Room has good space, a decent enough bathroom, and LOTS of lights, but there seems to only be one accessible set of outlets. Overall, the hotel is easy access off the freeway and to the rest of the town. Recommend.

The first room I was given smelled like cat pee and the couch was stained. I asked for a different room and the room I got had stains on the carpet and the TV remote was missing and they couldn't find one to work with the TV. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I thought I would have a better quality room from Wyndham.

Good option for a clean comfortable reasonably priced room. Pay VERY close attention to driving directions as the entrance to hotel is a block away and through dimly lit streets and parking lots. Hotels dot com advertises this hotel has breakfast but other than do it yourself waffles theres no hot food included

Having stayed at a Microtel recently, we knew exactly what to expect. We opted for a room with 2 queen beds. We were stopping off there since it was halfway to our final destination. The room was not large, but big enough and clean. Unfortunately, we had a rough ride up and we were both Ill but the hotel was a welcome sight once we got there. As we were staying on a mid-week night there are no hot options for breakfast. Again, we knew exactly what to expect.

The check in staff on 9/28/24 was excellent. Welcoming, efficient and helpful. The senior person was training a new hire and both were exemplary.

Went to get some breakfast, which was supposed to be going for over an hour more when we went. But the shelf were pretty much empty. We were very disappointed. I'd include pictures, but the photo button isn't working.

The carpet in this hotel was FILTHY. Chairs were dirty, redshirt had crap on it. I hated it. Very noisy by the highway. Not sure who gave this place a high rating. Breakfast sucked.

Water pressure was super weak. What is usually a 10-15 process for me took about 40 and still didn't get rid of all the suds. I also couldn't seem to get the room cool enough. The thermostat was set at 65 but I was sweating the whole time. Those are pretty much my only complaints. Everything was very clean and the staff was pleasant. That and the price make the pros outshine the cons.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, buy my stay was impacted negatively when I was informed I could not earn points for my stay because I booked through Expedia. Although I understood I could not get an extra discount, because Expedia had given me one, I don't think its fair I don't get the points I earned by staying. It seems petty and miserly. I will stay at another chain with more customer appreciation next time.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was great and quiet. The breakfast was pretty minimal and I feel as though the bread for toast and bagels should be displayed and not just left out in the bags they came in.

We grew up in Scranton but have lived on Orlando for over 20 years. Coming back to visit family, it’s an easy decision and convenient location for us. Not fancy but just what we need.

When you walk in it looks clean for the most part. The room, when we got into it smelled clean, however the side of the one bed the mattress had a broken piece. The base of the bed and bottom of sheet was dirty and brown. Breakfast was very limited, not very well displayed and dirty

The couch was filthy!! The carpet stained !! I’m noticing lots of small changes all cost cutting but not good for the consumer. No peanut butter at breakfast Less choices of cereal. No paper towels in the suites near the sink. It’s clearly not up to Wyndham standards now. I’ve been staying there for many years it’s sad to see it decline.

My name is Eve Yvette Eleby Domenech and my family of 9 checked out this morning after having a really weird rude and thievery we experienced we're owed money for 2 days that was entered as one night instead of 2 and paid and was charged for two and have proof the manager of the microtel was rude and very unprofessional and disrespectful and stolen$214.26 I'm suing her and the hotel

It appears they are housing some homeless people, and while that is not a problem in itself, there appeared to be drug sales and prostitution happening. We have been coming to this hotel for years, and it saddens me that we will not likely return
