To be clear, this is not a hotell. It doesn't have a proper reception, nor the amenities they say they have. The spa and the gym is extra, and not even mentioned. The apartments are not as advertised. On the plus side, I got a Large apparment with 3 beds and a bathtub. The price was reasonable for that big appartment. However, the breakfast was not good. Small, crowded, not very good. The bathtub was leaking water all over the floor. And the apparent didn't feel very safe, and there was alot of noice from the street. The beds was extremely hard. The personell didnt speak very good English, and the place was very hard to find. Just a small note on one door. Over all, not a very nice place. Also I thought it was supposed to be a hotell, this is more like a mediocer at best, Air BnB

Well placed hotel within easy reach of where we wanted to go. It’s not easy to find but we had researched in advance so not a problem. It’s not in the quietest area but it didn’t bother us!

We really liked our stay, there were a lot of places to go for drinks or food, everything is really close so you could walk almost everywhere and the metro and tram stations were close.

It was a long weekend trip with the family. The location was perfect, close to the airport bus, trains and trams. The only disadvantage was the many bars at night but if the windows are closed, you can’t hear any noise. I will definitely recommend it if you need to get around the city

The apartment is in the middle of a party area. So it is ideal to explore Budapest's nightlife. The windows are very strong so no problem to sleep as long as you keep them close. The apartment was nice and large and came with a good amount of useful facilities. Breakfast was sufficient.

For 3 days internet and TV was not working - and there was a big demolition work going on just outside out bedroom window. It was impossible to rest in the room at daytime and demolition work started at 7 in the morning. Finally we were moved to a different building. Really nice place to stay middle of city centre. The welcoming at arrival at the reception was extremely professional and super friendly well done!! I forgot her name but keep her and you will get 5Stars all the time. A+++++ Highly recommended 👌

Our stay at Gozsdu Court was terrible. The apartment was run down dirty and noisy. There was mold in corners light fixtures that didn’t work or were hanging off the ceiling precariously. Cupboards were dusty and doors hanging askew. Furniture was torn and uncomfortable. Everywhere you looked something was broken or dirty. The cleaning people did not show up for the every other day cleaning which was no surprise. The pool which was listed as an amenity cost ten euros a day per person, it is in fine print at the very bottom of their website, so the the staff were not at all apologetic or helpful with that. We were near the elevator and the door and walls offered no sound barrier whatsoever so from 11pm through well after midnight we could hear all the colourful conversations of people coming and going. We do not recommend staying here. Though apparently if you are in a drunken stupor it is conveniently located.

the expedia reservation wasn’t on their system so i was left out in the cold. while i was waiting at the reception they notified by phone another confirmed reservation that they were overbooked. only saw the reception area which looks worn out, not really a shiny place like the one on the photo. the staff couldn’t manage to come up with any alternatives. i’d say very risky choice, better avoid them.

Very central in Jewish Quarter, but so hard to find. Then the apartments are spread between many buildings. Right in the middle of a big nightly drinking party with unbelievable noise until 3 or 4 in the morning. Dirty hallways where our shoes would stick, vomit in the elevator, and lackluster breakfast. Two of our three apartments didn’t have air conditioning and they would come and scratch their head and leave.

This is a great location to stay and go explore. The apartments are airy and spacious. I wouldn't bother again with booking the breakfast as you can readily find great food locally that is much better quality. Of the two apartments we booked one was superb the other had a few issues -I could have asked to change rooms, yet it was more convenient to get on with it as we were out for the majority of the time. I would definitely stay again, all staff are very welcoming and cheery.

Although very spacious- this is not a hotel but rather an apartment. Outdated, in the middle of a LOUD bar district, mold in one of the bedrooms, wet mop in the bathroom, 1/2 empty water bottle left from prior guest, top of one dresser had not been cleaned (had some type of what looked like hot chocolate mix on it). Bad American karaoke was heard until 2AM local time.

Hotel was clean and staff were always willing to help. Breakfast also had great options, so you weren't getting the same thing every day. You also did not have far to walk to find many of your local activities, public transportation options, or tourist transportation options. The only downside was the late night partying that happens on the Gozsdu strip, as we had two children with us; and noise could be heard up until 4am, even during weekdays. Recommend staying here again, but next time without children.

Pros: Location. Easy to get to tourist places-tons of places to eatCons:-AC didnt work all the time (intermittent), -toilet is not bolted to the wall well enough so it felt like it would fall each time I sat on it. -Toilet is a separate room from the shower and had no lock-Bathroom has no spot for a hand towel unless you want to drip water onto the toilet while getting the towel on the ledge behind the toilet.-The washing machine is in the shower room but there is no dryer-Sofa is rock hard. -Furniture is dated. Room generally looks like it needs to be updated and feels dirty-The pool is not in the hotel (which appears to be in the ad) and you have to pay 10 euros per person per day. It is located in the gym next door. -Curtains are very sheer, which means people can see you changing at night when the interior lights are on. -Phone and router are on the floor in the bedroom. Not a big deal, but it tells you the hotel doesnt care much and doesnt pay attention to details.-The instructions for wifi are incorrect and the night staff cant help.-Furniture drawers are broken-no kitchen towels to dry dishes after you wash them

Pictures are deceptive. Amenities are extremely poor quality for the price. You will sweat in your room. The pool and courtyard are in no way related to the hotel. Bed is hard on a flimsy makeshift base. I have been sleeping on the couch. No refunds, but it is miserable enough for me to walk away from $1200. On the plus side, this property did teach me a lesson about making long-term reservations.
