Certainly will be looking forward to coming back!
Will be recommending this to our families and friends 👍

Lovely historic property - very quaint. The rooms were a little small and the shower was tiny but beautiful views out of our window and te staff was friendly and informative. The door locked at 10 and another room key was necessary for that. Our friend used the pool and loved it but said it wasn't warm. The area was amazing- we were set apart from the noise but were able to easily walk ( 5-10 minutes) to shopping and historical sites. The restaurant was good - although some in our prty thought it was fair so we might venture out if we went back. Very nice hotel.

Staff were excellent and helpful in every way. Facility was quiet and beautiful.

Overly sensitive sensors that went off during hair-drzing were annoying, but otherwise a nice hotel

All the staff were very nice & helpful. Maria & Ronald were great. Food was wonderful!
The small gathering for Christmas Eve was so nice to see. The owners should be very proud of their entire staff and business.
Thank you again!

The room was better than I expected. Very comfortable and clean. Restaurant was wonderful as was the service. One note of caution. If you come on the train, call the hotel to pick you up. The walk to the hotel is steep and strenuous—difficult with even a small suitcase.

Lovely stay in an “old school” Swiss Hotel. Only wish the Sauna would have been open in September!

Great staff!!! That, in my humble opinion defines the quality of my visit.

Nice property

The staff at the hotel were friendly and available for questions. The bed was terrible. Old, flannel linens were on the bed. The linens were pilled and scratched my skin. The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable and probably 20 years old. There were few amenities. The bathroom only included some mystery gel in the shower, which I never determined if it were shampoo, soap, or both. The shower only had half of a door. There was a hinge on the shower door, showing that at one time the door was larger and the hotel never replaced the other half. When asked for an iron, I was told that I could go to the community room to use an iron. I've never stayed at a hotel in which I had to use a shared room, with a shared iron and ironing board. It felt like a hostel.

The property is under-rated.
The room was quite nice. Neither lavish nor large, but clean and quite comfortable.
The spa had a good steam room and sauna with robes and towels provided. The indoor pool was closed when we were there but was large with lots of chairs.
The staff was uniformly helpful and incredibly pleasant and clearly fluent in several languages. They arranged shuttles to and from the train station.
The breakfast was nice -- basic but good food. The on property restaurant was also good.
The only downside is that its a bit of a walk from the hotel to most things -- except for bobsledding which is two minutes away. There is a bus stop outside the hotel though we didn't try the bus.
We enjoy walking but could see how it would be too much for some people.
Overall: we would for sure stay there again.

Maria on reception was very thorough in explaining how the hotel operates and a complete delight. She was very professional and made me feel very welcomed.

Nice Hotel with a relatively resonable pricing during this (peak) time of the year. We arrived there by two motrocycles. The parking was free. The room as well as the bathroom was spacy and nice. Unfortunately the rooms are still equipped with carpets.

The hotel staff was wonderful and accommodating. They let us store our bags, do late check out, change for skiing and get a ride to the train. The pool and wet and dry saunas were amazing after a long day of skiing. Beds were comfy and thick duvets kept us warm. Overall, a very charming hotel with exceptional service.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful in helping us find things to do and get around the city. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good each day. The only complaint that I had was that the hotel was old and when you walked across the floor, the floor would creek. While this did not bother us with the surrounding rooms the person below us complained. They complained to the front desk that we were walking in our room, (which we were since we were getting packed up before bed because we had to catch an early train in the morning). We were finished packing by 10:30, and while getting ready for bed the front desk person knocked on our door and told us we were walking too loudly. We couldn’t control the creeking in the floor. When we would get up to use the restroom and try to walk as softly as we could, the people below us would bang on the ceiling. So instead of telling us that we couldn’t walk in our room since the floors creek, they should have explained to the other guest that in old buildings the floors make noise and if that is keeping them awake they should provide them with ear plugs. While this was extremely annoying to us, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We enjoy staying in older hotels especially when they keep the older features in working order. These things give the hotel the character that we appreciate.

A really good choice for those looking to avoid the glitz of downtown St Moritz and enjoy a good comfortable stay in an unpretentious environment. Breakfast perfectly adequate maybe not overly exciting, but the cinnamon prunes were excellent!

Great place , large room , great service and staff , inside pool , free shuttle from and to the hotel , they will do anything to please your stay . I had to check out at 6:30 in the morning to catch the Glacier Express at 7 and the front office and the shuttle service dont start till 7 but they took me to the train station in time . Also while checking out the indoor swimming pool i slipped and wet the feet with shoes on and some parts of my pants . They went out of their away to dry them up for me in couple hours and they only charged me 2 SF. Great hotel and stuff .

Friendly and very helpful staff. The only reason I gave it the rating I did was the location. A little out of the way, not bad but a little walk. I would recommend them with that explanation. The breakfast was excellent. I wish we would have known about their shuttle service from the train station. Perhaps they could advise the guests arriving via train

An aging but clean hotel. The room was small but clean, with an updated bath. The old elevator was a trip!

Excellent traditional Swiss hotel, great location. Extremely helpful staff running a free shuttle bus to and from the train station. Great restaurant Olympia serving lovely traditional Swiss food at reasonable prices for St Moritz. Good swimming pool, sauna and steam room, great to relax in after a day skiing. Will definitely stay here again and can highly recommend.
