The stay was okay. Bed was nice and fridge, microwave & sinks worked as supposed to, and a/c was very cool, but that’s about it. Had to go to front to get towels, room service was not there yet, so had to wait for clean ones. No one showed up by 4pm, so had to go to front to get them. Kitchen stove was not operable. The stove’s switches to turn on and off were missing. I am not even sure if the stove worked. There was no toaster or coffee maker, did not offer coffee. Doubtful if I will ever stay there again on my El Paso trips.

When we got there and got in the room it's advertised as a kitchenette but they're doing construction and all of the kitchenettes have been ripped out and they have black plastic taped up sectioning off that area the rooms were dirty and the staff was very disrespectful

It started of not so good. some work was needed in the first room we were given but was promptly moved to another room as soon as I notified them and after that everything turned out for the better . The front desk I observed Paty and Daniel always on top of their duties and seemed to care about the business and about the clients who stay in their location .

Room seemed relmally dirty and just didnt feel comfortable staying. I got it cuz of the kitchen so my friend and I could cook.... but there was also no cooking equipment.

Up front this motel was just taken under new management 5 days prior to our stay and took over a VERY bad situation. I spoke the them on a few occasions and they have to remodel every single room. I know their recent reviews are low but give them a chance and see if they have a remodeled room available.

From the minute I walked in to check in to check out time I was extremely satisfied. The receptionist Brenda and the manager Danny definitely went above and beyond . I was there for 9 days the location was close to everything restaurants, stores etc.. it’s a laid back environment I definitely recommend staying here.

It was the worst hotel experience I ever had. There were no towels, just sheets, no pillow cases, no fridge. The people next to me were up drinking all night and were on something so I got no sleep. I went to the front desk to complain and apparently it is a person that stays there often but nothing was done. I was supposed to get a kitchenette but they said they didn’t have any even through that’s what my receipt said. It was a horrible experience in general

This place is a disaster. The staff had no clue what rooms were available and which ones were not. It took 3 attempts to locate the room. One room they tried putting me in had people inside. The final room had blood stains on the beds, paint peeling, leaks, and probably has not been swept or mopped in months. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have never ever stayed in such a horrible hotel. Studio 6 has always been the hotel of choice, but this time OMG!!!! Just imagine this, for a shower curtain, there was a plastic, not just any plastic, it was a construction plastic, tied up in knots of the shower rods. There was a huge b(what looked like blood) in a chair, the "white" linens were yellow and they had a nasty smell. The fridge did not work, and the coffee maker had a black (what looked like mold) circle. HORRENDOUS HOTEL!!!!

Checked in about 8:30 pm. As soon as I get inside my room there’s roaches everywhere, bed, ceiling, floor, table. So I go to the front desk and request a different room, they gave me a different room and when I open the door there’s a couple it teen age kids in there playing video games. So I go to the front desk and explain what’s going on, the lady on the front desk then tells me my fault I guess that room is taken. So after about an hour of back and forth they gave me another room which also had a roach infestation.

There was no hot water in the cramped shower. The front desk shut down early for no reason. There was a lot of space in the room. There was leftover food filling up the fridge. In the morning during check out there were lots of people complaining about multiple things.

Door to my room had a gap between the door and threshold. I could put my hand under it. Also, the door was falling apart and seemed unsafe. Tv had no remote, room was dirty, also bathroom was dirty. I mean you get what you pay for though.

the towels were dirty had to request clean ones, celling falling apart, a hole in ceiling had toilet paper to cover it. no shampoo or conditioner. dog poop all over grass. sprinklers running for 4 hours outside the sidewalk was a puddle
