This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I stayed here for two nights on a business trip, and the entire stay was a nightmare. The hotel was poorly managed, unclean, and incredibly noisy.
When I arrived, the room was in an unacceptable condition. The bathroom faucet was broken, the air conditioning didn’t work, and there were cockroaches throughout the room. To make things worse, the bathtub was completely clogged and unusable. It was clear that the room had not been properly prepared or cleaned before my arrival.
The noise level was absolutely unbearable. People were shouting and yelling all night, making it impossible to get any rest. Despite reporting the issue to the front desk, the staff did nothing to address the problem. Eventually, the situation escalated to the point where I had no choice but to call the police.
What made this experience even worse was the complete lack of care or action from the hotel management. I’ve stayed in many hotels for business and leisure, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. The combination of the unclean room, broken amenities, infestation of cockroaches, and extreme noise made this stay unbearable.
I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay away. It’s not worth the stress, discomfort, or frustration. This was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Avoid this place at all costs.

Baby roaches, toilet seat was used, unclean. Stain on pillow case.

Many homeless people live here. Pass.

The only compliment that i have was there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room
2.0
The first room was nice and clean. Booked another night, had to move to a different room which wasn't as nice and didn't have all the amenities as the first room. It was small and AC didn't work as good. But it was clean at least and staff was great.

Was counting on pool but pool was closed for cleaning

Roaches everywhere. AC was falling apart and barely worked and they moved us rooms already. Toilet upstairs was leaking through the light on the ceiling

Roaches in the room. There was a HUGE one on the wall as soon as we walked in, water leaking from the upstairs bathroom. Barely any tv channels worked I’m glad I brought my laptop. Even the woman at the front desk was saying how bad this place was but we wanted to give it a chance. Only good thing was the bed was comfortable.
2.0
The AC didn't cool the room sufficiently, and there was no refrigerator in the room. I'm disabled and have difficulty walking and they put me on the second floor with lots of stairs to navigate. It was hot in the room and location was inconvenient for my disability.

I love it her for my moms.

The sheets were dirty, stains on the floor and the faucet would spill over onto the counter when you turn it on.

Up from what it used to be. I'll stay again.

Quiet, safe, with a circle k next door for snacks, and was very clean. A

Poor customer service interactions at the front desk, loud days due to construction on site, no bath towels for shower and unsafe environment to walk around outside before nine and at night after six make this a place I won’t stay again. It’s a good location though!

The room was super tiny, with an antennae TV and no refrigerator. The door was stuck and difficult to open and I was nervous about getting it open the next day. I was happy to have a microwave, anyway. The bed was fine, the a/c worked

From reading the reviews before booking a stay here, I guess I got one of the renovated rooms. The room looked new and clean. The only issue I came up with was that we were not supplied with shampoo. When I went to the front office to ask for shampoo, it seemed there was a very limited supply. I don't think this is acceptable given the amount we paid to stay here. From the reviews, it seems like the basics need to be sorted out by higher management.

No coffee in the room no refrigerator TV fails intermittently, no ice that’s right, no ice anywhere on the hotel property
They failed to clean my room on the second day and I told him and then on the third date just nothing they never cleaned the room.
All you need is a bed then this very cheap motels is what you’ll get and nothing more

Beds were below average and electrical outlets were across the room. No extension cord available so we had to move the room around

Service. Excuses. Description

The first room was filthy. They gave us a new one. It was small, simple and clean, no fridge, which was fine because we just needed for the one night as we traveled through. Looked like there were 2 people having sex outside in the middle of the night. Families should look elsewhere for lodging.

The room does not have a fridge, although there is a space for a fridge. The trap under the sink literally fell out on to the floor the first time we used the sink. The person at the desk was rude and dismissive when I asked for another room. The rooms look NOTHING like the photos on the website.

This Motel 6 is a dump. Felt unsafe. TV scratched. Exterior door dented as if it had been kicked in. Grounds had lots of trash. Staff were super and friendly. Bathroom sink was loose and sprayed water over counter. On a very busy, loud street.

Did not have small fridge, mattress bulky uneven, uncomfortable, no drawers, no place to hang clothes, no walking area very small area between bed, coach roach ,noisy repairmen drilling and hammering next to our room. I would appreciate atleast 2 days free at another hotel.

We had a paid-in-full reservation, for a late arrival after a cross-country flight. We got to hotel at around midnight and the guy manning the desk said “I can’t check you in. Our system is down.” Um. He gestures toward the tablet and says “I can’t access anything. I can‘t even see if you have a reservation.” Then adds the completely unneccessary: “Anyway, it’s after midnight. If you aren’t here by then we cancel your reservation.” Ummmm. I walk out, pull up my reservation, the Paid in Full, the note about late arrival and walk back in, show him, say, Room’s paid for and so? He says “I can’t do anything. Maybe in 30 minutes after this charges.” Uh, what?? This is a major chain and you have no other ideas how to handle this? No alternate solutions? Call corporate? He offered nothing. We left at 12:45 and went to another Motel 6, paid for another room and had an awful night’s sleep in a non-smoking room that absolutely REEKED of smoke (and now so do we), long line of cigarette burns along the edge of the bathtub.
I have been staying in budget motels for decades while driving long stretches across the country. I don’t expect amazing rooms or service. But do I expect a clean, available room, especially when I have paid for it in advance, no matter what time I get to the motel? Yeah. Yeah, I do. Bare minimum, folks. Never again. And now I have to spend more of my precious time trying to get the refund owed me.

Bathroom was very disguising, I wish I had got to inspect the to room. I will not stay at this Motel again.

This property has renovated updated rooms! It was very clean and nice. Every front desk person i encountered was very nice and respectful. If youre sensative to noise, there is some people that hang out talking loud who seem like theyre staying their for a longer term but other than that i have no complaints. It was a nice comfortable stay. My children felt comfortable so if they felt comfortable, it was great lol

I was not informed there was renovations happening on both sides of my room. From 8am to 7pm, including weekends.

I do not usually bother with a poor review as I know I will simply not ever be staying there again. I have stayed at other Motel 6 properties and have been quite satisfied. This location seems to have mostly people that simply live there full time. The entire lower level of the two story building has been gutted for renovations which will be good as the rooms are very dated and in below average condition. The staff that I encountered were very pleasant. My room had a lock on the door that was very problematic to open with the card. I asked the cleaning service staff if they could open it, they as well could not. I got a new card, that was problematic as well. It was also difficult to get out of the door.
I know a Motel 6 is a lower end accommodation but the basics like being able to enter and exit your unit should be a given. The last straw was coming back to the room in the evening and having people around the Motel lingering. Me trying to get into my room and of course the key would not open the door. This causes people to come to my door. I had just done the Ironman triathlon and had my bike with me. One man asked what kind of bike that I had. He proceeded to write down the make of the bike. I finally got into my room....very flustered. I had one more night that I has paid for to stay there but I checked out at 7 am the day after all this happened. When a huge chain like Motel 6 has this location as a representation of the brand....they lose customers. They have lost me.

Lots of transient wandering back and forth through property at all hours of night and early morning hours.
Property was under construction with big dumpsters in parking lot.
Room had cigarette burns on floor in bathroom. Towels had stains on them and mattress sunk down in places. Walkways had only god knows what kind of stains/stickiness and trash on them....
Check-in person was courteous and wi-fi worked....

I never stayed there. The desk person demanded i give cash "card system is down". No ATM in the building. Almost midnight by the time i got there after traveling all day. She basically told me "no cash...go somewhere else". So i did go elsewhere.
