My significant other and I came in late and planned a late check in. When we arrived we called the late hours help desk, which was just a lady behind the desk with the window locked. As I explained we had a reservation, she told us there is no room. When I explained we had booked this earlier, she firmly restated that they are full and did not have our room. She proceeded to tell me to go get my refund. Which I am trying to do but the help service has not answered any calls all weekend.

Paid for a room and it charged md but then when i arrived they told me no rooms available so i never got to stay there and i paid for no reason. I want a refund pleasee and thankyou!!

Had a problem with the electronic door key and the gentleman working. The destiny at night went over and above and out of his way to get me in my room.He was awesome

I can't rate this property because my reservation was cancelled due to their system being down and they couldn't check anyone in on the day that I was arriving. They did call ahead to let me know this was happening, and I was thankful for that. I have stayed at this property in other states and the experience have been good

Stay was great room didn’t look like the website and pillows need to be upgraded asked for more pillows but they were out but overall stay was great! Water was hot and stove worked

I like the safety and what don't like : no cleaning until you check out

The front desk lady, Stephanie was rude. We booked a room for 4 people and when we got to the room, there was only two towels. My husband went down to ask for two more and they didn’t want to give it to us. They wanted us to turn in the other two first to get two more. A lot of arguing later, we got the extra towels. The halls smelled of marijuana and bleach. They did clean the hallways but the residents smoking pot in the rooms mixed with bleach made it an unpleasant walk down halls. Environment just felt like I need to be carrying a gun with me.

I was never able to stay cause a receptionist never showed up and I had to look for another room elsewhere and I’m serious no one ever answered the phone or showed up and I waited 2 whole hours

We were not able to stay at this property. We had a confirmed reservation through Expedia, but the hotel called to cancel the reservation - it was during the time of the Solar Eclipse, so I feel like they cancelled us to sell the room for a higher rate.

Very noisy. Walls are thin as paper. Nothing that one would expect as a hotel. I know this is considered a "residence" inn, but if you are renting rooms a a hotel, you should provide the guests with at least the basic hotel expected amenities. Instead you make your guests sign a document that states once you pay, your rservation is "non-refundable". We left our room after stayng less than an hour and the hostess at the front desk said that we were not entitled to a refund and that I specifically signed a document stating acknowledgement of "non-refundable". That room cost us close to $200 and it was a sad loss of money, but there was no way that we would stay in this place. I would give a negative number if I could. PS: We were even required to take all our trash out and if we didnt, that would be an extra $50 charge. Again, highly disappointed Hotels.com needs to vet these places a little better

The beds were very uncomfortable. The floors were hardwood but seemed like not much effort was made to mop or vacuum them or clean the bathroom. There were no lamps for the room. It was a sketchy hotel in a nice town. I will not stay at a extended stay hotel again.

We left after going to the room. The smell of Marijuana was all throughout the hallways & the commode in the room would not flush. Im requesting a refund & would NEVER stay at a place like this. Drug deals were going on in the parking lot. Absolute horrible & unsafe.

I was charged 403.00 from Hotels.com, but when I got there they changed my reservation and made me pay more

K. Amaya went above and beyond and helped me get checked in. And made it pleasant to be here

This was terrible. The facility was dirty, grungy. The lobby door was dirty…crazy what a little soap and water might do. The beds were so uncomfortable. The hallway had a nauseating stench and there were people lingering all over the property. One time Rockwall police had someone handcuffed on the curb right in front of the door. Definitely didn’t feel welcoming and safe. 0 out of 0, do not recommend.

I didn’t realize this place was so ran down.
I didn’t feel safe at all and immediately regretted not spending an extra 25 bucks to stay at a better place. I checked out after an hour. I should have taken my time and researched.

Went to check in about an hour before check-in time and was told "No, we don't do that".
When we went to check in at 3, no acknowledgement from staff, after 10 minutes asked if we could get checked in and was told they are in the middle of a shift change. Why is check in at 3 if there is a shift change at that exact time? Why make people wait and not even acknowledge them?
I would never recommend this place for an overnight stay.

Nice stay and friendly staff and people that stay there

The first room I received on the 3rd floor had bed bugs. Staff moved me to the 2nd floor where more bed bugs was waiting on me. I left and went to different Hotel. Now I'm waiting to get my $135.00 back!

I would not recommend this place to even an animal. It feels so good to be gone so that I can finally speak my truth. The only staff member employed here that cares is Karla. I’m unsure how everyone else even has a job because they are extremely rude and lazy. The room looks nothing like they advertise. Refrigerator was broken my entire stay. I had to teach my 7 year old how to put the chain back on the toilet in order to flush it because it kept breaking off. If you have no other choice then sure pick this place but beware that you get what you pay for.
2.6
Too many people in your business and so many of the associate are unprofessional
2.6
Nothing tv didnt work ac heating didn't work toilet did not flush
2.6
Very nice and had a full kitchen!

