Room was clean and comfortable, easy shuttle service to Disneyland.It was my daughters birthday trip and I let the front desk know, they made sure to deliver a piece of chocolate cake and chocolate covered strawberry’s which we greatly appreciated. Great service goes a long way. Overall stay was good my only complaint

This was last minute plans. It was ok for the most part. The room was nice size, a bit older style room and uncomfortable bed. My biggest complaint would be the parking lot is filled all the time. If you don't park early in the day, chances are you have to park a distance which is an inconvenience. It is in a good area for stores, food places and Disneyland. However, overall just parking lot and the comfort of my bed is the biggest complaints. Overall, staff were friendly and helpful.

Balcony was useless - the AC vents hot air so can’t stand in the balcony ever. Hot tub and pool had sand in them. Our room was on the main road side and excessively loud, even on the top 7th floor. Complained to front desk and they said they were full but would get us into another room the next day - but no one from the hotel bothered to follow up with us.

This hotel is in a nice and safe area with many stores, restaurants and gas stations 5 minutes away, and disneyland being 10 minutes away. it was super easy check in and they had good service, they gave us everything we asked for right away. the room was clean bed was comfortable overall a 10/10 i would stay again.

The room cleaning very nice help me right away if i need something …. The frontdesk lady when im check out shes so friendly also… thank you all staff who very nice to me and with my kids … the one i dont like the one staff in restaurant in dinner my husband ask for hot water coz my daaughter need it at night for powder milk she give my husband only a small cup .. disappoint my husband bring a thermo to fill up not even that big but she cant give us. We need to get hot water in gas station so we can fill up the thermo…

First they hold same amount I paid in full with hotel.com with a deposit. Wish they warn you when booking. Beds are not the best. Pillows just wish I brought my own. WiFi was so slow for their tv Netflix. It was quiet and staff was nice

My stay was not what I expected. It was meant for a vacation, funeral and a romantic getaway from stress. My husband was introduced to an upgrade, so my husband wanted to surprise me and accepted the extra expense for a better room. Although the hospitality of drinks and snacks was great for the upgrade, but nothing was more miserable than not have warm/hot water to bathe for three days. I had to shower in the straight cold water or not shower at all! I called front desk over 10 times, but they could not do anything for us. There were no rooms to replace either. They had some technician person come up not to fix anything but just to say that the hot water was turned off and to tell us to confront the manager for some kind of discount...we did, and they gave us one day free. Wow, this really made us happy... well it doesn't. I am paying for happy peace of mind away from home and they failed to execute it. We just can't leave since there were no last-minute availabilities in the area at that time. To say the least, we are very upset and disappointed for this kind of service and room at this generation. Stay away from room 711. We will never come back here again!

Customer service at check in was very unsatisfactory. I arrived early at anpproxinately 11:15am and was told that my room should be ready between 12pm and 1pm for an early check-in. I returned around 12:20pm and spoke with the same rep who then spoke as if she had just discussed the matter with me less than an hour prior (mins you it was not busy) and she told me check-in would not be until 4pm. I asked if something had changed within the hour from when she initially quoted 12pm/1pm causing the delay to 4pm to which she responded simply saying “no.” I understand that an early check-in is not always a given, however, from a customer service standpoint this should have been communicated initially. Furthermore, upon my question regarding if something had changed and why I’d been told the room would be available shorty, the employee insinuated that I “was making her out to be a liar” when in fact I was solely looking for an explanation for what seemed like could have been a miscommunication or estimation of room readiness. The lack of clarity, transparency, or even acknowledgement of the mis-information was very disturbing and did not imply that customer service of high importance from this particular employee. In all likelihood I will explore staying at other nearby properties prior to returning to this Sheraton.

I’ve stayed at this place before and it was great however when I stayed 7/18-7/19 was not good 1. Refrigerator was hot not cold 2. Iron was broken ruined my clothes 3.shower head was clogged up 4. No hot water 5. Both beds we’re really squeaky and felt like they were going to break

Very disappointed about their management. We stayed for three nights and no hot water for shower two nights in a row. They said they were working on it, but it still was not working when we left. We had kids and we took shower with cold water.
