Our stay was fantastic, the pool area was great the grounds were fantastic, Only thing I would say is that the room we were in did not have a ramp access so we would have to carry the pram up stairs to even get to a lift which is not great. Another thing is there is no balcony in some rooms so you would need to dry wet clothes inside. Location was fantastic and staff was also great, breakfast each morning was also very good menu changes every day and very good variety

Really enjoyed our stay for a family wedding. All staff were friendly and amenities were great. Did have a long delay checking in however this was due to people before us trying to haggle a price and unprepared. Concierge were very apologetic and tried to help where possible. Look forward to returning soon.

This was literally the best hotel I have stayed at in all of bali . If you’re going to go on a trip, splash the dollars and get the private club Villa. You are treated like a queen everyone is so so kind and pleasant the room and the private pool is immaculate. Breakfast Buffet was so good. And you’re right in the heart of all the fun in the city. The beach club is so fun there was fireworks every night. Big thank you to Jessica at reception who was so lovely and gave me extra time to pack and My cleaner Auditya Such a sweetheart. I will definitely be returning!

We spent 9 days in Bali Mandira with our 2 teenage children. The facility is centrally located at the heart of Legian Beach. It is clean and has a great atmosphere surrounded by beautiful gardens. The staff are friendly and tentative. The restaurants also serve great food. Highly recommended.

The staff make this place. From the front desk staff to the awesome resturant servers we were made to fell welcome and appreciated every day. They way they remeber your coffee order to accommodating dietary needs, nothing was too much trouble. And a special shout out to the security guys wo send you off with a smile every day and welcome you back safely. All in all the amenities and staff justify the price.

Wonderful hotel. Best I have stayed at over the time. Something for everyone of every age. Accommodation first rate, breakfast had full selection… you were not left wanting. Pools were amazing and location location location. Close to everything. Restaurants, shopping, massages, beach on the doorstep. Safe hotel for mum and daughter. Staff were exceptional, attentive, friendly and very quick to respond to any issues. Glow Spa a welcome retreat - natural products. There for my daughters birthday and they spoilt her with cake, flowers and towel animals (above and beyond what I expected). - Thankyou Bali Mandira - I’ll be back!!!

Love the Bali Mandira! We keep going back as it’s in the perfect location, right near garlic lane in Legian. The grounds are so beautiful, the staff are all so lovely and the water slides and pools are amazing for kids!

Very nice hotel , great staff, not enough privacy in toilet due to glass door. Large pool with swim up bar , need to pay more attention to pool lounges as people put towels down and disappear for hours. Common problem but no effort from hotel to manage.

We had an amazing stay at Bali Mandira for our family holiday. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a great selection and the kids loved all the different pool options. Rooms, amenities and gardens were kept very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.
