There is no air conditioning. Opened the windows and it is fine as the night temperatures are cooler in September. Not sure I will book in hot summer months. Otherwise very nice location and well maintained hotel.

The freshly renovated hotel is situated in the old town aware and is just a short walk from the old town shopping streets and of course, the Krumlov castle. Due to the extreme flooding, we were advised against the parking that was included in our stay. We were, however, offered a pick up and drop off service to any of the city parking which (P2 & P5) are a short walk away from the hotel. The deluxe room was on the top floor and was clean, homely and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were of a high quality. Due to the fact we were in an attic room, the shower was difficult to use but given the age of the building and just for a short stay, it was manageable. The breakfast was great. A large assortment of meats, fish, cereal, fruit and drinks.

We arrived very late (after midnight) but we notified the hotel ahead of time and the security guard had room keys ready for us. This is a small idyllic town and the hotel in on the main town square so the location is very good. We were on the 3rd (top floor) and had a nice view of the castle out of albeit very small roof windows. Parking is charged by the hotel at a public parking lot but its a solid 10-15 min walk from the hotel due to the nature of the towns location. The hotel staff offered to to take us to the hotel parking on checkout, which saved us from having to drag bags 15 min to parking lot. Highly recommend getting to hotel in daylight hours to make the parking experience a little more enjoyable. The hotel does not have a lift. They did service a nice breakfast. We had a bit of trouble reserving the room directly on their site (cc not accepted) but were able to book on Expedia. Upon checkout, they said everything was paid but then 1/2 way to the parking lot, called the driver and had him return us to pay the bill - so that whole process was a bit confusing.

We had a very good stay. Hotel is in the middle of old town and walkable to all sites. The staff is super helpful. Breakfast was delicious. They offer complementary drop off to local train station which is a plus as there is no Uber and bus service would not be convenient. And the room was air conditioned, clean, updated and had very nice Ritual ( Dutch brand ) toiletries.

The hotel is very central , you can’t access by car but hotel car came to pick us from a reachable point It is clean and has a good restaurant My room was in third floor with no elevator and you have to take your luggage up My room was modern, well equipped and clean but it was on two levels, with a very elevated wood bar in the floor, I stumbled in it accidentally and that is serious in the dark

Hotel is good, but doesnt have elevator, the rooms are small, those things are acceptable, its an old building. The say it has AC, but almost all rooms doenst have. We got a fan instead. Staff is friendly and helpful! We even got a free transfer to the train station. Breakfast is good, and the restaurant is a little disorganized, but the food is great! Location is great, but all hotels have great location in center Krumlov. The worst part is the curtains of the room, they are awful, they dont cover any light at all. Impossible tc sleep in the morning. Good, but expensive overall.

Wonderful little hotel on the old Town Square of Cesky Krumlov. Great room, very spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the square. Walking distance to all the sights. Restaurant serves a great dinner, and breakfast was very tasty as well. Highly recommended!

It’s a lovely boutique hotel located in the centre of the square. The young man at the front desk was fantastic. Friendly and helpful. He even helped carry my suitcase up the stairs! Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold selections. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel provided me with Gold members service (valet parking & welcome sparkling wine) but they were not ready for the service when I arrived at hotel so that I needed to remind them. Finally, their serive was very good.

Great location but this is a flawed hotel. The bathroom is so tiny that it is literally impossible to get in the shower and close the door. Therefore the bathroom floor will inevitably become saturated. I suggested that they replace the existing shower door that opens inwards with a sliding door. The staff member acknowledged the problem but was dismissive of my solution. Fair enough, but they need to fix the problem otherwise this is not even close to a 4 star hotel. I was also unimpressed with having to wait 25 minutes to check because reception was unattended at 4pm. Good breakfast.

Nice hotel in the beautiful centre of the old town. Very friendly staff. Tou cannot park at the hotel but they provide an alternative parking from where they can pick you up and even when they are free from work even bring you back. Also nice breakfast. I had to work early and the hotwl provided a very rich and nice breakfast packade. Compliments!!

We had a very pleasant stay at hotel Grand, very good location in the Historic centre of the city, where all the mains sights are. Walking distance to good dining and shopping places too, very helpful staff, good breakfast and good internet connection. If you are arriving by car, you will have to park at the local brewery (looks like many hotels do this as the historic centre is for pedestrians and authorised vehicles only); it’s just a short walk from there to the hotel, but if you are carrying heavy luggage, then call ahead and the hotel staff may be able to give you a lift so you can avoid dragging a heavy bag on cobblestone streets. There is a bar very close to the hotel, which may get a bit noisy. There is no lift (it’s a historic property actually!), so plan ahead with that heavy luggage :). The rooms are nice and clean and the staff was very helpful.

Up to date property with comfortable beds and a good breakfast. The room was small by American Standards but was very nice. The staff spoke English. We would stay here again.

Location is good, next to the town square and easy to locate. Room is spacious and clean. Room facility is good, with a big Smart TV which you can even switch to YouTube if you are tired with their TV channels. Staff are nice, price is competitive. Highly recommended.
