I always sanitize hotel rooms before I unpack my belongings. I cleaned the toilet seat and the wipes were dirty after cleaning them. Basement like smell in my room. There were clumps of dust under the heater system in the room. I was awakened by loud house keeping conversations in the hallway. The bed slept comfortably though.

The staff was super nice, and the place was clean, but the wear on the property was noticeable, surprising for a place I thought was fairly new. Our room divider was missing two out of three panels, fridge rocked back and forth when opened (missing a foot), covers were missing from part of the shower faucet, we asked for a couple towels and the hosuekeeping staff literally had none. God love her, she gave us what she could find in the closet: one towel, three washcloths, and an extra floor mat. There was also a bug bleachy stain in the carpet leading from the elevator to our room—well, it made it impossible to miss! The food: I’ve stayed in many breakfast bar hotels and never had food so odd as this one. Everything was off-brand and the bread and eggs were just weird—bread was super bland and spongey, eggs were in little chunks that looked like Dippin’ Dots, bagels were tasteless, oatmeal was runny. Fruit and cereal were okay, coffee was okay. Did not try the waffles. After one try we just went out for breakfast (try the Flatiron Cafe, it’s great). Finally, there was weirdness with our room keys and our traveling companions keycards stopped workinf twice. Again, staff was nice, place was clean, likely will not stay again.

We went to a Cincinnati Reds game and this hotel was in a great location where we could quickly take an Uber to the game. The staff also went above and beyond when I forgot my expensive pillow in the hotel room after we had already checked out and arranged to have it shipped to me at my home address. Really appreciated that!

This hotel is great in every aspect but one. Hidden parking fees. Once you show up to check in they tell you is 10 or so dollars a night to use the parking lot. Literally no other parking around. So if your booking on prive, be aware that the real cost is more than advertised.

Hotel staff was highly accommodating when I asked to move up my check-in time, as well as assigning a room with a bathtub. All surfaces clean, the room was large, clean and stocked with the essentials. I WILL be coming back next time I have a lengthy layover with Amtrak or Greyhound.

Overall, my stay was decent, and the employees were nice. My room 203 seemed a bit dated, the headboard seemed to be peeling or in need of replacement, and half of the lights did not work. All in all, it's a decent hotel.

Complained twice about the tv. First time no netflix and guide was showing shows for 4/12/24 @ 10AM even though we were staying 4/13/24 @ 4pm. Someone came up and and tried to fix it but didnt still no Netflix and still showing 4/12/24. She said she wld get back with us fast forward 8pm called down to get tv provider so we cld have correct guide but front desk said we cldnt find online and she wld call us back after trying to correct on her end...fast forward to 10pm no call and still no tv. Never staying at Marriott again

The air did not work in the room, it just blew air nothing cold, it stayed a wonderful 74 or above the entire night. Nothing else needs to be said since the hallways were hotter than that….if you want to stay in a sauna go here, that’s the only positive I got, might of lost a few lbs!

Our stay was nice overall. Nice and clean hotel, which is a plus in my opinion. I really liked that the shower was separate from the toilet. I find this very convenient. We enjoyed the pool, however there were not any towels available, but eventually some were provided. The breakfast was a bit disappointing and the clerk running it was not very pleasant. All other staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my daughter thought she locked my car, but she had not. Someone during the night got in my car and ransacked everything inside. Nothing seemed to be missing and fortunately I did not have anything of value or any cash inside, and nothing was damaged. One of the reasons I chose your hotel was because of the parking lot, but sadly this didn't help protect my car. I realize the car should have been locked, but it was a honest mistake she made. My daughter cannot find her key fob to her car now, so not sure if it was taken from the car. We did call to see of it was left behind in the room. We received a call back that it was not found in the room. I truly appreciate that they checked and called me back.

Minus the hot water running out in the shower, I have nothing bad to say. The front staff was kind and helpful. The room was beautiful with an amazing view. I love that the toilet isn’t with the shower and there are 2 sinks.

The overall stay was just average. I felt like the bed and pillows were to soft. The breakfast was okay but the staff was friendly and nice with the check in as well as the check out. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom and bed. I pulled my sheets back and found a major stain of something brown. I talked to the front desk about what I found and they shared that they would talk to the manager about it and would add Bonvoy points to my account but couldn't offer any discounts. I was not happy about this.
