I recently stayed at the Luna Guest House and had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to the amazing staff.
The location is incredibly convenient, with everything you need just a short walk away, including the train stations. This made navigating the city very easy.

Happy with my experience, it was really convenient area in a middle of Porto heart.

Not an ideal location but a comfortable room. Easy peasy check in.

Our room faced the ‘main road’ very noisy and on Friday night the bar across the road had very loud music - it felt like we were there
Staff was helpful with directions but were not very engaging.
We had to ask for coat hangers as there were none in the cupboard and we had to dry wet clothes as it rained every day we were there
The water pressure was ok - but bathroom was very tight and the floor took ages to dry, also little hanging space for towels

All was as expected. Clean, neat and tidy. Helpful team. Brill shower.
Good location for ‘the bridge’
Would stay again.

We had someone banging on our door from midnight to 12:30 saying housekeeping. We were terrified. The door to the hotel from the street is always open. We called the front desk and a man answered saying he heard things in our room and was concerned but we were completely asleep. We never figured out if someone broke in or if the front desk person banged on our door. Either way we were terrified and do not feel safe.

Simple, clean and easy to access. I do recommend it.

Very noisy through the night, room was facing main road

Condition as pictures, 24 hours concierge, room is very clean and quite big. There are 2 tables in sitting area which can sit for food, microware and fridge available.
located in the middle of the 2 attractions, about 10 minutes walk to the old town area and 10 minutes to Trinidade where trains to the airport. Plenty of restaurants and cafe and supermarkets within 10 minutes walk and

Great location! Clean, friendly & close to everything. Would absolutely recommend
The only thing to note is the length of the bed (double width, but shorter than a standard single bed). Fine if you are average height..

Mixed review with overall above average.- positives: location is fantastic! Room is sizeable enough. Large bathroom. Rooms are clean when initially given. Staff generally ok. - not so positive: paper thin walls and doors so you hear EVERYTHING. Some staff speak English but most don’t. Staff at night (lady) is quite loud and smokes so you will smell it. Cleaning during your stay just means preparing the bed, replacing towels and toilet paper (no actual cleaning of anything).

Sink was too small and overflowing with water due to poor drainage. It was cold inside because their windows were so bad and we’re allowing cold air and even water to come in. The bed was very uncomfortable and their pillows were the worst I’ve ever slept on. Good location though

Location was good. Clean space . Beds comfortable.Lots of stairs and echoes noise . Doorbell chimes every time someone enters the building and you can hear it from your room. Other than that - decent stay.

You got what you pay for, a nice and cozy room, apparently refurbished quite recently, with a big bathroom, a nice alcove with a bench and some extra room (in our case, double room with private bathroom)...Comfortable bed, good and very clean linen and towels. Only problem, walls are paper thin. The first night we could hear absolutely everything our neighbours did, like if they were inside our room. So bring some ear plugs... and enjoy Porto, an amazing city!

No cleaning during two nights stay. Everything is run-down and not well maintained. No hairdryer in the room. No glasses. On the top of it all, other rooms seem to be dorm type, which makes the place unbearably noisy during the night time.

Best location with many tourist attractions. Room was cold with limited heating device.

It's really too noisy living here. We can hear every step of everyone coming upstairs for every whole night. Also the neighbours are quite noisy until late night.

Not the best stay I’ve had. Room was chilly even with the small heater I had to plug in and turn on myself, was noisy, no glasses, no housekeeping service, no hair dryer in room, TV only had 6 channels and it would go in and out. Very basic room. No breakfast. Staff was friendly though. Location was ok, just around the corner from one of the tourist bus stops which was nice and walking distance to the shopping area.
