Great location. Close to waterfront, Seabus, and a good choice of many restaurants & cafes in the Shipyards district. Situated above a market & another pop up market on Wednesday evenings.
Room was spacious for a hotel room, although bathroom was quite small. Parking on site is available at $28.75.
Room was rather expensive for a fairly ordinary room. Room could do with a freshen up & hallway was dark and not too welcoming.

Very good location
It was hard for me to find the hotel. No clear street signs indicating location and access to the hotel, and it took me a while to figure it out. Happily, I succeeded!

The location was great. We loved the big windows and everything was clean
The pillows were horrendous. The comforter/duvet was not much more than a sheet and the heating g system is archaic and next to impossible to set to a comfortable temperature and we roasted the 1st night!

I loved the cold air from the balcony I was able to access alone which was good
found a long black hair on the bed when I unmade it to check for bed bugs or any other things. And there were odd pale white stains everywhere and scratches on the walls. Also I’ve work in areas where there are little brown flecks on the ceiling or corners and that comes from needle users so also big yuck

The bed is very comfortable, the room is spacious and cozy, the front desk officers are friendly...we just enjoyed and loved our stay❤
The shower is old and slow...

Great location, large room, super comfortable bed - everything you want in a hotel.

Was hard to find. The name of the hotel was not displayed anywhere that I could see. I drove by three times and then called the hotel and was still difficult. Parking meter was not working, lobby was nice, sent me in the wrong direction to my room
Older rooms trying to look up dates. Lamp wasn’t working. Just felt like things were thrown I. Trying to look good.

The rooms where a good size with views onto the water. Location good for restaurants and shops. Easy to get to from the seabus.
Breakfast was said to be a buffet, it wasn't, and the related service was nothing special. Gym was closed, ostensibly for Covid, but could have been accessable.

Wonderful and courtesy staff. The location was so great. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is located right above the SeaTaxi station to ferry over to downtown Vancouver. Very convenient. Rooms on the 4th floor west side of the hotel feature small patios with a table and two chairs with fantastic views of the bridge and downtown- keep in mind these rooms face west and downtown is south but if you sit right you can still take it all in. FYI the rooms on the east side of the hotel have a bigger window/sliding door, but only a non walkout juliet balcony, plus there is a lot more activity on that side so it could get noisy at night. So those rooms are brighter, but we opted for the actual balcony/patio and loved it. We also had an amazing view of the fireworks at English beach! Breakfast coupons work at the property restaurant which has the best view of the city and an outdoor terrace, perfect.
So, the rooms are a little tired (wrinkly wallpaper etc) but well appointed, the coffee maker is situated oddly on a lower shelf- we had to pull it out and up while it was still plugged in behind a permanent console, shower/tub very basic, low toilet! (a pet peeve but frankly almost every hotel we booked had low toilet- not 'comfort height) but frankly we really enjoyed our stay here!

great views and small hotel vibe. easy to get into Vancouver on the seabus.
No ice machine we could find. loud dog barking a few rooms down that we could hear through the walls. The wifi only worked intermittently. Great location and view do not make up for the high price and mediocre value the property offered.

Close to shopping, restaurants and transit. (Seabus)
Parking was a bit hard to figure out with the many public places near the hotel. Would have been nice to know the name/operator of the hotel parkade beforehand.

Location in Lonsdale Quay was convenient.
Locked in stairwell. Posted signs indicated stairwell locked at 23:00 but was already locked at 22:00.
Fire alarm rang for 30 minutes with no notification was to why. It appeared to be a malfunction.
Parking price was too high.

comfy rooms, nice views, friendly staff, and a great location!
I would have expected the lonsdale quay hotel to be a bit nicer with more in terms of facilities (I.e pool, jacuzzi, etc…)

The location
It was extremely costly for a very dated room. I also paid extra for a cot that came with a single sheet and was so cold throughout the entire night. Truly the worst stay and a terrible room for almost $300 per night, I will never be going back.

Can't beat this location!!!! The view and cool shops, restaurants and bars nearby make it a very fun area. I didn't initially see information about a fitness area so I was pleasantly surprised when I found it.
Parking is expensive and the trying to find it and weave your way up to the hotel reception is a little challenging.

This Hotel is a 2 # hotel, need a complete refurbishment. Bed sheets crumbled. Hall carpet filthy. Would not recommend this Hotel to anyone. The Pinnacle Hotel was later recommended to me.
