We couldn’t speak more highly of our stay! The hotel itself is beautiful, our room was stunning and clean, the pool was serene, the area is vibrant, and the staff is incredibly helpful. We interacted with Matthew and he was such a delight! The beds were like sleeping on clouds - by far the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever slept on!
Note: parking is a bit of a free for all in the area so be sure to identify lots on google maps in advance. I took our bags in while my husband went to park bc it’d be a bit of a difficult walk with the sidewalks. There is a lot across from the hotel but it is small and tends to be full (Not a critique of the hotel - only mentioning to help folks with cars)

The staff at this property were incredible from coordinating transportation to suggesting places to go. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Property is beautiful and quiet. Spacious rooms. Great location. Will be back!

Absolutely loved this little boutique hotel in a super walkable neighborhood with beautiful mountain views. Clean, comfy bedding and beautiful showers with good water pressure. There is a paid parking lot right across the street - parking is limited and crammed but easy access if you get lucky with a good spot.

Off a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful hotel and bedrooms with amazing view. Nice garden pool area which is where you also have breakfast (buffet or made to cook) - very peaceful. Staff were very accomodating and welcomed us nicely for our special occassion. Only thing id note is when booking it mentioned food and a bar but there is no bar area to sit and drink by and only food at lunch. Also no lift which we hadnt noticed so had to carry heavy suitcases upstairs but ok for those travelling lighter. Bed was very comfy and the room was cool at night with no noice. If youre at the front theres currently construction work which woke us up early though.

Wonderful hotel near the main square! The rooms are a good size and the pool is amazing. Breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly! There is a fantastic restaurant right around the corner called Ca’n Pintxos that we also found! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends visiting the area!

This hotel is fabulous! The staff was wonderful, and the room was stunning. The pool area is perfect after a long day of exploring and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel sits on a very quiet street. Therefore, we slept soundly and woke up refreshed. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we return to Soller in the future!

Every member of staff we came across was beyond helpful so we won't be mentioning names - all fab!!
Excellent breakfast buffet and freshly cooked eggs etc. to your choice was a lovely touch.
The situation of L'Avenida is perfect, literally a couple of minutes walk to the square with the bars and restaurants and the same in in the other direction to the bus station .
A lovely 40 minute stroll to Port Soller, or jump the trolley, and the beach.
We don't want to share this wonderful little gem of a hotel with anyone as we will definitely be back!!!

Fantastic stay in an old house, just next to the centre of Sóller. We were welcomed by Mike at the front of the hotel, and we were fascinated of the impressive interior of this old house.
The room and the bathroom were spacious and provided with all the facilities you could ask for. The bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was extremely tasty, and we were charmed by the attention of the friendly staff. This is probably the best scrambled egg I’ve ever had.

My friend and I had a lovely stay at L'Avenida. A really lovely boutique hotel where the staff couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast is served by the pool in the morning and there were some really nice things on the buffet. The room was spacious and had a lovely comfy bed. Parking is in the street or in the parking lot to the right just before the hotel and you do have to pay in the week days. However the staff sorted out the ticket for us - so very nice. Can only highly recommend and hope I will be back one day.

This is a superb boutique hotel. Staff are absolutely wonderful from first light to last. Great central location, great decor, great breakfast and great spacious rooms. Paid self-parking lot is across the road and front desk will take care of dealing with the permit for you. Cant praise it enough.
