The is a quaint rustic place. It has a very clean homey feel. We needed up checking in during the middle of the night and the guy we spoke to was nice & accommodating. However, Callie the receptionist/clerk was very rude and hard to deal with. She always had a hateful tone and made it clear she didn’t like things out of order or any noise.
Other than that it was fantastic. A new receptionist/clerk and it would be a fantastic place.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this property and I love it there. It's quiet, the staff is amazing and always willing to help. The rooms are big, mattress and pillow are very comfortable. There are lots of usb and electrical plugs. Parking is close and there is a lot of it so you never have to search for a parking spot. This is a great place.

What an enjoyable stay we had at this gem of a hotel! While this is an older structure, it was obvious everywhere you looked that it was well cared for and maintained. The rooms were comfortable with so many extra touches such as reading lights attached to the headboard as well as a generous sized refrigerator that even had a small freezer compartment. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked well! We loved that not only did we have a balcony to sit out in, but there was a very nice sitting area right outside our room. But the best thing we loved about this hotel was the customer service! When we checked in we were actually given a tour so we knew where to get ice and where to have our complimentary continental breakfast in the morning. We were also asked throughout our stay if we needed anything and were we comfortable!! We would most definitely stay here again!!

It was all you would hope for in a small town inn. All employees were more than welcoming even the “neighbors” were welcoming. Didn’t hurt to see deer too around the property.

It’s a very cute place very clean. But there is absolutely nothing around. There is a few restaurants, but I ended up going to Cottonwood a few times so you could do some shopping and laundry.

Cozy place. Quit and safe area. I didn't get room service over the 2 days I was there. Not sure what's up with that. The breakfast was really nothing but bagels and cereal.

We were shocked to find two large lounge chairs, wooden round table with 2 nice Upholstered chairs, wooden headboard, king bed with great mattress, table/chairs outside sliding doors, hot and strong shower. Ton of towels. DVR player, 100 or more MOVIES available plus TV. Coffee and continental breakfast.. Immaculately clean.
And to top it= it was one third the price we had in a Holiday Inn!!!! Staff was very friendly. THANK YOU ALL

Truly enjoyed our stay @ Beaver Creek Inn. It's a quaint hotel with a lot of character. It's not a fancy hotel but was clean and perfect for our stay as we were on the go all day. There's not a lot in the area but the location is very convenient to Sedona (where we spent our days). We would stay again.
