An absolute gem ! We loved our stay here , breakfast on the veranda was so lovely and the rooms are absolutely beautiful!! Can’t wait to stay again

We couldn’t speak more highly of our stay! The hotel itself is beautiful, our room was stunning and clean, the pool was serene, the area is vibrant, and the staff is incredibly helpful. We interacted with Matthew and he was such a delight! The beds were like sleeping on clouds - by far the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever slept on!
Note: parking is a bit of a free for all in the area so be sure to identify lots on google maps in advance. I took our bags in while my husband went to park bc it’d be a bit of a difficult walk with the sidewalks. There is a lot across from the hotel but it is small and tends to be full (Not a critique of the hotel - only mentioning to help folks with cars)

The staff at this property were incredible from coordinating transportation to suggesting places to go. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Property is beautiful and quiet. Spacious rooms. Great location. Will be back!

Everything at L'Avenida was outstanding! It was a home-from-home, and everything was perfect for my 4 night stay from when when I arrived to when I left. Thank you for a wonderful start to my holiday in Mallorca

Wonderful staff, beautiful place, excellent location. The room was so lovely and we enjoyed some time at the pool. Very close to the city center too.

Absolutely loved this little boutique hotel in a super walkable neighborhood with beautiful mountain views. Clean, comfy bedding and beautiful showers with good water pressure. There is a paid parking lot right across the street - parking is limited and crammed but easy access if you get lucky with a good spot.

Nice garden pool area which is where you also have breakfast (buffet or made to cook) - very peaceful. Staff were very accomodating and welcomed us nicely for our special occassion. Only thing id note is when booking it mentioned food and a bar but there is no bar area to sit and drink by and only food at lunch. Also no lift which we hadnt noticed so had to carry heavy suitcases upstairs but ok for those travelling lighter. Bed was very comfy and the room was cool at night with no noice. If youre at the front theres currently construction work which woke us up early though.

Wonderful hotel near the main square! The rooms are a good size and the pool is amazing. Breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly! There is a fantastic restaurant right around the corner called Ca’n Pintxos that we also found! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends visiting the area!

Really nice adult only hotel. All personnel were very friendly and extremely accommodating. The room we had was outstanding and the location was perfect being only a couple of blocks from the city center. We will be back.
