Room smelled humid and like an animal had previously stayed there. Like wet dog smell. The front lady didn’t have customer service skills. Didn’t even greet me as I walked in. The heater in the room didn’t work. I had to manage with my 2 kids. The laundromat was filthy and there were druggies roaming the property

We mostly didn't like the dog poop in the parking lot and on the "grass" near the parking lot.
The room was clean enough. The AC was loud, but not as loud as at the hotel we stayed at the night before. Free parking. The area around the hotel looks pretty sketchy, but it is right in O'side. In-n-Out is right across the street. The beach and harbor are a couple of blocks away.

The building itself is in terrible shape, though the room was fine. It looked like they've tried to upgrade the rooms somewhat, but the overall appearance of the structure was not good.

I wasn’t expecting to find the rooms with no microwave or mini fridge the sheets were stained dirty and smell horrible the first night we found out cockroaches hairs and overall the room was dirty

Very dirty and ghetto. Not a safe place but very nice places around it. One of the staff got tied up, people kept banging on the door. Would never stay here again.

First off the fire alarm went off at 3am and everyone ran out of there rooms in a panic thankfully there was no fire. Second Unless you’re mentally prepared to walk into a room with dirty bed sheets with crumbs in the bed along with cigarette burns in your sheet's. Not to forget to mention dirty showers, floors and countertops do not book unless you bring your own sheets blankets and a broom and disinfected spray/wipes. I had to go to Walmart to buy sheets and cleaning supplies to wipe everything down so my children didn’t touch something bad I scrubbed the walls for you guys your welcome no more black hand prints on your walls. There’s no fridge or microwave and definitely no coffee maker so please don’t make a mistake like I did and bring cold snacks and coffee creamer.

The place was alright, however- we were staying for 3 nights, and on the 3rd day (last night) we came back to our room to find the fridge full of our food was completely emptied. We have 2 kids under 2 y/o and had a bottle bag with drinks in the fridge, as well as some leftover food and road trip snacks. About 60$ worth of items were all gone (good thing we took all of our belongings, but the fridge items, with us for the day at the beach). I went to the front desk and they first said there was no room service at our room today and I advised them there definitely was. Then he went to the back and came back and said everything was thrown away. It sucks to lose all the food and snacks but the worst thing to lose was our bottle bag to keep our kids drinks/food cold for our road trip. There was no consolation for the inconvenience and I walked around to look for the dumpster myself. I found it and there was garbage in it, but I could not find anything from our room. If you choose to stay here, be sure to take all of your belongings each time you leave because there's no accountability for when they take your things.

The pool and hot tub were "out of order". We didn't get to use them at all. Although there was a space for one, there was no refrigerator in the room and they wouldn't get me one. They gave me the run around when I asked for more towels. Entry, exit and parking were difficult.

Dirty rooms, hall ways, & building in terrible shape. Room above me constantly banging on floor all night and morning both nights I was there. I honestly feel i should get some compensation.

The only good thing was the room was clean and no bed bugs. The hotel itself is in terrible shape. The smoke detector was just sitting on a low shelf. The phone was not connected - not even a cable to plug in. The beautiful pool in the pictures was closed. The ice machine didn't work. I won't be back and won't recommend.

This hotel was nothing like the description. It looks very old and broken down from the outside. The pool was closed all day. The room was very outdated and there was a cigarette burn on one of the bed covers. I’ve stayed at other motel 6 and this by far had to be the worst I’ve stayed at. My husband had asked to get a refund due to the condition and was denied. I will never stay here again!

Really loved the ability to bring my dogs along on our family trip. Perfect place to stay with dogs. Unfortunately the floor of our room was not clean. Sheets and towels where clean and bed are decent. Staff was wonderful and very helpful as well. Very convenient and walking distance to the beach was great for us. I'd stay again as the dirty floor was not that big of a deal with dogs anyway.

When you pull into the parking lot and look around you have the feeling wash over you of, what did we book. You walk into the lobby with no one in site and a giant sign that reads, help prevent human trafficking you know your in for a hell of a stay and when I say hell I mean it.

Unclean room, used soap in the shower, garbage in the can, a/c unplugged so it was 80 in the room. Cheap, but dirty and sketchy surroundings.

I understand this is a budget hotel, but simple things like the smoke alarm being unplugged, nasty hair being left in the shower, and the bathroom door literally cracked in half. there is a homeless couple living out of their truck in the parking lot that fight all night long, and the staff at the front desk refused to print out a bill for me, and when asked they walked out of the lobby building and fell asleep on a chair in the parking lot. Its a VERY bad motel. would not reccomend to anyone!

we had a two-night stay, and times are tough, and the cost is a lot for us, but it was for my mom's 60th reunion, we got absolutely no sleep due to the noise above us we complained to management a few times and my mom even called and it continued all night. my mom is 77 and so this was rough for her, I really feel we should get some kind of partial reimbursement but not sure how to go about it. all management said was sorry and waited until the next day to deal with the noise. if they would have handled it in a better manner i would give them a better review. I would have planned another trip and booked with them but no I wont.

First impression - this isn't a hotel, it's a flop-house or possibly a homeless encampment. The site looks derelict. I rented two rooms for business, one lacked a toilet seat. Complained to management and their response was unintelligable and they did nothing about it. They offered me $15 off the price. I suspect they could have bought a toilet seat for about that price and so I don't get why they'd rather give a discount than install a toilet seat but given the condition of the place in general you get the idea that complaining about such silly things as a toilet seat isn't going to be take too seriously and it wasn't. I asked for a different room but they claimed there were no other rooms they could move us to. This seemed hard to imagine given how empty the parking lot was. So it comes down to this - it's essentially a dive. It was basically clean but you still feel like the grand prize is 1 free week and 2nd place price is 2 free weeks. Usually Motel 6s have a basic level of quality, this one challenges that notion. Would I stay again? Only if I was homeless and even then, I'd want a toilet seat.

Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. Housekeeping staff was friendly. Although the outside of the property looked a bit run down I was pleasantly surprised that the inside of the rooms were very well kept.

Location was great. The room and amenities were average. Check in and check out was convenient and the front desk was very helpful.

What I didn’t like was there was no Closet or wider drawers or shelving to place clothes with multiple people in one room. Also, there’s nowhere to hang your bath towel, shoving a wet towel into a hole keeps the towel wet and nonreusable. You should at least place hooks in the walls and more shelving to accommodate families.

What a disgrace to your reputation this man was. When I checked in, no one was in the office. A man came in, talking a his cellphone, and never once did he put down his phone. He just kept talking on it. He never once acknowledged that I was there. Never even made eye contact. Finally, he pushed the key forward, still unwilling to look up, and said,”the room number is on the paper.” That was that. How utterly rude. Motel 6, customer service is what it is all about. This time I was truly offended.

The stay was what we needed it for. We were going to Temecula for a family reunion. Only needed the motel for sleep and shower. It was reasonably priced in comparison. It was clean. But the complex is in bad shape. It is in a great area so it is a shame. When we arrived they claimed not to have our reservations. Which was annoying since we had just driven in from San Francisco and were exhausted. We had pre-paid to insure we had a room.
