Nice hotel. Doesn't get 5 stars because the streaming services and TV were outdated. Netflix kept going in and out and TV was a dinosaur. Shame. This rating really should have been 5 stars. But go big or go home! Right? Otherwise comfy.

Our room was not cleaned properly before we checked in. The sheets were dirty, there was a penny in the middle of the bed, black specs all over and dog hair visible when we pulled the covers back. The front desk associate acted as if we were bothering him and did the very minimum. He wouldn’t come verify what we were seeing and he sent another person up with sheets and told us we needed to change our own sheets. The second day I asked for his assistance starting the grill and he again acted very bothered, while talking down to me. I’ve never dealt with a customer service rep that seem like he could care less about the customer. The morning shift and the assistant general manager was excellent.

The overall experience was good, breakfast ok...but went to the office every day to confirm for a room clean and everyday they said yes but no came to clean or straighten up the bed...very disappointed in the night shift, she said give her a few to figure out how to get us sheets for the bed and a week later and now have checked out, still no help ..one of the day shift office personnel gave me everything I needed in a garage bag, I told her I can make my own bed...it was the principal of the matter....not sure I will be bringing my family back to this hotel and I pray and hope you all treat the next guest better than we received..

-Called ahead to ask feather pillows be removed, was told they made a note. Double-checked at front desk, was reassured there was a note on the room. The note was ignored.
-Wifi reception was 0-2 bars at any given time. Complained several times, received various answers--go to this URL, enter your room number, we'll reset the router, would you like the wifi repairman's number?--eventually a housekeeper informed us there was simply something wrong with the antenna for the router on our side of the hotel.
-Housekeeping came day after we arrived, next day we hung DND sign (for one day). Housekeeping did not come any day after that. Front desk said it had to be requested, in spite of presence of DND signs. Last day before we left, one housekeeper informed us that she just sees to all the rooms when she's working, and would make sure we were served that day at least. We were not.
-They had to take down my credit card info on paper due to crowdstrike issue--and then they didn't use it, charged my debit card on file instead, leading to overage charges (bank reversed them).
-Television wouldn't turn on.

I was annoyed by two things:
1. The phone in my room was not working, I mentioned to front desk but was never resolved,
2. Hot water wasn’t working the evening I checked in, the morning of the next day and that same evening. I had to microwave hot water in order to bathe my body. We were inconvenienced but not compensated at all.

Property is clean and well maintained. We loved that we were able to bring our dogs with us! The continental breakfast was pretty disappointing as most of it was not edible. Staff was friendly. Overall great stay

The staff and maintenance personnel were really good. However, my room was a mess. Toilet couldn't flush, maintenance had to come ut early the following norning to fix it. The mattress was wore down and uncomfortable and the room smelled really bad, like roach killer spray.

The staff were great, the breakfast great with a good amount of choices and the lobby decor was nice. Our room looked fine but had a cigarette smoke and chemical cleaner smell that was nauseating . We cut our trip short because of it. We did not smell it elsewhere in the hotel but it was very noticeable when we entered our room.

Beautiful all around. The staff was not friendly at all. Most of the staff seemed annoyed whenever approached about anything.

The room was excellent, we had no problems there. The breakfast was a disaster. There was almost no food, they looked like they ran out of food and couldn't find any in the back. I rated it 3 stars because the room was great overall, but reduced it because we specifically picked a hotel with breakfast and there was almost none to be had.

The front desk staff was nice however, there was random knocking on my door, several times over the course of my stay and it seems security was lacking. I was disturbed out of my sleep several times by this. Only reason I stayed was due to a close family member being sick and this was near her house. Other than that, location was overbooked with children and no parents watching them. I hope if I have to return to this location the security and front desk staff will have better control of the location.

This was unique awful experience with a Marriott hotel No basics worked Staff friendly but incompetent then lied when I called the custoner service denying video evidence proving otherwise that my complaints were valid. Many other choices in Mt Laurel .here no useable unless you are a penguin pool ,walls thin could hear neighbor at midnight, dirty bathroom floor, torn carpet, couldn't even get CNN 😂 on tv let all nevpromised Netflix or Max wouldn't move me, unable to gix tv interrupted my privacy four times trying in 16 hour period... lying was the worst. Call center was hours of hell.despite promising the Marriott rewards call center they wouldmove meLeft property.

I booked a smoking room. Went to great lengths to do this on your site only to be told by the hotel that your site was incorrect. There are no smoking rooms at all.
Your loyalty program is now a tiny fraction of what it used to be before merging rewards.

Went with our daughter’ s family booking two rooms. Our room leaked water from the dishwasher area with section of the side wall full of fungi probably the leak was old. Our daughter room had a refrigerator which rattled all night. Next day we were transfer to the second floor. The two new rooms looked better in stage and cleaning however My husband and I couldn’t sleep a continuous noise coming fron the adjacent room every 8 seconds was coming.
