This is the best hotel in Positano. I read numerous reviews before booking this hotel, and I'm so glad I did. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the views were absolutely amazing from the balcony and its just a few steps from the beach. The entire staff were so friendly and attentive. I can't wait to return.

We absolutely loved our stay at Buca Di Bacco! Very easy access to everywhere in Positano. Very close to the main beach and ferry’s so not much walking and no climbing a lot of stairs! The service was amazing and all staff were very friendly and welcoming. They all spoke great English, which was a plus for my wife and I. They made our stay very pleasant. The continental breakfast was so delicious and Castello was such a nice man and very generous. Our room was very clean and every time we returned back to our room after a long day, the staff had came inside and cleaned up and made our bed. I would 100% stay at Buca Di Bacco again. I can’t wait for our next visit!

Hotel Buca di Bacco is the ONLY option when staying in beautiful Positano. The hotel is in the best location with the most stunning views and wonderful staff! Rosita, Maria, & everyone were so kind & helpful. It was a JOY to be greeted by them everyday, and speak with them while making request. We also loved that the hotel was close to the beach, shops, & restaurants. Extremely clean, & they provide everything you need. We will absolutely be back!

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. Rosita was amazing from the moment we checked in until check out. She always greeted us at the desk, gave us recommendations and helped with reservations. The stay was amazing with beautiful views and cleanliness. We cannot recommend this hotel more. Very close to the beach too. Would stay here again.

This hotel is the only great hotel in all Positano to stay. Right on the beach with the most outstanding service and most beautiful room. Rosita ( Rozita) was the most loving and caring person ever and went above and beyond for my family. Right next to all restaurants and shopping without going up and down a thousands steps . Highly recommend this place. Mojahed family

Great staff and breakfast BUT the location is in an ally, all the streets leading up to it were packed dirty with trash on the streets, it smelt bad. I did not feel safe and it felt so dirty. The AC did not work, room smelt musky and we had the most uncomfortable sleep. Sorry but I would not recommend the hotel or the area.

This hotel is great as it is right on the beach. The restaurant in excellent and the service is very good. The rooms are average, but nice. Our room was positioned on the alleyway leading to the beach and was VERY noisy. Noisy all night long, did not quiet down until 5am or so. Not great for light sleepers.

Great location by Positano beach. Very clean, modern room with stunning views. Wonderful breakfast buffet (and restaurant service). Close to shops, great food, and ferry docks. Absolutely wonderful hotel staff ! Thank you all for making our time in Positano so memorable.

I booked my stay here because it had by far the best views while still being close to the beach but the unexpected standout for me was the service. I came for a birthday weekend very stressed because my friend couldn’t come last minute and Rosita was an absolute gem - by far the kindest and most caring hotel staff member I have met. She immediately helped me feel at ease and directed me to one of the best breakfasts of my life (I’ve been to over 40 countries and a huge foodie so when I say it’s good - it’s gooood) then helped me get a towel and bag to go to the beach until checkin. Room was spacious and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast had a fantastic assortment of pastries etc along with incredibly warm staff. This has officially become one of my favorite hotels of all time and thanks to the friendly staff will be the only place I stay in Positano moving forward.

Perfect location! Close to the beach and convenient to the nearest parking lot/area to be picked up by a taxi. You could take the ferry to Sorrento but sometimes is delayed or canceled because the weather. If you don’t have a lot of time to spare, ask the front desk to arrange a private transportation. The room was clean, beautiful, with an amazing view of the bay. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Positano has lots of stairs and stone streets. Bring proper footwear.

I wouldn’t consider myself a luxury traveler but when in Positano had to splurge. This place is worth the money and as amazing as their Instagram looks, reality was somehow even better. The staff was incredible, the room was incredible and perfectly located. Breakfast had an amazing selection of pastries, the staff at the front desk arranged everything we needed, and the restaurant came with a 10% discount which made it a great value in the area.

The staff are friendly and the restaurant at the hotel is fantastic. The room was clean with 2 options for pillows. However, the AC didn’t work properly. There is no vent unless you decide to leave the windows open, the air becomes SO muggy and unpleasant in the rooms. The breakfast was only OK.

Highly recommended. Service is top notch. Facility is nice. Breakfast was really good. Area is great. Note, that the hotel has no access to road and is down at the beach level, so prepare to walk up and down. If you come by car, the closest parking is 5-7 minutes walk up the hill. And the cost is higher than shown at the description, more like 45-50 euro a day… that was the only disappointment for us.

Accommodations were fantastic! Beautiful large room and bathroom. Incredible balcony views of Positano and seaside. Restaurant dinner was very good as was service.
