Curtains were broken and would not close all the way. Toilet was running constantly loudly. Absolutely no hot water for morning shower. Ran water for 20 minutes and best it ever got was room temp. Horrible.

Room had bug and unspeakable not comfortable smelt bad very nasty. When I went to check out the person at the desk was asleep and it was 8am unprofessional.

I cancelled my reservation after arriving and finding the conditions not what was advertised on the website. The conditions are not safe and the room was not cleaned well. All the blankets and sheets were wrinkled and the bathroom was disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE!

First impression: you walk thru the open door cause the automatic door is broken, and the front window has a huge crack in it. Desk clerk said elevator that way so we walked way way down the hall, went back & asked and he said we don’t have elevators. Was very humid in hallways. Clerk told us room 209 so tried key but no so we checked the card holder and it was room 200. Walk in room shattered plastic all over floor due to light fixture falling. Only 1face cloth and towels were thin and scratchy. No tv remote. Can’t figure out how to turn shower on. Did give them 1 star cause the bed was comfortable. Afraid to eat free breakfast as place did not look clean. At check out clerk never looked up never thanked us or asked how was our stay(probably cause he knew what the answer would be). As we were leaving noticed another large broken window where the gym is. All this and it was still same price as other hotels

Booked a regular room over a month ago. When we showed up, they gave us a handicap room. Which we thought would be ok. There was no place to hang clothes up. Only chair was in the bathroom. When taking a shower, the water went all over the floor. The floor was so slippery had to put down towels along with the bath mat. The breakfast on the first morning at 7:45 was two trays of potatoes one empty tray where eggs was. Never brought out anymore. Next morning at 6 there was eggs but they were gone by 6:45. They had waffles, yogurt,some fruit and different bread. The view was of the highway.

Was In Town for an event that ran into the early morning hours. Discovered a clogged toilet and dirty bathroom, from previous guest after being in the room for a couple hours. Went to front desk and requested a new room. They did move us quickly and were apologizing however after a long night the inconvenience was frustrating.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel lobby and hallways were kept clean. We rented our room for a week and the staff made sure we were comfortable in our home away from home

Check in was a disaster: wrong room, wrong keys, unmade up room. Poor soundproofing - noise from other guests woke me up seceral times.

Can't beat the price for a place to sleep. We paid $64 for a one night stay so I can't complain. If I had paid more, I would have been disappointed. No lids for coffee cups and wouldn't trust any of the food not prepackaged. Saw their prep area and it left a lot to be desired.

We had a handicap room. The shower is very unsafe. I almost slipped on the floor of the shower because it was very slippery so I put a towel down on the floor. While I was trying to shower the entire bathroom floor was saturated with water which made getting out of the bathroom very unstable.. I have 6 replacements in my body so if I had fallen and broke something. That would have been on you so I hope you think about redoing the shower. 3 out of 5 nights someone had to come work on the TV. I finally asked to have our room restocked and the trash taken out. Nowhere to hang clothes, blow dryer didn't work and then the morning we were leaving there's a cockroach in the draw next to my clothes that I couldn't hang up. Nowhere to sit except for the bed.

Great place to stay, but right next to the interstate and was noisy with traffic. Breakfast had no meat, but scrambled eggs and tater tots. Too was nice and comfortable.

Overall, there were several issues. The website indicated that the pool was still open. It was closed down for the year. The website indicated check-out time was 12:00 pm. We were told it was 11:00 am. The breakfast had yogurt that had went out of date on August 18th, 2024. We had breakfast on September 15th. It was almost a month out of date. When i went to ask for more towels, the gentleman working the front desk was on his phone, had his shoes off and was rubbing his bare feet. There was a picture in our roon that had an excessive amount of dust on it. When we arrived in our room there was clothes in the closet and food in the regrigerator from a previous customer.

Just fyi, we travel thru this area, round trip drive, and this is a convenient town to stp over nite... Way out stopped here, room was in the slightly above avg range. UNFORTUNATELY we stopped here on the way back. No drain stopper in sink. Sink backed up if water ran more than a minute, a bottle of something red in the fridge, BATHROOM FLOOR WAS SLIMY, BLACK. Breakfast at 6:30 am, eggs were not room temp but also left over from yesterday, potatos also just room temp....

No maid service. Breakfast is limited and unappetizing. Poorest Baymont I have ever stayed in. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. This property seems to now be an extended stay hotel.

I come to this property yearly! It is always clean. The staff are so friendly. It’s the cheapest hotel in Shawnee and it’s so clean. The breakfast is amazing. The staff is so attentive.

They spray rooms with febreeze each time their cleaned way overpowering, they were very disorganized upon checkin at 6pm rooms were atill being cleaned. Breakfast was very poor.
