I had high expectations for this hotel stay but was sadly disappointed. It was clean and the room was comfortable. The reason for our one night stay at the hotel was a birthday gift for my son. He wanted to swim and stay a night at a hotel for his birthday. We chose this hotel instead of others because it had a hot tub for me and my husband to use while our kids swam. The hot tub and pool was both being filled when we was checking it around 4. We went to swim around 5:30 and the pool was freezing and the hot tub was cold. Not a huge deal to some people and wouldn't have been to us if that wasn't the whole reason for our special hotel stay. When my husband went to the front desk the lady working was rude and didn't want to be bothered to look up from her phone. When I went up to ask about the hot tub and to see if there was someone she could ask just to make sure the heat was turned on and working correctly and she didn't want to talk to me either and was rude. We went down again at 8:30 pm and the water was still very cold. It wasn't the correct temperature until the next morning (Sunday). We were able to use for a little while before we had to check out. I asked if it was normal for them to do that on a Saturday at check in time and she said normal they are filled and cleaned in the morning so it has time to heat back up. I won't chance it again for another birthday stay since that is what we would go for.

Great stay, 3rd shift was not professional, but I won’t let 1 person ruin it for the entire facility. Food for breakfast was impressive, rooms were clean, house keeping was very friendly and helpful, pools were clean, gym equipment was functional. I’d recommend this facility to anyone staying in the area.

I liked breakfast, and gluten free options. Disliked noise, sloppy renovations, closet door doesn't open all the way, tub rusted around plumbing, lights above bed are crooked. Poor quality of the renovation. Very noisy, from hallway and upstairs. It's a shame. 6 years ago this hotel was lovely.

Spacious room comfortable bed clean and quiet just wish they could move it to down the hill view is beautiful but hill down to all the restaurants is down a very steep hill to steep for most people to walk other than that perfect we had to get back in car

We were happy with our room. Newly remodeled, very clean. We were positioned by the elevators and ice machine so it was pretty noisy at 6:30am. One person actually cleaned out the ice machine filling his cooler as we could tell by the lengthy ice noise and his talking. Our fault as we checked in late and they probably only had this room left.

I should have called! The property was being renovated. No pool or gym access. When I first pulled up I thought the place was abandoned! When I looked in the door it was dark, the floor had been tripped to the glue that held down the previous tile and there were wires hanging from the ceiling. People were talking outside my door late and at 3:31am the train started blowing it’s horn In increments or 3 blasts for about 15 minutes straight. I should have checked the condition of the hotel before I finalized our reservation.