Great young man working the front desk. Easy check in
2.6
Bullet holes in backdoor. Constant knocking by housekeepers way before checkout time. If you want rest and relaxation, go somewhere else. No coffee either.

It was fine after I got over the missing bathroom door, and not having the two double beds I thought I would have. I believe it was newly refurbished and repainted. I appreciated that the room ran lengthwise, the window, recessed lighting, the air conditioning, comfortable bed, size of the bathroom and that it was handicap accessible. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Do not stay here, cat urine smell in hallway, bugs, toilet did not work , beds lumpy, alot of people loitering outside, so unsafe for my family, i left after one night. I was to stay 7 nights. They did not refund the 6 days that we did not stay. I did not sign up for these
horrible conditions and an unsafe environment for my family. When I brought back the keys the front desk lady stayed behind a wall talking to me. NO customer service No eye contact. So shady.
All I ask is a refund for the 6 days we did not stay.
Please stay away from this hotel.

The hotel copies your credit card and Dl and hold them for an undetermined time. Dangerous beacuse staff has all the information need to make charges.

Stephanie the manager was AWESOME!! Super nice! Warning the sofa beds are not fold out sofa beds they just small couches (small chikd size) they said they have ask the online travel sites to change it but they have not. If ur passing thru it is perfect. They do need to upgrade a few if the mattresses and work on the smell. Smell musty and old but overall the manager made everything ok she was great.

Definitely a transient hotel with a school bus stop there. During my stay, my bathroom light went out (electrical problem, not lightbulb) and it wasn’t fixed. And then the water was turned off completely with no notice. The front desk staff was rude. I had a package rush sent to me by UPS and delivered to the hotel. The front desk was super rude and argued with me about if the package was mine or not when it clearly had my name on it and the tracking numbers matched.
Never again.
2.6
Only one towel in the dirty room and on the floor. The lady at front desk said she can’t do anything and hardy provided another towel to take to the room.
2.6
The bathroom was dirty, and the linens looked like they had been used before. They were not fresh and clean. The soap had been used before. The mirrors were dirty and should have been cleaned. The floors needed to be swept and mopped. The hallways and elevator looked as though they had not been vacuumed or cleaned for weeks. The bed was unstable. The stove hood was filthy and needed to be cleaned. In the evenings there were kids running around the hallways and people in the rooms were noisy. The permanent residents are allowed to have big dogs in the rooms. I learned this is a hotel with residents that actually live at the hotel. I realize this was a "no amenities" type of hotel however it should have been much cleaner and better taken care of for traveling guests that come to stay at the hotel.

This was an odd stay. When I arrived just a few mins before check-in time (3pm) the young lady at the counter literally ignored me for a good 5 mins and then with an uninterested smirk on her face asked if she could help me. I mentioned I am there to check-in, she looked at the clock which read 2:58pm and said “I guess I could check you in early”. As she was starting the process without a pleasant smile on her face, her colleague came in and took over. Her colleague was much more pleasant and made the check-in process more palpable. After that rigamarole, I went up to my room. The hallway wreaked of what smelled like old carpet shampoo, pot smoke and maybe some kind of body odor. Got into my room and it was so bland with a different smell in there as well. Looked like the vinyl plank floors hadn’t been dusted/vacuumed in a while. Every surface seemed sticky. Lack of toiletries in the bathroom. Lackluster all around. Glad I had a bottle of hand sanitizer handy to undo what might have been a staph infection on my hands. I won’t be back.

The check in took forever to get a room. Then they double charged for the pets which we had kennels to put them in. Got in the elevator it was guarding carpeting down the Corredor was absolutely horrendous. Then there was no hairdryer. There was no coffee maker in the room. There was no necessities like that. Doors slamming during the night. Truly needs to be addressed badly.

The building could use some upgraded compared to other Woodspring Suites. Bullet holes in back entrance door
2.6
Rather hard to find. A hidden jewel

The cleaning solutions used was way to strong to bear. The toilet was broken! The beds were nasty. Big dogs and dog poop all over the outside landscaping. We checked in and left an hour or so later. Worst ever.

Very good!!!

Nothing, I had 2 grandchildren with me and I was like walking into a b rated movie. Felt like a horror movie made for sex trafficing and ir drug addicts.. It had a refridgerator that you would not dare put your hands on it. No one would even shower.... We got in late , that was the only reason we stayed. What a nightmare. First time with expedia. Probably the last.

Budget hotel in the area, definitely better than some others I’ve stayed at but the smell on the elevator was just awful! Call out to the gentleman working the front desk at night, he was nice and I saw him doing his best to keep the common areas clean.
