Great location, fun area to explore, lots of options for food and the Seabus is close to take you accross the water to downtown Vancouver.

Great except for one thing

We stayed for two nights. Front desk was great. The gentleman bartending in the day was great. Our server in the afternoon was terrible. Walked by our table 3 time and we had empty glasses. Went for dinner the next night was excellent and our server was awesome! Parking is really expensive there even for assessable spots!

The hotel is up to date and in a great location. It is within walking distance of anything you need, food, massage, banks, groceries, and is US friendly!
2.5
Such an easy location to get to from the airport. Yvr - skytrain - seabus - hotel. Restaurants, the lonsdale quay and shops all within walking distance. Would stay here again.

We lost our passports getting out of the taxi late at night. Hotel reception brilliant- they went looking for them with torches and saved our holiday. Only a short stop but well locaed and comfortable hotel with very helpful snd friendly staff.

We like the Pinnacle at the pier and have stayed there in the past as well. It is located near the Seabus, a ferry from
North Vancouver to Vancouver. The restaurant has a great chef and the food is fantastic. The linens and room are very clean and the staff give you excellent service.

Lovely room looking out at the harbour. Nice dinner in the restaurant.

We love this hotel for its location and amenities. The rooms are always nice and we enjoyed our stay. The concierge was extra generous and kind and helpful.

Decent value. Clean and modern. Great location. Although a bit noisy early in the morning on the street below. Friendly staff

It was in a beautiful area right by the water. It was very clean and spacious as soon as you walk in. The guy at check in was very nice as he welcomed me and answered all my question about the area and things to do.
My room was very clean with an amazing water view

We have stayed in this hotel before couple of times. This time it was our first stay after Covid time, which means 5 years have passed. The hotel claims to be a 4 star facility. In fact i would not give it even a 2 star rating as its closer to a motel now than a hotel. We have stayed 5 nights, having two rooms as we were traveling with our kid. I paid around 7'000 CAD for that which i think its nuts.
Upon arrival, there was nobody to help us with the luggage. we have traveled 12 hours and a helpful had would be appreciated. Guess what, there was zero help or ask from the stuff on the checkout either. You are being left alon to push an old stroller with your belongings. It was extremely cold both in the hotel lobby (cold blow from the aircone on top of the cold air from outside) and on the corridors on all levels. Why would you make the stay so uncomfortable?? It was 5 degrees outside and yet the cold blow from the airconditioning was all over. Stuff was sneezing and coughing and having masks. 4 star hotel and not even one bottle of water as complimentary. They were happy to sell you one (no, i am not a fan of tap water, especially not in the metro area). Food in the restaurant was really not great to the point that we did not even want to use the discount coupons we were offered. Once i ordered a mean for our kid and asked to be brought to our room. Happened to be impossible due to the shortage of stuff. Nice location, but no value in the price at all. Shame. 2 star maximum

Lovely hotel in a great area. Spacious room. Lots of amenities near by. Would recommend.

Stayed just one night as we transitioned from downtown Vancouver to North Vancouver. I actually think we should have stayed here first. The seabus was fast, easy and reasonable between downtown Vancouver and this hotel. This side is definitely more low key if that is what you need. Thank you for the early check in and comfy bed. Some good options for coffee and food nearby.

Great location, friendly staff, the restaurant is pricey for breakfast and depending on the day the service could be a little slow. Overall a good stay.

Excellent, I enjoyed my stay at the Pinnacle. Incredibly cleaned, staff is super friendly and provides the best customer service. The location was amazing, closed to the seabus, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy's you can find anything around here. Super safe!!! Since it is by the pier there could be noise but thats only because people love to hang out by this area that's what makes it soo safe and nice. Super recommend 👌

Clean, nicely appointed room with great view. All staff was very friendly. The only downside was the bed, which was a little hard for our tastes but we would definitely stay here again. There are tons of cool breweries and restaurants nearby and a nice pier.

Fabulous location, lots of restaurants, easy transportation with sea bus to get to Vancouver. Lots going on in harbour area and a great vibe. I always feel cheated when hotels charge guests for parking, this was $35 a night.

Had to ask to change a sheet during the room service. Had to pay for water to drink with coffee inside the room and they never told us there is a fee for parking

The area, view, pool & gym can’t be beat. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Surrounding shops & restaurants and museums excellent. And proximity to the seabus makes this the best spot to explore Vancouver without having to be in the busy downtown core. I will be back!

Location location location! Right next to the fun Shipyards area!

My first visit to Canada was memorable. The hotel's location was excellent, but the parking was pricey. Although there was loud music every night due to the holiday weekend, you could easily explore, shop, and dine right outside the hotel. The harbor view was stunning. Unfortunately, early check-in wasn't possible, but the hotel staff were exceptional and assisted us multiple times. The only downsides were the loud music after 10 pm and the high parking fees.
