Dirty, lots and lots of insects living inside the room and bathroom. Hasn't had a decent clean in months (years?), sticky floor, spiders living all over the place, several different types of insects living all over. Most disgusting remote control every touched! Cleaned it, and killed lots of bugs, ourselves. So, the next unfortunate guests will have it slightly better. Also, really noisy. Can hear everything from the parking lot, other rooms.

Always an exceptional stay. The staff work so hard to make it an enjoyable experience. Nothing is ever a hassle and they will always bend over backwards to make sure your needs are met. If you havent stayed here yet, do yourself a favour and do it.

The room was very nice, the decor a little old fashioned. The bed was very comfy. Bathroom a little small but ok. A microwave and toaster were provided, but no plates or cutlery which I found a little odd, good job I had some with me! The food in the restaurant was nice, but a little overpriced. All the staff are super friendly, though I found Charles, the manager, to be unnecessarily condescending and sarcastic.

Appreciated the free upgrade to a king room. My stay was only for one night, to attend a 50th in town, so I didn't get to check out the facilities. Would like spend another night to check out the restaurant.

Room was well appointed and spotlessly clean and comfortable. Room service from the motel's restaurant was excellent - delivered promptly and hot!Disappointing welcome (reception was open but unmanned due to a family gathering but there was no sign up to advise this) and at check out they were unaware that the booking had been pre-paid.

This motel is a very tired motel. It has been decorated nicely but on closer inspection it needs some good maintenance. The door did not fit properly and rattled throughout the night. Bathroom needs a really good deep clean. The tiles in the shower need a decent scrubbing. Sheets were crumpled and looked like they had been slept in. Every other motel I have stayed in has pressed linen. The grounds were spacious and even though thus motel was on a main road it was set back and couldn’t hear traffic noise.
