Location is great. Lots dining and shopping around. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked good going by all the people using it. Only downside to the room was it was right by the pool/bar area so noisy during the day and music stops by 11. Breakfast buffet was very good.

I staied only 2 night there, you must book the pick u service in airport 48h before which is not writing on this website. The hotel is good when you arrive, a bit old but clean, the beach is walking distance and realy beautiful.

The stay was good and the staff in the restaurants and foodservice area were fantastic. Hotel a bit dated and needs a bit of a refurbishment. Reception staff not as helpful, beware of the taxi operators at the hotel they will rip you off. Go to the street tourist operators and negotiate a better deal.

Definitely we will come back to Kuta Paradiso Hotel in the future. Proffesional personal and housekeeping. Rooms clean all the time. The best of all: Buffet Breakfast with many food. Have transfer from and for to airport. Outside you have private services, ours was perfect all the time with Nyoman. 10/10

Everything is old, the plaster is falling off the wall. There are many local festivals of the natives, very near, almost in the backyard of the hotel, very loud noise till in the deep night hours. Tiles in the bathroom are dirty. The swimming pool has moss and grossed mold stained, the drain is rusty, the smell is accordingly, and more. The supposed 5 stars, are not met, in every area. We were dissatisfied.

Great hotel so centrally located to beach, shops and great restaurants. Stayed here last time in Bali. Is run down a bit, need few repairs but totally enjoyed every minute of our stay. Rooms good size, bathroom had all needed and bed was so comfortable.

Great location for the price. I will admit I was upgraded to a suite that was fit for a queen. So my perspective might be skewed. However, I had a great stay. The amenities are great. Free breakfast, number of restaurants on site, beautiful pool area. I’m the middle of everything. The rooms are old. But it’s still not bad at all. I would stay here again.

This was once a grand old lady who deserved 5 stars. Now, i would only give 5 stars for the staff service. The hotel sadly needs some TLC. So many things in our suite that didnt work. And we paid alot of money for our suite even by Australian standards. Would i stay here again? No. I loved it there but it was far too expensive. We booked a suite believing we would have a kitchen where we could prepare meals ourselves. No. The shower was terrible - unless you held onto the shower head, water went everywhere. The phones didnt work most of the time. As i said, she is a tired old lady who would benefit from some love. Thank god for the wonderful staff!

They only provide one way shuttle from hotel to airport and you have to take your own taxi back to airport so they are lying on website while booking. Something other customers also faced the same problem. Very outdated hotel with every room having different setup in terms of AC and lightening options. Bathroom drain is blocked and needs better tiling sloping to drain water. Swimming pool is crowded and needs more space for number of rooms. No beach access

I am impressed by the friendly staff and the hospitality of the hotel. There are a 30-minute complimentary spa and a food voucher upon checking in. I am particularly thankful to the restaurant manager who allows me to take away some food for lunch since check-out time is 11am and shuttle bus to airport departs at noon.
