I would come back here again and will! Great stay, quiet, beautiful views, lovely staff, super clean. Walked to breakfast at the Queen Mary less than a mile away and was wonderful.
2.5
Restroom is dirty when arrive in room.. need to call front desk to report and re clean the restroom
2.5
Staff was super friendly and polite. Room was very clean and nice inside. Only complaint is 38 per day for parking and only allowed one car per room, parking should be way less for cost of room and have at least two parking spots
2.5
We had a wonderful stay. Check in was easy. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was fresh and clean.

We loved staying here and will return soon!!!

The hotel was a good location for the coastal area of bars and restaurants and along the beach front - it was a nice walk over the bridge and kept us active. The reception staff when we checked in were absolutely lovely and could not have been more helpful. The room felt very dated and in need of a refurb but was large with plenty of room and a comfortable, big bed. Parking was a doddle and there was plenty of space. The most shocking thing to me was the use of single-use plastics in the hotel - absolutely awful plastic waste and given the location on a beautiful piece of coastland, it was even more shocking. Plastic cutlery and cups at breakfast and with the water available in reception - just unbelievable amount of waste.

Great people at front desk.

Well worth the stay!

My stay was alright. Room was clean and had a very nice view. The air conditioning had a very loud noise so it was hard to sleep honestly and wanted to stay longer but couldn’t stand the noise so found another room.

Very nice

We arrived early and they had a room available and checked us in early. Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly

Staff were absolutely awful and rude. It seems like they are all unhappy at their jobs. The AC is on obnoxiously loud in the rooms

Location is great if going to the queen mary. Bed was super uncomfortable, seemed to be very old

The room was clean and comfortable. The TV, however, was unwatchable. It would cut out with high pitched noises, and then resume with ear shattering volume. The front desk person attempted twice to make adjustments to no avail. We were offered a different room, but had already settled in and were expecting food delivery, and were only staying one night. The experience affected the relaxation aspect of our stay.

The view we got in our room was great, we were able to see a big bridge with boats all around. Great stay.
Only bad thing is they don’t have pancakes monday- Thursday

Lovely place to stay if you want far from city crowd

Staff was great, food was good. Maybe have towels available up for grabs in pool area because we had to walk in wet to lobby and ask for towels

Everything was great. However, my only complaint was they do not have safes in the rooms.

The pool was very dirty and the hot tub was half drained.
My room was marginally clean with spots on the mirror and mildew throughout the shower. The gym had water damage spots allover the ceiling. The common areas were very warm and humid like no ac was working.

A/C is very noise and constantly turns on and off

Nice room and facilities overall. Free breakfast was just okay. Limited food selection, very basic.

It was a great stay

Nice breakfast, and timely and thoughtful service

Helpful staff and easy check-in. Their breakfast was pretty good. I could not find the gym. For the location, $35 for parking each day seemed high to me. Plan on walking over the bridge for restaurants but the walk up to the bridge is slightly sketchy. Room was large and comfy.

The staff was amazing, always available with a smile. Hotel was comfortable with black out curtains that actually worked and responsive AC. Room was clean. Coffee options in the room were not great, but the breakfast provided more options.

With a toddler this place is great. My kid enjoyed the view and offers dish soap and scrub daddy to clean bottles. Convenient

We didn’t even get to stay at the Residence. Upon arrival we were told the rooms were flooded so we were told we had to stay somewhere else further away and no longer within walking distance of our event. Handled so poorly that the manager of the Residence said she’d refund my entire stay.

Room had a king size bed, that was comfortable. The pull out was very "used". The mattress and blankets were old and we had to turn off the air conditioner as our child, who slept on the pull out got very cold, blanket was thin and old. Otherwise, overall room was comfortable.

Great location just across the water are plenty of shops, restaurants, arcade, front desk staff were very polite and friendly.I will definitely be back

The hotel is wonderful and the staff are amazing. The public dock next door means you will be listening to jet skiis and or boaters' music.
