This is a very run down hotel. The rooms were disgusting and run down and I did not feel comfortable at all staying there. The price for this place is ridiculous for how run down it is. I felt like I was staying in a 2 star motel not hotel. There was holes in the walls and doors. Rust in the bath tubs, the carpet was ripped and filthy. The couch in the living area was broken. I will never pay that much nor stay here ever again. The only positive was the staff was friendly.

Had a great time and really enjoyed the bar. Staff was friendly and facility was clean. My child is high energy and no one complained, which i appreciated lol. I enjoyed the happy hour after a long day at Disneyland

Parking is not too far from the entrance. Very clean and friendly staff. Large room for the 8 of us. Had 2 bathrooms and sleeping areas for all 8. Free breakfast is good. There appeared to be several games, etc outdoors that ppl could play... looked fun, but unfortunately, we were there for only 1 night. I would definitely stay again.

Other than the smaller space we are used to and some problems others in our group had, it was a good week. The housekeeping did keep taking our extra towels so we had to get more at the desk every couple days. The staff was very friendly though.

The staff was very nice. The hotel is close to pretty much everything from Disneyland, K1 Speedway and late night eating spots. There were some nights where the parking lot was full but they did have an overflow area in the hotel next doors parking lot.

This property advertised internet and we only had it for 1 day. We spent 14 nights at this property but stayed there 13 nights without internet. We had to use roaming data as my child was on a course and needed internet. Keeping up with business back home had to be on roaming data. It was a very horrible experience. The sofa in the facility was torn in different places and the pullout bed was very springy and uncomfortable. It is a very nice area with proximity to Disney and the breakfast was okay.

The room was filthy and definitely needs major updates. Had to change rooms first room smelled horrible. Soda was ripped and dirty. Second room was much cleaner but had blonde hair when I pulled back the sheets. Shower had hairs. Soap holders had rust and hairs. Never again

I had a big problem checking in. Driving almost 8 hours and with little ones we finally get to hotel and they tell me that hotels.com didn’t send them payment and I owed the entire amount or I couldn’t check in. We went back and forth for over an hour, included management called hotels.com until they finally figured it out. My kids were tired we were irritated and I have never had to go thru that. I don’t know in the end what the problem was but that whole experience was very annoying.

We stayed at this property with our family of 5 (2 Adults, 3 kids (2kids are teens)). We stayed in the suite with 2 rooms 2 bathrooms and a pullout bed. One room had 2 twin beds which worked for our two teens. This stay was to visit Disneyland so we didn't spend too much time inside our suite. Having 2 bathrooms for getting ready or cleaned up was magical for our family. The room even had a full kitchen that we would have used if we had planned on spending more time in our suite. There were many families staying at this property and the pool seemed to be a happening location daily. The breakfast was fantastic and there was plenty of room to sit and eat during meal hours. The property had suggested hours to come to breakfast which really helped the traffic flow during breakfast. The property staff was kind and very helpful. Easy checking in and out. Disneyland was a very short easy drive from this property. We didn't venture out around the hotel property so we aren't sure about restaurants or pharmacies nearby. Parking was the biggest challenge. If you arrive after 9pm, parking is already all filled up or others took up more than one spot (which was annoying). We will return to this location and recommend this property. If you want a specious stay that is a very short drive from Disneyland with reasonable rates, this is the hotel for you!

We stayed five days to go to Disneyland. It’s so close don’t bother with a car. Grabbing a Lyft or uber was super easier and cheaper. It’s across the street from stores and restaurants. The pool was nice. Staff was friendly. We got the two bedroom suite with the kitchen which was great. We will return.

Monday thru Friday breakfast ends at 930. At 928 the staff started pulling food items off of the floor even though the dining room had about 30 people still serving themselves. If you were making waffles they took the syrup. If you were making coffee they took the creamer. If you were serving yourself fruit they took the fruit tray. They did this with no regard for customer service of the fact that people had been waiting online for 10-15 minutes to serve themselves, and had finally been able to do so. This event was the most disrespectful event I’ve ever experienced at anything that would be considered a hotel/ resort! I complained to management. Complained on yelp. Now I’m complaining here. Everybody in the dining room was absolutely appalled by the absolute disrespect for the customer! Every single staff who participated needs to be immediately fired. Management needs to be fired. Corporate needs to rehire and retrain an entirely new team on something so simple and basic as customer service!!!!!!

Room was perfect for large damily getaway, fold out. Ou h not most comfortable, but good enough for teenage boys. Location was awesome, roo. Was clean and with whole kitchen we saved money. Price for room was great, we will be back

I did not like that they charge you a parking fee every night that you are their, especially getting their late at night, there is hardly any parking. I believe their fee needs to be less than $26 for what they charge when you could be waiting just to find a parking. Also, during my stay my bathtub was leaking out water from the side but just ended up putting a towel on the side of the bathtub to soak the water when it fell out.

Hotel is nice. Each room is a suite. Includes sofa bed and kitchen which was great! As for the front desk staff, most of them were incredibly kind and so helpful throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff is also so patient and kind. My only concern was a front desk associate Jocelyn. I'm not sure if she is the manager or what. Marriot sends an email and it asks you to provide a time to check in. Our flight landed at 12:00. We aimed to be at the hotel at 1:30PM so I went ahead on our 1:30PM for our check in time.It was not mentioned there that it was a request. I was led to believe that would be our check in time. We arrived at 1:30PM and Jocelyn said it was a request and that there was 3 people ahead of us. She was very unkind and inconsiderate. We had been traveling since the night before. We were so exhausted and waiting to finally reach our hotel but she did not care at all. We waited almost 1 hr and a half. We were literally sleeping in their lobby. As jocelyn walked around us just staring at us. We finally went to the front desk to finally TRY and check in and as Jocelyn was finally attending us. A couple of people were WALKING OUT THE BUILDING and she stopped them and asked if they still needed the room they wanted. THEY WERENT EVEN ASKING FOR HELP. She stopped checking us in and goes "let me attend them first" we were so exhausted and fed up. I went to another person who came and they help us. It was ridiculous. Plumbing was a bit of an issue for me. Mold build up

Terrible!!! Do not stay here!!! Staff is rude!!! Hotel is filthy. There was fecal matter smeared all over the floor by the elevator 1 full day of my stay there. Inside of the room was gross. Has room service listed as an amenity but there is no room service!!! They have no vending machines. No ice machines. The breakfast was disgusting. They served grey sausage patties. I will never ever stay here again.
