The hotel is absolutely a great two star hotel - but the real star of the show is the hostess Lori, who gave two Swedes the best Thanksgiving we’ve ever had.

I stayed for one night off season but there were no problems with service, finding a place for dinner and breakfast the next morning, parking and the hotel was easy to find. I stayed in the family room accommodations and beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful, personal service. Excellent location, walking distance from main restaurants and not far from Red Canyon and Bryce National Park. Family owned and run, with the kind of personal touch that cannot be found at chain hotels. We're already planning our next visit.

Comfy bed and small but very nice bathroom.

Very clean and comfortable room. Wish there would of been a shelf or someplace to put toiletries in the bathroom.

Smallest hotel room I’ve ever seen. Also road noise was astonishing. Avoid rooms on the front of the hotel

The floor was really dirty. Made your feet dirty.

Cozy, spacious, clean and quiet stay for our group. Elise at reception was super nice and accommodating.

A converted (I'd guess) 1800s warehouse. I enjoyed it because it felt kind of wild west and was right downtown. Provided value for the cost.
You'll want to ask for a room off the street for noise, but know that you'll be looking out the back at industrial stuff if you do.
Check in person was nice. No coffee in the lobby and rooms. Has Tesla chargers if you need them.

Older hotel but everything has been updated

The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. We had a room on the 2nd floor with no elevator but was able to handle our luggage. There are restaurants just steps away in a cute, western town.

Such amazing owners who went out of the way to help make us comfortable

Overall clean and adequate. But nothing Special. Worked for us in the area and would probably stay again when we go back to Bryce Canyon

Great staff, casual atmosphere. Room had been recently updated and was comfortable. Convenient location. Our room was fortunately on the side away from the main road, which was busy and mnoisy.

I would really recommend stay in this family owned hotel on your way to Bryce Canyon NP. The hotel is clean, with modern decor and well maintained. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Great value.

This is a beautiful hotel. Very modern clean and comfortable. We will continue coming back each time we’re in the area.

The hotel concierge was welcoming and helpful upon arrival. The multiple bed family room was spacious and very clean. Highly recommend.

The hotel staff was kind and facilitated excellent accommodations. The in-unit AC worked through the night with some periodic sounds. The internet and shower worked well.

Nice hotel. Old one redone.

This quaint hotel was fully remodeled. The host was incredibly warm and hospitable. We loved that it was a historic site: the old firehouse!

Wow!!!! What a stunning remodeled hotel! This place was awesome and even nicer than the pictures! Fit our LARGE family well with a three queen bedroom. The service was top notch! Rooms are gorgeous! No carpet (thank goodness!!), a huge TV, super nice fixtures. Fit and finish are superb! Way nice than chain hotels, even the “premier” chain ones. Just overall was great. Parking is covered with a cute driveway between the hotel and the adjacent building. A serious gem of a hotel in the midst of a beautiful part of the country! When we come back to Zion and Bryce, this will be a must stay place again!

This is a lovely hotel. The woman who runs it is wonderful - friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The rooms are beautiful and well-equipped.
The only cons:
- On the 2nd floor, even with the wall AC running, it was pretty warm.
- The large piece of wood attached to the wall as a headboard for the beds made creaking noises every time we moved.
- There's not much at this hotel for families with little kids - nowhere for kids to burn off energy after a long day of traveling.
If I were traveling alone or just with my husband, this hotel would be PERFECT. And my kids still thought it was fine (huge SmartTV ... yeah).

I liked that it was downtown and quiet. A continental breakfast would be nice since there are no quick inexpensive breakfast options in town.

We stayed in one of the family rooms, it was very spacious and just what we needed. Room did not include an iron or ironing board.

Host/owner was very friendly, responsive and accommodating! We also loved the hotel's simple but elegant decor, which is a nice change from chain hotel styles. Easy access to Bryce Canyon from this location along a lovely Main Street.

This was a clean and comfortable room, a really good value. Its convenient to Bryce Canyon and downtown restaurants.

The hotel was updated, quiet and comfortable. My only concern would be the shower sloped downward and became very slippery. I think most guests would appreciate grab bars in the shower.

We stayed at Two Sunsets Hotel while visiting Bryce Canyon National Park. The hotel is very clean, parking good, staff helpful. There is no elevator, and limited check in hours. The hotel is in Panguitch, a small town with limited restaurant options, particularly for breakfast, though the cowboy steakhouse next door served good and ample food for dinner.

Great choice. Very enjoyable visit.

This hotel was great! Very clean, super friendly staff. Love that it’s an older hotel that has been updated but still had some has an old fashioned feel to it.
