler, and I left flabbergasted. I recommend traveling to Verona just to stay at this hotel.

Great new small hotel just opened last week so pls be kind and give them some time to get up and running. The prices are a bit steep for what you get in terms of in house facilities. But the SPA looks nice, the location is prime and once the roof top opens it will be a nice spot for a short stay. I think to warrant the price charged they need to up the game on the restaurant, bar and vibe. Its has a bit of JK Place feel to it, but not the same at all. They lack the vibrant common areas. I did not eat at the hotel but the breakfast was good.

Fantastic staff and accommodation with access to wellness centre which was well worth it. Peaceful and top range facilities to indulge and enjoy.No parking at the hotel so need to park in recommended multi storey safe car park 10€ for 24 hours and 10 mins walk to hotel. Car can be parked outside hotel for drip off of luggage.Central location and easy access to all main attractions of Verona

Attractive boutique hotel tucked way conveniently on a small side street in the heart of Verona. Comfortable room. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Relaxing in the spa after a day of sight-seeing was a fantastic way to wind down before going out in the evening. We would definitely enjoy staying there again.

This property was beautiful, we had a good sized room with a good size bathroom, jacuzzi tub too.The Turkish spa room is lovely bonus with steam and sauna and a cool plunge pool to relax in...gives you a nice break from the hot day. The location was excellent, we could walk to the city center and arena in just a couple minutes... juliett balcony is very near. Tons of shopping and fantastic restaurants and cafes.

From the outside this was a pretty place. The location was great. The main floor was very nice. The pool is in the basement. The hotel is very small. Our room was very, very small. The bed and pillows not very comfortable. This is a three star hotel. We spent one night ant it was functional. I was glad it was only one night but in all fairness I usually stay in 4 star hotels.

We loved the personal touch at the end of the night we would return to find the maid had been into our room again to place chocolates on our bed and to tidy the bathroom.

Booked at this hotel without prior research on the property. Excellent staff at the reception desk checking us in made us feel that this was a good choice. Very nicely designed and decorated premises. Very comfortable rooms (excellent mattresses on the beds) and very good bathrooms - better than any 5 star rated hotels. Very good spa also. Incredible place!
