The yogurt on the buffet was expired. The shampoo in bathroom was almost out and hard to get out. The utensils in the drawers were dirty as were the pans under the burners in the stove. The sheets were old and wouldn’t stay on the mattress.

Hotel is extremely dated and over priced.

So big and comfy! The room was cool and had everything we needed period mattress was a little old but still comfortable. Only reason I ranked lower on cleanliness was that the floors were sticky. Also wished they had given us more than 2 wash rags.
2.5
The couch was not comfortable but everything else was mostly great. The room/rooms were very large. Would really have liked an ice bucket as the tap water ice cubes in the freezer tasted horrible.

This place is like taking a step by into the early 2000's. Hasn't been maintained well at all. Hilton either needs to put up some capital and remodel this thing or sell it to an operator that will. Felt pretty gross.
1.5
The room was fine but it was tired. The sofa in fhe room was gross. The air conditioner was SUPER LOUD. There were hairs on the walls of the shower.
2.5
The room was just as pictures, very clean and comfortable, well stocked, everything in the room worked in the kitchen. Only stayed overnight but would definitely book again! Staff was wonderful. Don't really eat breakfast but the coffee was okay for American coffee and food looked good.

The room and property was clean and well maintained. The kitchenette was convenient to store leftovers and the additional sink was great.
The breakfast food could use some work. The tater tots were broken and soggy, the eggs were overcooked. There’s a sign on the counter that says to ask the attendant about food allergies. So we asked about gluten free bread and he rudely said no. Told me to call ahead next time to make sure they had that. What’s the point of the sign? Also the Bfast attendant needs an attitude adjustment and needs be more welcoming and nice. He’s a grump.
There was one front desk employee that was impressive with remembering guests’ names. Witnessed this with several guests she had interacted with and was impressed she remember names from day to day. Great skill.

Went to use the gym with a co-worker but it was tiny only 2 treadmills and one bicycle machine. One treadmill was broken so we didn't get to work out together.
Water was available in the gym but they had not refilled the watercups so unable to drink water when desired.
Breakfast selection was nice though small but the hot food was actually cold even though I got there only half an hour into the 3 hour window.
The one treadmill that did work, didn't allow me to slow down the speed near the end to start cooling off so had to stop due to danger

Customer service at this property is impeccable! From the Assistant manager, all of the front desk agents, housekeeper, the breakfast crew and even maintenance man. Each and every one of them took pride in assisting each customer. I went during the USATF tournament and they still did their job gracefully. I left another property that had really dampened my travel spirits, but the front desk crew immediately got me back on track. Although the property is a little outdated, it was still very clean. Definitely will be my go to hotel to stay anytime I’m visiting College Station. Let’s get this property updated Hilton so that we can boost those stars!! I’m so sorry I forgot names, but thank you again Front Desk you rock!!

Very nice facility and the room was clean and most comfortable. Extra helpful staff.

Hotel room was very spacious. Very clean. Staff was excellent!

Let me start with the positives- the breakfast was amazing! I have never had that good of breakfast in a hotel. The pulled pork and chorizo tacos that were delicious! The Wednesday night social was also great! There was soup and salad and cheese and crackers and wine and beer.
Now the negatives- the rooms needed some repair and weren’t the cleanest. We were told they would clean every other day, but we stayed 4 nights and they never cleaned once. I asked about it and was told housekeeping was short staffed. The ice maker wasn’t working and there was water dripping in the refrigerator. Maintenance came and shut the refrigerator off and said housekeeping would come clean. No one showed up.
With all the hotel choices here in College Station I probably won’t stay here again.

My room was nice in size. Cool too.

To get in and out of building using the card was inconvenient

Ceiling fan was not attached to the ceiling. Bathroom wallpaper peeling and moldy. Overall a musty smelling room. Would not return.

Strong Mildew smell in a nice sized 2 bedroom suite with Kitchenette. Stains on couch & chairs…enough that my teen wasn’t willing to sit on or sleep on, so we made other arrangements for her for the night. Hoping not all rooms are like that. Staff was very friendly & convenient location.

We loved the room set up. Really large smart TV swiveled to accommodate where you were in the room.
The crazy thing was the bedding......instead of a blanket there was a smaller mattress pad between the sheet and bedspread. Seems like the room cleaners were hurting for the correct bedding.

This property is extremely difficult to locate as
It is set back from the main road and there is no signage fo see. Breakfast is precooked and dried out at 7:30 am

Property was a bit hard to find as there was no sign near the street that I saw (property was way off the street)., Staff was good and our suite was excellent. Be advised that there is a stove top but but not oven. The TV had an HDMI connection for me to connect my laptop to it and watch movies.

The suite for 8 was nice and spacious. One of the bathtubs was stained outdated. I think the suite will need new appliances soon.

The staff was wonderful. The room was dirty and not what we have come to expect from a Hilton property.

Our suite had a couple of issues. The tub wouldn't drain and one of the curtains was broken. My brothers room had broken glass on the floor and a broken curtain. The breakfast was kinda boring so we went elsewhere.

Great service

This is an older property that has not been updated and has average quality maintenance. The electrical outlets are loose when you try to plug in your phone charger. The bathtub is chipped in several places. Stuff like that.

Room was visible dirty. Rooms and kitchen needed mapping/vacuuming. Dirty stove not working refrigerator. Would not recommend to anybody. Not Hilton style at all.

Great breakfast & nice people.
Weird door handles that you have to pull up to enter the rooms.

Property is old and a bit tired, they stopped serving breakfast at 9am (was advised 10am on checking in)

It was nice.

We had a room with a very noisy fan. We requested that it be fixed but we were advised thar maintenance was not available until morning. She said we could go down to the front desk to get duct tape and a ladder to try to stop the fan piece that was causing the banging sound.
The toilet had a dark stain in the bowl, as did the tub (for some reason). The bathroom was very dated. It had a shower curtain which was just a nasty thing to have instead of glass doors. Grout between the floor tiles was at least 1/4 inch wide & likely harbored lots of filth and germs.
Our room did not even have a “do not disturb” sign. We thought the property would not have all these problems since it was in the Hilton family of hotels but we were certainly fooled. We won’t return. Wr couldn’t possibly recommend it with so many newer hotels in College Station to try.

It was a good stay for the night. We booked the suite for eight. It was as expected. Room was clean. Kids had space to spread. We were in town for Santa’s Wonderland. My only complaint is breakfast. Coffee was bad, no waffles for the kids.

Great location, close enough to campus but not so close you can’t get out of the hustle & bustle of campus traffic!
