I think the door of the next room is broken. When the guest who stay the next room closed the door, big noise was appeared. This big noise disturbed my sleeping until over 3AM. They were talking on the corridor and it also disturbed my sleep.

This is definitely where we are staying next time we visit. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are kind and competent. Our flight wasn’t until midnight so they held out luggage for us while we explored more and did lay minute shopping and they let us shower when we got back which is a need in Bali. Only negatives is that the area is very touristy so you’re going to get the aggressive vendors and beggars, and it’s a bit far from places like Ubud. Other then that it’s amazing here.

Friendly staff and beds are big and overall hotel wasn’t noisy from guests, which was great. Restaurant is on rooftop so sunsets from comfort of hotel. Huge spread out on daily for breakfast Entry is through the shopping mall.

A great resort with a good pool and good food. The highlight is the amazing towel art they do daily in the room daily. The staff are nice and helpful. Great option if you are doing holiday with your family.

The hotel staff and service was amazing!!! Very polite and caring people. My initial room was not up to standard,i was upgraded. Total i stayed for 5 days. Next time ill be coming back to this hotel again for sure !!! The spa was amazing , the breakfast was amazing, kids love it !!!

The rooms were upgraded free of charge. It was very spacious and comfortable, but the noise from the road in front of the hotel could be heard until late at night. The distance from the lobby to the guest rooms was a bit inconvenient. The morning breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. Thank you very much.

The staff were kind enough, but things were inconvenient from the noisy street just outside the suite I received an upgrade for to the insane amount of traffic to get to and from the property.

A very nice hotel that is nicely situated near the beach and by other conveniences. There is a shopping mall right next to this hotel that has coffee shops, restaurants, a supermarket and shops. Having the hotel right next to the beach was very nice after surfing to wash off and get some food right after working up an appetite. The breakfast is amazing and is about $15 a person. The room service dining is also very good. We ordered food once because we got into the hotel after 1 am. The gym is very nice and offers treadmills, ellipticals, dumbbells and cables.

The beach is in front of the hotel. Beachwalk shopping mall is connected to the hotel which bring lots of convenience in terms of shopping and dining. Staff are friendly and helpful. Thumbs up!

All the staff were so friendly and amazing to us, it really made our trip so enjoyable! The food selection was amazing and there was so much variety. Bene had the most delicious Italian food The spa had a variety of treatments and each treatment I had was fantastic.

Honestly the property needs a renovation. I was very disappointed by the level of cleanliness and the room. We paid for a full ocean view room and we were initially given a partial. We had to explain to the staff the different room types that are described on Expedia and that we paid extra money for full ocean view. After a room change, the linen was old and the pillows had small stains. The shower floor had mould and the level of cleanliness was very poor. For the price we paid we were very disappointed.

Amazing friendly staff, every one was so warm and welcoming. The breakfast spread was so extensive, i think you will have to be an alien to not like something there. Every morning was slightly different. The serving staff was exceptional, i think i only remember one name i think she is Sri/Siti in the restaurant? The hotel is next to a shopping mall which is so convenient, but the surrounding streets are more chaotic and noisy
